It's got 90% of what you'd would need from a gym weight lifting wise. plenty of cardio equipment.
Giving it 3 stars because it's not "manned" you need to register your CAC or be issued a swipe card from the MWR in Bldg 11 room C240.
Been here 2 days and I've been piggy backing in for access. Wrong answer, I know. But I could be doing much worse things with my pent-up energy than sneaking into a gym to work out.
I'll get registered don't worry. That's why I'm giving it 3 instead of 4 stars.
See pictures below. Behind the drop screen is a full court Basketball court.
Update: There is also 2 rooms beyond the basketball court. Like a crossfit room and a stretching / calisthenics room.

It's ok for a military base. Unattended and entry is by CAC. Must must able to get on Tobyhanna Army Depot. Not for public use.

Great place to go for a workout. It has a separate functional training room, plenty of cardio equipment, friendly staff, and a sauna. It does not have 24/7 CAC access.

I was last there in Nov 2021 and the business hours posted were: 6am-6pm Mon to Friday, 8-2pm on Saturday-Sunday. Closed all Federal holidays. You may want to call them and confirm before going.

This place is solid. You have a decent weight area and half a gym which has a flexible schedule. They usually do volleyball on Wednesdays and it is open to everyone so it really let's the community come together. The environment isn't hostile or dirty. It is clean and refreshing in the gym.

I went on a Friday afternoon and there were few people here. It has the standard equipment you'd expect from a commercial gym but few multiples of each equipment ie. there are only 4 treadmills. There's a basketball court and a fitness classroom, although I'm not sure if they actually offer classes because I'm passing through. Locker room is small, but like I said this place wasn't crowded. Sauna is coed so you have to be fully clothed. They have 1 aqua massager but I could not find any instructions near it to operate it. Tanning beds were shutdown because they deemed the health risks as outweighing the benefits.
