We love the kidzz club at Maxx, my 2 & 5 year old always have fun, it’s always clean and Jen and Clartixa treat the kids great! I’ve left other gyms due to kids club issues and were very happy here!

Every treadmill slips frequently when you’re running over 6.5mph. Tried 5 different treadmills. Fine for walking. But you’re going to fall on your face if you try to run. Some facility issues, like a urinal that’s been out of order since 2016 when it was oxyfit, but I guess that’s a landlord problem. Everything else is OK. Not for a $50/mo gym. Should be more like $25/mo.

I love Max Fitness since new management came in. Leiha keeps this gym in top shape while making it a fun place for everyone. All the staff members are so pleasant and helpful. They truly go the extra mile. I have been coming to this gym since it's opening day. Leiha and staff, thank you for making this place a great gym to return to daily.

I've been a Maxx Fitness member for a couple of years now. The staff is always very pleasant, especially the weekly manager. The gym is kept very clean and the equipment is maintained well. There are other amenities like the red light therapy, cold plunge and tanning, however, I only go for the weight training and cardio. Most of the members are friendly and considerate. They also have a refreshment bar for protein shakes and other health items. My favorite thing about Maxx Fitness is that even on most holiday's they make an effort to be open even if the hours are limited.

It’s a great place to be, everyone here treats you like family. I have been a member since 2019 and this was one of the few places that had survived during the pandemic. I’ve seen different management come & go but Leia runs this facility smoothly and she takes pride in her work. Every time I leave this gym, I feel way better than I did when I arrived. Thank you to all the staff & instructors who make this place feel like my home away from home :)

I was a member here a few years ago; then moved out of the area. I am now happily back at Maxx. By far, it is the best gym I’ve found in the valley. Fitness Plaza, Anytime Fitness, and Planet Fitness simply cannot compete. I particularly love, Donna, my personal trainer who is amazing! Donna is patient, kind, and really understands what you are looking for to help get into your best shape. She listens to your goals and gets you there! Thanks Donna, and Maxx for being the best!

Visited this gym location around a week 1/2 ago, staff was nowhere close to friendly I had asked for a manager and she had mentioned that she was the manger already. It just appeared like she didn’t want to give me (a paying customer) the time of day or maybe she just wasn’t having the best day? I’m not usually one to call anyone prejudice or racist but she seemed to be giving the lighter colored customers an easier time. not usually one to mention anything like this but I actually used to enjoy this gym before this encounter. Just putting my experience out there for anyone interested, since they seem to have no cooperate

I've been a gym member at LA Fitness and the Fitness Plaza for years and Planet Fitness for a few months in the Lehigh Valley and this club is by far the best. I've been a member for about two months now which, I believe, is soon after the place was brought under new management with Lia, which is why a lot of these 3-star (and lower) reviews confused the hell out of me. This gym has basically any amenity you can think of from red-light therapy to ice baths and they keep adding more. There's an entire section that hasn't even opened up yet. The locker rooms and showers are clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I think I've found my Lehigh Valley gym :) Google users should probably ignore any reviews older than a couple months imo.

When I previously worked out here the gym was mediocre however it has the necessary equipment so I stayed until I just said to myself” just go”, however, I left for about 2 years and through the grapevine always heard negative things about the gym BUT since I recently returned due to relocating closer to the gym it has seemed to do a complete 360! The gym stays in immaculate condition , the machines are rarely broken and the bathrooms are kept up to par. The new management is doing an excellent job at managing the staff . The gym now is a place that I feel comfortable telling my family and friends to join or at the very least visit for a workout! Great job!!

Since Lia became the manager at Maxx Fitness in Trexlertown, the gym has completely transformed — in the best way possible. She brings such a positive and welcoming energy that makes every visit something to look forward to. It's clear she genuinely cares about the members and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable, motivated, and supported. Her efforts have made a huge difference in a short amount of time. The atmosphere is better, the staff is more engaged, and the whole place just feels more organized and inviting. Lia is truly a game-changer — Maxx Fitness is lucky to have her! I have briefly met the owner as well on several occasions. He is very welcoming and genuinely wants the best for his clients. I highly recommend this location for It is the best Maxx Fitness I’ve been to thus far. - Adam Reyes

Stopped in the middle of warming up by a front desk employee and was asked to follow her back to the desk because I'm a Quakertown member. She had this attitude like I snuck in or something. Then, she goes on to explain their new policies lol. Maxx fitness has a franchise issue where not all their gyms are on the same page as their corporate clubs. When I sign up to use all the gyms, that's what I expect. $49 per month for this location is wild. The one hand dryer in the mens bathroom hasn't worked in years and wasn't included in the most recent renovations. Not to mention the dust bunnies all over the place. Long story short, I checked out Powerhouse gym on a day pass after this. The best thing this location did was upset me enough to go check out another gym with higher standards. 💪
Edit: I'm waiting for this gyms regional manager to call back. Hi Mike!

400% price increase. FOUR HUNDRED.
Frustrated with how the gym handled its recent price increase. Instead of a clear announcement, they only sent an email—easy to miss and not a great way to communicate something this important.
Disappointing lack of transparency.
With a price increase so high a point of contact through postal mail or even a text would have been more appropriate.
I did decide to end my membership and I will NEVER work with this company again due to the lack of proper communication.
If my payment wasn’t going through, would they have called me or texted me then?

They upped their prices to a standard of $50 a month and said they would put in a new leg room and sauna. The only new equipment they really put in is a hack squat machine. All other machines and equipment added to the room is also other places. Secondly, the sauna is no where to be found.

I was a member a yr ago and found the employees not very helpful my first day I asked If someone could show me how to use one machine and was told there are pics and instructions, the one personal trainer was also rude as I went to use a piece of equipment and he told me I could not cause he was training someone but they were not using it at the moment, the bathrooms were also disgusting I never used them, so because it's close and I do like the equipment after a yr I decided to give them another try. There is a new manager I forget her name but she offered to show me how to use equipment ect and the bathrooms are super clean and the kids club is back to normal hrs. For when I have my kid, so it looks like this new manager cares I'm glad to be back

I’ve been a member of Maxx for the past 5 years. Their instructors, management, and staff, are wonderful!!
I’m a Board Certified Holistic RN - I’m thrilled that they have recently added the infrared system which is great for helping the members with their overall health. It has helped with my circulation and inflammation after my workouts.
I’m excited about all the new equipment that will be here shortly - it just keeps getting better every day!

I spoke to an employee of max fitness in Trexlertown town about canceling a member ship. I had a few concerns regarding the process of how to do it. While having the conversation the employee by name of Megan, hung up the phone while I was talking, mid sentence. RUN AWAY - Beware when you sign up. $88 to cancel in addition to 2 months fee at $49 each. Cost me over $180 total to cancel all after they raised their membership fees to $49 a month. I specifically asked the front desk about cancellation policy when I signed up and was told no fee. READ THE FINE PRINT.
A shame because it's actually a nice gym.

The gym was okay. One day and WITHOUT NOTIFICATION they changed their entire business model. They eliminated all tiers of membership and mandated that all existing customers would be on one single membership level. This is the old systems highest (most expensive) tier. So my membership went up by 150% per month!!!! Seriously?!?! When questioned I was told that this was their new business model. They claimed to have tried to notify members. Funny, this was the only time they ever had trouble getting ahold of me. I always received their emails and texts before. Somehow though, this time I didn’t receive anything. This is what a scam looks like folks. No change in documents, no notification, no agreement whatsoever. Just jack up your cost by 150% and say oops, sorry. RUN AWAY!!!

EDIT: I posted this comment in 2019, and I will no longer be going here due to unanounced price increases($50 a MONTH!)
They are asking for over $600 a year for a pretty basic gym. Was never announced at all and they know exactly what they are doing.
It was an affordable and VERY promising gym and it still is, it has lot of equipment and I can always get a good workout in. But this is more than double the rate of competing gyms

This gym has gone to crap. I would give 0 starts if possible. The owners don’t know how to run a gym. If 1 person has off, they don’t know how to schedule someone else to cover a shift. Should be open at 7am on Saturday's but on multiple occasions, there are people waiting outside for over an hour because nobody ever shows up to work. Either learn how to run a gym or sell the lot so someone else who knows what they’re doing can actually make this gym good.

Been a member of this place for over 4 years. Just doubled my, and my partner’s membership. Never complained about the equipment (one machine , the rowing machine. , hasn’t worked since I joined…pretty sure all it needs is a battery)but now with the equipment not being maintained and things like the cardio cinema being removed - what am I paying $50 a month for? And if you’re reading this - and you didn’t get an email about the price increase - don’t be hoodwinked. They never sent one I’m pretty sure. Don’t join. Go to planet fitness where it’s cheaper and cleaner

Just to echo everything that's been said here. This place is disgusting I went here since they opened. I don't think I ever saw someone cleaning. Increased price from $15 to $49 with no warning. They chose $49 as the new number because it’s the same amount as the Annual Upkeep Fee and they were hoping it would confuse people just enough that they wouldn’t cancel right away. Nothing about this gym is worth $50 a month.

I was a member at this gym and attended consistently since the first day it opened until I cancelled my membership a month ago. I only mention this so it will carry more weight when I say that I feel like I got absolutely sucker punched by the recent price change.
But first, my overall positive reviews on the gym are that it has lots of space and the separated rooms from cardio and free weights is great. There's also alot of good equipment and plenty of plates and dumbbells. Lastly, SOME of the staff is friendly and genuinely care about their jobs. There has been some really great staff in the past that moved on.
For the negative things about this gym (there's a lot), many of these issues became worse and worse as time went on. One of the biggest problems is how disgusting and unsanitary the place is. The mens bathroom is something out of fear factor with disgusting toilets and urinals that maybe get cleaned 2 times a week, always out of toilet paper and no soap ever in the dispensers. The main gym is filthy as well with paper towels in cardio machines and dust on everything. The majority of the staff is unfriendly and sits at the front desk socializing with each other or on their phones and almost look bothered anytime someone asks them a question and they have to do their jobs. The AC was broke for most of the summer. When equipment gets broken, it will be out of commission for weeks if not months before getting fixed. And the water filter at the only water bottle station will be on red for months before getting changed. Lastly, there is one more issue that I don't understand how anyone else has not complained. Women employees will walk into the mens locker room UNANNOUNCED to clean the bathroom. This happened to me almost a dozen times in my almost 6 years here. They walk in and place a "female cleaner in bathroom" sign at the restroom, but openly walk in the area men get changed without warning. Multiple times I was almost naked when they walked through. (I can't help but feel there would be a lawsuit if this was reversed).
With all that said, for the almost 6 years this place has been open, I never once made a complaint about any of these things. Why? Because at the end of the day, it was a decent gym with good equipment and for an affordable price. Even when they changed their basic membership price from $10 to $15 without notifying me, I shook it off because it was still a good price for gym. But all that changed when they upped their prices from $15 to $50. Which again, they never notified me of. I had to check my upcoming statement after a buddy tipped me off of the potential change. But the most frustrating thing is that this increase is due to them adding more stations and equipment that no one asked for. It's a horrible way to do business and ultimately a sucker punch to all the members like myself who put up with this gym despite its many many flaws. I only gave 2 stars out of respect for the solid employees who genuinely have tried and cared over the years.

Never received email about the new price changes, had to find out about it here in the reviews. This place was doing better with the new manager HOWEVER to know many of your members are not receiving an email to inform about price increase and not post any kind of signage around the gym, shame on you. I was told by the staff member who cancelled my membership, other members were also not being informed via email. I was told I would NOT be charged anything upon cancelling, yet I was charged $49.99 on November 4th for another month, when I cancelled on the 28th I was told I would only have access to the gym until Nov 1st. That makes no sense and the whole situation is extremely unprofessional. It’s unfair and shameful to be putting your prices up for new amenities and upcoming changes prior to actually having any of these new features available to members.
Apparently the ventilation in the free weight room is broken. Fix it
Update: gym cleaner, thank you, but dear lord can we get some ventilation or some air in the free weight room? ITS TOO HOT in there. Summer time and it’s hotter in there than it is outside.
I’ve never seen a dirtier gym. This gym has so much potential, it’s a shame. If only the staff would clean and maintain the equipment. When is the last time the air ducts have been cleaned? Why are there no fans? The air is so thick and stagnant. It really needs to be addressed before someone passes out.

I received your email today about raising the monthly membership fee by over 200%. This was never mentioned in your January email regarding the new changes in 2024. This is a sucker punch to your customer and I believe a large mistake. You’ve painted some walls and added a few more machines and will be bringing some mall type recovery options and think you’ve become a premium gym. I’ve been to premium gyms and it’s not who you are. What I loved about MAXX is it didn’t have all the extra junk other places had. It was a great place to get in some cardio, get a good lift in, and keep the budget happy. I will be removing my membership before the change as $50/month is not sustainable for our budget with the price of essentials in this current economy. I was a very happy member and I’m sad to see it end, especially feeling forced out because of my financial situation. Good luck.

Have given this gym so many chances to improve…but it’s apparent management just doesn’t care. Gym is sooo dirty, there’s dust bunnies under every machine, broken equipment in every room, monitors not working. They have just one upright Lifecycle bike in the entire gym…when the other two broke they just removed them instead of fixing/replacing them. Heck, the main clock was wrong for months (daylight savings finally fixed it for them😂). The saving grace of this place is its close proximity to so many housing areas and the other gym
Members - they are so nice and friendly …but the staff is largely apathetic.

This gym is going back to the way it was before Covid. Paper towels on the floor, mirrors are incredibly dirty and have hand prints all through out the gym, showers have used bars of soap on the floor, cables are shredding, there’s been a water bottle on top of the ventilation system for over a year. The woman who used to work here cleaned almost every day. The rest of the workers just sit behind the desk. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you don’t like a clean gym.
Can’t tell me the franchisee and management do anything to keep this place clean. Wiping off my sweat today there’s at least a month of dust on the treadmill, they haven’t had brown paper towels in a at least a week, down to 1 spray bottle for cleaner in the main area, this water bottle on top of the hvac system had been there for 2 years and the water filter for drinking water has been in the red for a month (and yes I told them 2 weeks ago). This gym had gone straight down the tubes.
Oh I got another. Apparently you’re allowed to bring your own speaker and blast it in the gym. Had to work out to 2 types of music blasting and the smell of weed. Lively to workout out to at 6 am. No one of authority in this gym.
Edit as of 5/2/2023. The water bottle is still on top of the vent. Employees still hide behind the desk. The locker rooms are terrible. Every day members leave empty soap bottles in the shower. Treadmills are covered in a layer of dust. Oh and apparently Bluetooth speakers are now allowed to be played throughout the gym. If you sign up for this gym, you get less than you pay for. The cob web in the photo goes from the top of the machine to the ceiling.
Edit 5/18/23
New development. Showers are disgusting. Combination of gym goers not giving a damn and lack of cleaning. Bandaids, bars of soap and god knows what else.
8/8/23
They finally scrapped the shower steps.
5:30 am and had to pick up 4 water bottles laying around machines, paper towel shreds all around the cable machine. Cable attachments laying on the floor. It’s almost like they’ve stopped cleaning the gym.
9/26/23
This really could be a good gym but obviously the employees, management and owners do not really care. You walk in and the employees sit on the desk and barely look up when you walk in. The amount of cleaning that needs to be done is ridiculous. If you’re allergic to dust, forget coming here. The top of machines and vents are layered in dust. The treadmills are covered in sweat stains and dust and there’s still 2 of the 4 stair machines down for months.

This gym is the absolute worst. It’s so gross, I don’t ever see the staff walking around cleaning. They’re always behind the desk on their phones. If a machine is broken, expect it to remain out of order for the rest of your membership. They never clean or enforce their own policies on cleanliness. It’s just such a dump. It smells like mold, the bathrooms are nasty and never stocked with toilet paper or soap. It’s such a nasty place and I’m honestly surprised i haven’t caught some form of staph infection from this place. The management is non existent and or they hardly care about their establishment. It’s sad to see something go down hill but it’s going and it’s only a matter of time before they’ll be closed. Save your money and head to planet fitness or steel fitness, or honestly any other place aside from this place. It’s NOT WORTH IT.

Glad I "grew up" in old school gyms. Equipment broken for weeks, overall dirty. Very nostalgic for me in a way but what you charge for a basic membership and even a daily guest pass you should really work on the upkeep. You are lucky there are not many choices in the area for gyms, as many would be changing it up. Maybe rather than having so many people behind the counter have them on the floor actually doing something to fix the issues that many people are having issues with vs complaining about everything. Save the "automatic "reply as it seems nothing is being done about the concerns. Owners just cross your fingers nothing else closer opens up.

I would rate this place zero stars if I could. There is no air ventilation in that place, no fans and they don’t turn any AC on so it’s unbearably hot in there. The machines are consistently broken or worn down. I don’t think a treadmill has seen a drop of oil since opening. They screech the whole time you walk on them. It’s rare that they have paper towels and spray to wipe down your machine so I can’t imagine how dirty they really are. Once my membership is up, I’m going back to planet fitness which is CHEAPER and way cleaner and higher quality machines then what this place has to offer. It’s ridiculous. I wish I looked at reviews before signing up.

Gym was nice prior to Covid but ever since machines are falling apart and take months to fix. Hand grips on machine fall off and paper towels and electrical tape are used as replacements. Bathrooms smell disgusting and are rarely clean. Water fountain filter replacemnt light has been on for months. Also, half of the cleaning bottles do not work and paper towels are always empty. Not worth the money you pay.

I only go to this gym because of its close proximity to my house, but safe to say once we move, I’ll be ending my membership. For $40 a month, this place is ridiculous. The bathrooms are continuously disgusting, machines are dated or constantly broken (today for example… 3 out of the 4 stair steppers are out of order), it’s is always so hot in there like they don’t turn the AC up, machines are never wiped down, trash cans are filthy, and about 50% of the time you’re lucky if there’s spray to clean your machine off. Do better or lower your prices.

They keep the heat on…… while you’re working out. No fans. And honestly they don’t clean any part of the gym. It’s old, smelly and full of bacteria. Sad.
Edit— it’s been about 4 weeks since the water filter is red, signaling a need for replacement. I advised the workers and they said they can’t do anything about that. The walls are filled with dust the trash cans have mold.

I joined over a year ago when it was $10 a month. It was cleaned regularly and the equipment was mostly working. Then it went up to $15 and now the place is always filthy and when the equipment breaks it stays that way for months. The place is definitely declining.

I went here for a little less than a year. I wasn't impressed. I use to work at a gym, when I did, I was almost ALWAYS cleaning.
Sadly, I never seen ANY of the staff at Maxx cleaning and it shows. After cancelling at Maxx, I joined over at St. Luke's gym on Centronia road. That gym is amazing. It is big, impeccably clean, the staff is upbeat and friendly. It is expensive though (unless you work for St. Luke's)...sometimes you get what you pay for. Maxx should definitely stop charging members an "enhancement fee" until they hire a decent staff that greets members with a smile, cleans, refills cleaning solution bottles, paper towels and performs periodic wipe downs on the equipment. Also, members could use common sense and clean up after themselves. Some people are just slobs. Just sayin.

I have been to many, and this gym is the most disgusting I've ever seen. At any one time about 25% of the equipment is out of order.
Gym is filthy! Accumulations of gunk on the machines, mold visible on ceilings, bathroom and walls. Unsanitary, and lack of supplies to clean the equipment. I’m shock no one has MRSA yet.

Well what can I say about this place that would be positive... It's in a good location and may be the only option for a "gym" if you prefer non-studio or group training in the area. And they have the basics for you to get in a decent workout. But it ends there.... It has become increasingly more and more filthy and management doesn't address any of the problems. Towel dispensers are routinely empty, spray bottles are missing and empty, papers, tissues and water bottles remain where they fall for days at a time, multiple empty buckets are used to catch water from a leaking roof, equipment is caked in dust and dirt... It's not at all appealing. The men's locker room is awful. A broken sink handle and air dryer haven't been fixed in months and the place has a constant funky smell. Broken cables or machines literally take weeks to be repaired. The layout is super strange, and there is lots of wasted space that could hold additional equipment options. And don't even bother going there during peak times, unless you like working out at a snails pace or shoulder to shoulder with 50 people all trying to use the same bench or dumbbells. The ever changing desk staff spend more time on their phones then paying attention to the members. And on more than one occasion, the morning opener was a no show for up to an hour and half. Honestly, just save your money and your sanity and DO NOT join this dump.

I enjoy working out at MAXX in Trexlertown. Good selection of equipment. Not many of the staff members say hi when you come in. A little politeness goes a long way.
My problem is that lately the upkeep of supplies, facility, and some machines has not been good. The paper towels and disinfectant spray FREQUENTLY run out in the main gym and weight room. I told a staff member today that all paper towels were gone in main room. 20 min later when I left, the staff was sill at front desk talking and items were still not replaced. That is ridiculous.
There should be people frequently walking through and checking for things to re-supply. The bathroom hand soap runs out a lot also. The filter for the water bottle dispenser has been due for replacement for a while now.
One of the good stair climbers has been out of order for a couple months now. Does Maxx not have a maintenace person to do repairs?
The men’s bathroom is usually very smelly and messy. Soap dispensers are frequently empty.
Management needs to keep better stock of all the basic supply items and make sure their employees are taking pride in the upkeep of the facility. Half the time the employees don’t even make the effort to put paper towels in the dispenser. They just toss them on top of garbage can or dispenser. It seems like they run out of the regular towels and go to the dollar store and buy rolls there. That is nuts.

I am currently a member but I have a lot to say the only reason I go here is for location. This place needs to be cleaned it’s filthy, disgusting the machines are filthy, you can see the dust bunnies everywhere, you get on the floor and your clothes get ruined. The saunas do not work! The package for training sessions is good but when I met with the manager he never weighed me, did a full body fat or muscle mass evaluation he just wanted my money really! I have been paying for sessions because I want to loose weight but I would not go to this gym if there was something better closer. Choose wisely this is not a good gym!

1. I signed a membership agreement 11/15/22 and paid an "Enhancement Fee" which the website says is for the upkeep of the gym and guarantees your rate will not increase. On 11/28/22 I received an email that my rate will be increasing. When I brought it to the manager's attention he forwarded to headquarters and they took the wording down off their website and did not offer to honor the membership agreement.
2. On 12/10/22 and 12/11/22 I was at the gym and they were out of paper towels to clean the machines with. They put towels out for everybody to use but how is that sanitary if everybody is using the same town to clean off the machine? With COVID, along with Staph and MRSA in gyms, how is this not a health violation?

Dirtiest gym I have EVER seen. The bathrooms are nauseating. My boyfriend and I just recently moved to the area and have been looking for new gyms. However, instead of jumping right into a place, we have been touring. When we got to Maxx, we were told we had to wait for the 2nd employee to get back to have a tour which we were totally fine with. The girl told us we could tour on our own and what we saw was not pleasing. Dirty, dusty, smelling, and filthy are the vibes we got. The reason we love planet fitness so much is because they clean around the clock. This place ain’t it.

Decent gym, cancelling is a nightmare. Visited this gym in early June to cancel, they told me that I'd be charged a fee for cancelling if I cancel before my one year mark with the gym which was mid June. So I said no worries, I'll be back in a few weeks to cancel. Now upon returning in early July, only a day or two after my payment for the month of July was taken from my account, when I go to cancel they tell me there's going to be a "30 day delay in billing" which is completely ridiculous. Do they not handle their own billing? Do they process it through some ancient system that for some reason takes 30 days to process? Probably not.
More than likely they're just looking for another reason to stick you for another month. In my case not only am I going to be stuck paying 20$ for another month at a gym I've expressed 0 interest in remaining a member of but I'm also liable for paying a 50$ "club enhancement fee" for a gym that I've expressed 0 interest in remaining a member at or ever coming back to. I don't expect the month I had just paid for 2 days prior to be prorated and returned to me or anything like that. But I definitely don't expect to then have to pay an additional 70 dollars because there's a "delay in billing". The gym is a glorified Planet Fitness with a smoothie bar, except for 5$ a month more at Planet Fitness you can go to whichever location you'd like, 24/7 and they don't use some ancient form of billing that has a "30 day delay" and cancelling there is much easier. I cancelled Planet Fitness to join Maxx, only to cancel Maxx to rejoin Planet Fitness, and have still paid less fees to Planet Fitness across the 2 memberships i've had (including their cancellation).

This location is the filthiest I’ve come to. The bathrooms are gross from the smell and basic upkeep. The sinks and walls have growth on them and doesn’t even smell like anyone cleans them around the clock. Also the staff stays at the front desk rather than walking around and cleaning and sanitizing things down especially anything with a handle and surface. The locker rooms also have stains and spots throughout. This is the main reason why I stopped coming here. Covid and other diseases are still occurring so you’d expect the gyms to be on top of cleaning and sanitizing better

I’ve been coming here for a few months as a guest with my husband. The gym is pretty clean, however the sauna has not worked for awhile now, hopefully they fix it some time soon. Both times I have called and spoken to Eileen, the manager, and she has been WONDERFUL! When I got a hold of a desk worker over the phone, they would tell me I needed to talk to a manager. A manager was never available and never called or emailed back. I gave up. I can only reach out so much and I don’t feel comfortable going to the facility. That’s why I canceled. Now a year later they’re trying to back charge me for the entire year. Unacceptable.

In one instance, I escalated an issue where I couldn’t pay my membership at this location despite having access to all. I reached a “regional manager” who told them that I could pay there. Few months later same issue again. Very bad attitudes. You have to go to corporate and it’s very difficult. So many issues with this location that don’t occur at others. Do not waste your time here.
