I went to Mary's Fitness for a PT assessment and gait analysis. I found it to be extremely beneficial for my training and injury prevention. Scott was very knowledgeable on running performance and training. He walked me through the issues with my running and laid out a plan to improve my form. I highly recommend giving them a call for anyone interested in athletic performance advice!

I started at Mary’s Health and Fitness in August of 2021 2x a week after an injury that tore my hamstring and could not be repaired. When I began I was limping and unsteady and had trouble navigating steps. Fast forward to now January of 2023 going 3x a week with Casiah. I can walk without limping. I feel steady and strong. I walk up and down steps without hesitation. I am so grateful I found Mary’s studio. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and most of all I have been able to improve my overall health so I can continue to live a full life!

Life changing! I started going to MH&F a year ago as a pure novice. At 51 I was unhealthy, worried about back issues and needing a change for my future. A year later and I'm never turning back! The trainers are top notch and turned my initial fears into confidence! They are supportive and highly qualified. They are responsive to the individual needs of each client and provide adaptations as needed so you can reach your goals. You build a comradery that further enhances the experience and assures you that you belong there. I am forever grateful that I found them. MH&F is a 10/10!

I have been going to Mary's H&F for a few months now and I wish I would have came sooner. After COVID hit, I stopped going to commercial gyms. I was looking for a gym that had a small group setting to accommodate my needs. Mary's gym is really exceptional. I look forward to each workout and love the trainers and facility. Everything is clean and so well organized. My favorite trainer is Cassiah because she makes each workout new and unique! Also, everyone attending the gym is so supportive and encouraging. Coming here every morning really has improved my mood and physique. I highly recommend Mary's to anyone interested in improving their health and wellness!

I started training at Mary's in March, 2021 after receiving my second covid vaccine. I met with Mary a few weeks prior to learn how they were responding to the pandemic and what their protocols were. I had been extremely cautious through the pandemic and wasn't going to change that yet.
I was extemely impressed and comfortable with what I heard and saw. I have been working out with a trainer for 4 months now and could not be happier! The training is top notch and tailored to meet my needs. The facility itself is spotless and so welcoming! It feels like a big family, actually!
I can recommend Mary's with no reservation!

My kids started training at the gym in July and the gains that they have made in strength is amazing. They feel stronger and more confident. The program that they run for athletes in top notch! I started in November in the group fitness classes and have seen changes in my body. I like that they are willing to work with you and modify the workouts due to injury and the motivation by Mary at 5:30 am is amazing. I have recommended Mary’s Health and Fitness to numerous people who have joined and they have not regretted it.

I highly recommend MH&F! The trainers are amazing at what they do! They are so motivating and challenge you to push yourself. In the studio there is a wide variety of equipment, so each workout is completely different. They also offer classes on Zoom where you can get a great workout from home. Mary’s offers something for everyone!!

The trainers are highly qualified and create challenging workouts. They are quick to meet your ability level with modifications!

Mary's Health and Fitness is the best! I have been working out for years in different gym settings but at Mary's I have finally found the place where they truly make modifications for my health issues without making me feel like I am a bother. I also love the fact that I can get in for an early morning session and start my day off feeling strong and powerful! I have lost close to 10 lbs since starting with Mary and know that it's the kind, caring and truly motivating attitudes of Mary and Andrea that have made that possible! I have been going to Mary’s Health and Fitness for about two and a half years. Thanks to Mary my fitness is the best it has ever been! I have muscle definition and better cardiovascular health. Before working out with Mary, exercise was not really a priority for me. Attending Mary’s Health and Fitness has made exercise a habit in my life and something I look forward to. Mary and her trainers and kind, funny and supportive. They push you to your potential but are great about making changes in the work out when needed. I dislocated my shoulder last year and was worried I would have to take a long time off, but Mary made accommodations to the work outs for me to get me back in the gym quickly. She will still adjust things for me to this day to ensure I’m getting the best workout out in a safe way. She has taught me a lot about exercise and nutrition that I have been able to take home and apply outside of the studio. I always enjoy working out at Mary’s and am never bored! Each work out I do with her is different than the one I just did. She utilizes cardio, weights, body weight, core work, circuits, Tabata, TRX and more techniques! My husband also attends the small group training sessions with and without me. Her workouts are appropriate for fitness levels. She has many sessions each week that can fit any schedule including on Saturdays! Mary’s Health and Fitness has been a positive in my life!!

Amazing gym with warm and friendly trainers!! Mary and her team helped me to regain my strength and confidence after the birth of my first child and now that I am pregnant with my second they have been nothing but supportive and encouraging with customized workouts. I can't say enough good things about MHF. I love the trainers, the variety of workouts in small group classes, and the overall positive and energetic vibe in the studio. Mary is always pushing me to reach my goals and keep me on track - especially at the hardest times of year. I had a lot of success with her nutrition program. I always feel BEST when I'm in a consistent groove with either her small group or individual workouts. Get there!
