I own a marketing agency and I work behind a desk all day. I was starting to feel really sluggish after Covid. I needed to get out of my old habits and Longevity Lancaster was the perfect solution. I invested in the private workouts with Jillian in 2024 and it's made me feel a thousand times better. I have energy again and it's also helped my mental health. I look forward to my weekly workout and they are located in a convenient location in Downtown Lancaster. I highly recommend you invest in personal training. They have individual, buddy, small group, and hybrid options.

I worked with Jillian from early 2023 to May 2025 when I moved out of state. I can honestly say she changed my life. She tailored every workout to my goals, supported me through my pregnancy, and helped me recover faster afterward. She was also incredibly flexible when I needed to bring my baby along.
Because of her, Iβm in the best shape of my life. I can carry both of my toddlers up stairs, get up from the floor with them in my arms, and enjoy activities like hiking that used to feel out of reach. She made workouts something I actually enjoy and look forward to.
I also trained with Nick a few times and had a great experience with him as well. Both are knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed.
If youβre looking for someone who listens, motivates, and gets real results, I cannot recommend Longevity Lancaster enough.

He's incredibly knowledgeable, always brings positive energy to every session, and knows exactly how to tailor workouts to meet my goals while keeping things fun and challenging. My husband and I have been coming to Longevity Lancaster and training with Jillian since the gym opened. We can't recommend her (and the gym) enough! It feels like you're working out with a friend- I honestly have a good time during our training sessions, and that's coming from someone who's never been a gym person. It's never awkward. You never feel dumb asking a question about an exercise (which I do a lot) - Jillian is always more than happy to answer or demonstrate! When you work out on your own, all your workouts are created for you, so you never have to worry about figuring out what to do that day. The gym is always clean and the equipment is super high quality. If you're looking for a place to meet your fitness goals, give Longevity a try :)

Several friends suggested that I check out Longevity when I decided to get a trainer to improve my strength and overall health. I have been working with Jillian for 6+ months and I'm able to do ADL's, hobbies, and DIY projects without pain AND I feel so much stronger! Sessions are fun, educational, and I always feel better when I leave. I also appreciate her ability to pivot when my osteoarthritis flares up and we need to make a change, and still get a great workout in. I highly recommend doing a consult with Jillian or another member of her crew.

I have been working with Jillian for over two years and she has been a tremendous help to me. I feel so much better and am able to do more physical things that I love, such as golf and hiking, without pain. She also taught me proper lifting techniques and form so when I am working on my farm I stay healthy.

Whether your goal is to start working out for the first time, to win a marathon, or anything in between, you will be welcomed and supported here. I've been working out here for a little over 4 months. My experiences have all been positive. The gym is thoughtfully stocked with equipment and is a very comfortable environment. Most of my visits have had no one but myself and my trainer, but even on days where people overlap it's not a problem because everyone here is polite and pleasant. I've been able to build towards my goals pretty quickly, so I'd definitely recommend the personal training plans and working with a trainer. It's very encouraging to see and feel results and since it's a very positive atmosphere it's also very easy to build good habits and want to be there working out regularly.

I trained with Laura and she was FANTASTIC! My main goal was strengthening my core, triceps and back. She designed a program to do just that. Working with Laura has provided me with the tools and a good foundation (which includes much stronger core) to set myself up for success. While I'm blessed to have my own equipment at home to keep this up, I'm certain I'll be back picking her brain about other strength training routines I can incorporate into my life.

I've been with Jillian for over 3 years now and couldn't be more ecstatic with Longevity and her principles on sustainable development and progress!
Jillian's philosophies are not about a quick fix, and she tailors everything she does (workouts, goals, training, flexibility, balance, recovery, stretching, nutrition and mindset) for me. Every session I'm confident that what we are doing is aligned with what we are working towards!
In addition to her passion and dedication for each client, another thing I value greatly in Jillian as a trainer is her communication! She is a solution based listener and will ask the right (sometimes hard) questions to help build a plan. I never feel like I'm working towards any goal alone, and know our mindset is always what 'we' are working towards together. She's as invested in my health and well being as I am!
If you're looking for an amazing space (private, no large gym egos or distractions) with someone who is fully committed to you reaching whatever goals you have, then you found it!

Working with Jillian has allowed me to meet my personal goal for better fitness. I need someone to help me stay accountable and she does this very professionally β¦ challenging me as necessary. Jillian is amazing! I've been seeing her over Zoom for about a year now. I'm the kind of person who has always hated doing weights, but the pandemic prompted me to seek out a personal trainer who would see me virtually. I was very nervous, but Jillian listened to my concerns and my goals and worked with me to create a routine that is perfect for me. She is kind and supportive but also pushes me when I need to be pushed. I honestly enjoy my workouts now and I feel strong and confident!

If you are considering a personal trainer, I highly recommend Longevity Lancaster! I decided to try a personal trainer for weight loss but it has become so much more than that. Jillian has helped me improve my lifestyle in so many different ways. If you have a goal you want to work on, let her know, but be prepared to do the work because she will definitely hold you accountable. And that is exactly what I needed, accountability. Not only did I lose weight, but I gained muscle, quit smoking, completed multiple 5ks and drastically changed my diet. I am much healthier person and I actually enjoy my workouts. I even run for fun now!
The space is awesome. It's a boutique gym, super clean, and has great equipment! I love my one on one session because it's just me and Jillian. No crowd of people watching what you're doing. I also participate in small group training which I really enjoy. We all motivate each other to push a little harder, add just a little more weight, or just have a good laugh or vent session about the "fun stuff" were about to complete.
Jillian has helped improve my nutrition based on my preferences which turned into a cooking hobby.
I also get customized at home workouts to do when I can't make it to the gym or I am out town. I can't say enough good things about Jillian and the services she provides. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Definitely check out Longevity Lancaster if you are looking for a personal trainer!!
