I have been working with. Adam at MBI for about 6 months now and couldn't be happier. I feel stronger and more stable than I have in years. Adam adjusts my plan according to any aches and pains I may have which is plenty for someone approaching 60. While Adam has been my primary trainer, I have worked with Kate and she was fantastic as well.
The staff at MBI really care about you and your success. I recommend that everyone give them a shot. You won't be disappointed!

Adam and team are wonderful trainers; unlike some trainers I’ve been to in the past Adam and team assess your goals (modify as needed), your ability levels and help set realistic targets which sets them apart from others who are just trying to sell you a pipeline dream that isn’t realistic. I've been working with Adam Goldberg for the past year, starting in June 2023, and my experience has been very positive so far. In the beginning, I had zero experience with weightlifting and was cautious due to my history of lower back pain and being just 126 lbs. Under Adam's guidance, I've become significantly stronger, gained over 15 lbs of lean body mass, and noticed a reduction in the number of injuries. This increased strength has enabled me to take on activities like rock climbing and whitewater kayaking, and I've even noticed an improvement in my lap swimming speed!
During Adam's absence, I've also had training sessions with Max and Caitlin. Their dedication to helping clients meet their fitness goals is just as commendable. I’ve been working with Max for about a year and a half now and it’s been great! I was always really anxious about going to the gym so much so that I would just not go at all and avoid it. Max has helped me get over that to where I actually look forward to going! He has made something that made me anxious previously, into something I enjoy doing. I've been working with Coach Cait at MBI for over a year now and I continue to see great results both from a physical standpoint and achieving better lifts! Cait has been exceptional in tailoring a program to help me meet my goals and define new ones along the way! She cares about my progress and puts effort into thinking about a new program each phase. Her programs are tailored toward one's goals and level of physical fitness, so you feel like you are getting the best (and you are!). I am 59 years old and had never worked with a trainer before. I went to Adam with the goals of eliminating back pain, improving fitness for golf in the summer and skiing in the winter. It has been a full year and I have not had any back pain, hit the ball longer and took 6 strokes of my handicap (he can't work miracles with putting) and I have felt great on all my ski trips out west. I feel much stronger and it is much easier to do simple things like setup tailgates and carry luggage.
Adam is very good at adjusting workouts week to week and during the session to account for the aches and pains that pop up for someone my age. An added bonus is that he is great to spend time with and I enjoy the conversation on sports, travel and other things. I often tell him when I get there that I am not feeling it, but ALWAYS feel great when I leave and glad I had the appointment!

I was out of shape and struggling with my golf swing so I started looking for someone local that was Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified, that's when I found Adam.
His custom workouts targeted what I wanted to accomplish and his diet plan taught me how to eat correctly without leaving me hungry.
Bottom line, he got me in better shape and more importantly changed my life.
I have more flexibility, energy and now I have the knowledge to control my diet.
As a result, my golf swing has never been better. He was a game changer!

I've been training with Cait Bly at MBI for about 4 months now and I highly recommend getting in shape the right way, with a trainer who understands your current fitness level and works safely with you to achieve your goals. I have dealt with shoulder and knee injuries due to an accident 4 years ago and never found any lasting success or relief from injury with physical therapists while in PA.
Going to Cait has been a game changer!. She has helped me improve my strength and balance, and now I feel more optimistic about going back to competitive paddling. Highly recommend!.

I have worked out for awhile now and I have even worked with other trainers. However, I feel I really only started to achieve my goals when I started training with Max at MBI. Although I only had a couple of months to train before I moved, we were able to reach my goals of bulking up with lean muscle and learning what a well structured workout program looks and feels like! We were also able to improve my diet and nutrition to help me gain this muscle and have a healthier, better balanced diet. I made the decision back in September to pursue my fitness goals in a more structured and serious manner, which lead me to MBI Fitness.
My boyfriend and I dual train with Austin, who is an amazing coach. Austin has a wealth of knowledge that he applies to each of our needs and health concerns. He is able to tailor workout plans to our ability levels and fitness goals.
He is attentive to our needs and has been a great source of support and encouragement on our fitness journey. Even though we dual train, Austin gives the both us the the attention and support we need during a workout to be safe and productive. I started working with Austin a month ago, and in this short time, I have been able to lose 16 pounds! After months of procrastinating, I finally decided to start working out regularly. I have been with Adam for one month now and it has been a great experience. Adam has been THE best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I’ve lost 40lbs while training with him and this has been the best I’ve felt in years! He really goes out of his way to help you reach your fitness goals. Adam really takes individuality into account when programming each workout for every one of his clients. Throughout this journey, I’ve encountered limitations with my hip mobility, knee stability, and even toe mobility (yes, that’s a real thing!) which had limited me in performing certain exercises. Whenever I was unable to do an exercise due to weakness/limitations, he would modify the workout to strengthen the problematic areas. As a golfer and lifter I was struggling with my range of motion. I began mobility and stability training with Adam utilizing his Kinstretch program about a year ago. In the first few sessions I noticed a difference, but months later and continuing to use the training he taught me has lead to huge increases in my range of motion. As a golf coach, I thought this training was very useful so we collaborated to provide this mobility training weekly to my golf students over the winter months. Adam Goldberg is an amazing instructor. I don’t think anyone is as dedicated as he is when it comes to mentoring an adaptive athlete like me. MBI Fitness has been a lifesaver for me. I have Digestive Tract Paralysis which means that I am unable to sustain a good nutritional status through oral eating and drinking. I receive my nutrition through a tube in my chest for the rest of my life. I’ve been training with Adam for 7 months now. Looking back, I realize that I didn’t know how my body fully operated and the workouts I’ve been doing weren’t necessarily the most efficient. Thanks to Adam who has been pushing me to new levels of workout, I’ve been able to shed body fat (12.4% to 9.8%) and gain muscle(about 8-10lbs so far) in the safest and most efficient manner. He’s always on point with macros and nutrition which is vital in achieving these results. Exercising is now a habit for me. I've been working out with Adam since August and let me tell you, the workouts kick my butt! I originally started training with Adam to get in shape for my wedding in June. The app that he uses is very helpful to help track workouts and see progress. Adam is always supportive during sessions, and pushes the limits of what you think you're capable of each session. He also gives guidance on nutrition, which is very helpful. He's committed to his own professional development, and frequently goes to conferences and is seeking new certifications to incorporate into his training programs. All of my friends keep telling me how much thinner I look, and I'm noticing my gains in strength when I play my full-contact sport. I had one hell of a difficult time getting back to working out regularly a year after a lumbar back surgery. I needed help. Adam was a pretty visible presence at the gym I frequent. We set up a a consult and finally I signed on for a training package.
Adam has really helped me get my core stronger than ever with exercises I wouldn't even know to do and progressions that were exactly what I needed. We've also made a lot of progress working through and partly correcting two bad shoulders.
I'm extremely active outside of the gym and Adam's customized programming goes a long way to countering the negative effects of ten years working a desk job.

Adam Goldberg has created personalized programs that have helped me gain my confidence back, I use to model for A&F and as I grew older I lost that perfect jawline and washboard abs, so I googled personal trainers and Adam was at the top of the list and the minute we met we became bro's, we've been working on my problems for over 6 months now and the results are phenomenal, if anyone wants a great trainer with personalized work out programs and step by step tutorials, he even manages what I eat!
