There are a few things I look for in a fitness program: it needs to be efficient (I’m busy), it can’t require lots of equipment (I live in a studio apartment), it’s gotta be tailored to my needs (can’t be cookie cutter). Maxxafit and coach Lance accomplished all three! Couldn’t be happier.

Thank you so much Maxxa Fit for helping me to gain my mobility after a personal injury accident. I knew I no longer wanted to be on muscle relaxers and pain meditation, so I began to look for a rehabilitation specialist. After much research and after our first consultation, I knew that your knowledge of the body and exercise science and your solid methods was exactly what I needed. I thank you for giving me the life back that I was missing! I found MaxxaFit to be a well rounded fitness program that encompasses strength training, cardio, balance and dynamic stretching. The instructor is very informative, encouraging and open to questions! Each 30 minute session consists of a 3-minute warm-up, 6-minute high intensity circuits (x4) and ending with a 3-minute ab circuit. The workouts are great for all experience levels as modifications are demonstrated for increased or decreased resistance 💪

Lance is a kind, fun, personable trainer. When I first worked with him, I was fit but needed more flexibility. He showed me how to stretch, and I was so much more mobile after my sessions with him. Later, I became injured and Lance helped me to rehab through fitness so I reached my goals of being more fit than I was before the injury.
