So quick to reply and coordinate services! I absolutely loved the energy of bringing the event that I held. I knew I couldn't do a group dance by myself, let alone have everyone on their feet and engaged the whole time so choosing a high -energy instructor was the right way to go! Everyone that was in the class keeps asking when she is coming back! Thank you so much for making it fun, personable, and easy to follow along. I already have her booked for December :)

I am a 70-year-old male trying to get healthier and reduce the tire around my belly. I was able to lose some weight on my own but then plateaued and was unable go any further. I signed up for Mastah Tee 31 Day Health and Fitness Challenge. The Challenge included a progressively tough, but doable, exercise program along with consultation and monitoring of my diet. In addition, there was a weekly 1 on 1 Zoom exercise session to help me keep up my motivation. As a result of the 31 Day Challenge, I lost 11 pounds, lost 2 inches to my belly measurement and ½ inch each to my chest and hips. The diet was not only effective for the challenge, but has greatly changed how I will eat in the future. The Mastah Tee 31 Day Heatlh and Fitness Challenge was a major success for me.

I have not worked out in a while. It was nice to be a part of the Zoom experience. The actual studio is a bit far, but the virtual option was what sold me on buying a 10-class subscription. Being able to interact with the instructor and other participants at the end is awesome. I finally figured out how to cast the Zoom session to my tv (installed the app) and my next class will be even better. Hard to see on my iPad.

I love Trina's energy, the music is just my style, and she got me off the couch! Great job. Highly recommend!!!

Trina’s exercise routines include stretching, balancing, and weight-bearing activities that address the whole body. Her positive and encouraging disposition coupled with the music she selects to accompany the movements help the time we spend with her go quickly. This is seriously the BEST workout class I have ever done! I love to dance; however I’m not a dancer, but this class is perfect for anyone at any level!

I’ve been going for about 5 months now, and I’m hooked! Trina is an amazing instructor and so helpful, nice and FUN! She makes the workout so fun and helps you gain confidence along the way!

She also offers virtual classes and on demand videos which is so fun too! I have tried them all, and they are all so fun and energetic. Love having the options of doing the dances at home or in person!

I am so happy I found this class. Try it, you will not regret it!! You will leave feeling amazing!!!

I have been taking this hip-hop kick class for a few months and I have to say I've never stayed consistent with classes before this because I would get bored or just lose interest. Masta Tee Fitness is a game changer and it is honestly for anyone! You don't have to have experience going into this and she breaks down the steps and moves and fills you with the confidence that you need to succeed!
We have fun here it is not just dance and kick it's a combination of moves that really targets all areas of your body while having fun in a safe and comfortable environment. Everyone in class is so nice and we all just have a good time laughing moving vibing and even singing along with some great throwbacks while getting one of the greatest workouts! By the time class is over you'll be anticipating the next one to come. I love the variation each week the routines switch up and I'm always excited to see what we will be doing next!

I want everyone to know if you give this class a try you wont regret it! Mastah Tee is the absolute best! 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone! 🫶

Really enjoyed my first class! The studio was big, bright, and easy to find. The class itself was awesome - I enjoyed all of the music selections, the choreography was great, and Trina made me feel right at home! I enjoyed that the steps ranged from easy to more complicated - it allowed me to really put my own style on things, but also feel challenged.

This class was SO MUCH FUN! I’m 50, not in the best cardio shape, and definitely not the most graceful person in the world. In the beginning, I felt a little awkward, but by the end of this class I felt AMAZING. Trina’s energy is incredible and very contagious. I’m definitely coming back as often as I can!

Trina’s Saturday morning water works class is my favorite fitness class I’ve ever taken! After several injuries I had trouble finding an exercise regimen to get into and stick with, but the fun and energy drew me in right away and keep me coming back. This has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. I was taking in person dance classes with Trina pre-pandemic (so much fun) but having the variety of classes online via zoom throughout the pandemic has been huge. I'm taking classes several times a week as fits my schedule. Trina's energy and enthusiasm is infectious. The music is great, the attitude is welcoming, and no matter if it's my first time or my fiftieth, I'm having a blast. Highly recommend to newcomers and experienced alike.

Took my very first stretch class with Mastah Tee tonight and it was absolutely amazing. 10 + experience for me. After a long days work I almost felt too tired to do anything but sleep, but I decided to push through and try Stretch class. I can honestly say I didn't realize how much my body needed this class until I took it. Mastah Tee walked us through awesome stretching techniques that had me feeling Great and refreshed, to an awesome playlist. I'm truly looking forward to joining this class again and even trying others. Definitely would recommend this to others. Thank you Mastahtee for such and amazing class!
