I am unbelievably impressed my Meko. The classes are challenging and effective from the toning classes to the flow classes. Elizabeth is knowledgeable, personable and makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in. Her vocal cues during the classes is the right amount of instruction to complete the poses without having to look around. I have only done yoga sporadically up until this point but finding Meko and taking Elizabeth’s classes is something I will be doing my regularly from now on. I highly recommend Meko!

Received a gift card and misplaced it. I called because it was expired and owner said could not use it . Zero stars. My daughter went there so she got me a gift card. I was in business and always let someone use expired cards. Never going here or getting a gift card for anyone.

This yoga studio is more than just a yoga studio. This is a place where everyone feels welcome the moment you walk in. You will feel at peace and know that this is right where you are supposed to be. The people are incredible from the staff to the fellow students. There is something for everyone here. I recommend this place to everyone I know. Thank you all for creating this amazing space to share!

I always say I came as a guest and never left! The variety of classes meets all your wellness needs. The instructors are well versed adjusting to the most advanced student to the beginner making sure each meets their personal goals. The front desk attendants are attentive and kind greeting each and every member by their name and a smile!
But I think what makes this studio stand out from all the others is that the motto is "Your mat your practice." This gives you the courage to try new things and challenges yourself to take a chance...to advance YOU!

Walking into the studio I was instantly welcomed and felt at home. Although new to studio I still have so much to explore. The buti yoga kicks your “booty”. As someone who is pretty out of shape you don’t feel judged if you have to take an extra breather. There is so much encouragement and support. I cannot express how much I am thankful for this community.

Best yoga studio to go to if you want to be yourself, everyone who enters the doors to the studio has the opportunity to express themselves authentically in a comfortable environment. I love the events that the studio offers, they make you feel like you’re out for a “girls night” and the yoga is great for all levels of athleticism, even if you’re a beginner and you want to try out a more challenging class the instructors make sure to make every class comfortable for everyone. MEKO isn’t just yoga studio, it’s a community.

Most versatile studio in the Pittsburgh area. Super clean, well run business. Hot yoga has been great for my back and overall health, don't get it twisted, it's a workout too. Great for guys that lift heavy to maintain flexibilty. My kids do yoga there and have a blast. They even accomdated their schedule for a deep tissue massage I needed for my back recently. If you do any type of hard labor job, Meko has been a great place for me to recharge, recenter and refocus.

Meko Yoga and Wellness has been like a second home to not only me, but my entire family. I was so excited to hear of their opening in Chippewa when they first opened that I attended the open house. I loved the whole vibe I felt when I was there and it was an amazing class, but I’ve always practiced hot yoga. So I asked the owner if she would be holding heated classes and she said not yet. 😉
Well a few years later Meko relocated to where their current studio is now and they put in a heated studio!! I have been practicing in the heat since I learned of this new space! I’m so grateful that there is a local, family owned yoga studio that I can practice hot yoga! My two sons attend the kids yoga class weekly and it’s been such a gift to watch them grow in their own yoga journey both physically and mentally.
This is a small example of how this business is continually listening to customers and always striving for growth! In the last two years they have added so many other incredible wellness apparatuses…cold plunge, rebounding, Buti yoga…just to name a few of my favorites. ☺️
Those are some examples of the physical benefits you get from going to Meko, but just as important are the friendships and bonds I’ve built in this community. Some of my closest friendships have come through Meko. They’ve helped me heal deep parts of myself that I didn’t even know were hidden. Ohhh and the RETREATS that are offered through this place!! Meko has made it possible for me travel to the most amazing parts of the world and push myself to grow in every way possible, all while laughing more than I ever have! 😂
As a business owner myself, I know the blood sweat and tears that go into running a business. Elizabeth pours 110% of herself into Meko Yoga every single day! She is humble, fair, GENEROUS, hysterical, and one of the strongest women I’ve been blessed to know.
I love Meko. It’s time I stop gatekeeping this hidden gem in Beaver County. 💎 🥹

Went once for hot yoga and absolutely adored it. Booked myself and a friend to try the rebound class on Tuesday evening at 6pm but there was a severe weather/tornado watch. I called at 4:30 to see if they were still having the 6pm class since the 4:30 was cancelled. They said they were but they’d let me know if it got cancelled. Starting to get nervous while I was driving my daughter to a sitter, I asked if they could make an exception to the 2 hour cancellation policy due to the severe weather and the fact they already cancelled the 4:30 class - I didn’t want to brave the weather with my daughter for it to be cancelled. I was told, sure, we will return your passes so I returned home and my power went out shortly after. Within the next 15 minutes, I got a call back which I couldn’t answer due to the chaos of a toddler and a severe storm taking out the power… they left a voicemail that they couldn’t give me my passes back because owner said they had to stick by policy despite what they had already told me. okay, I understand. So I got into the app to ensure we were still signed up for the class. No, they cancelled my reservation. I called to ask if I could still attend since they couldn’t return my pass and I was told - No, because of policy, I’d have to rebook and pay a second time for my friend and I. I made the argument that I wouldn’t have let them cancel my reservations if I wasn’t told they’d make an exception for me and return my passes and around 5:30 I was told that I was “permitted” to attend the 6 pm class that I had originally reserved. Forget it. Super disappointing. I cancelled the rest of the classes I had signed up for and will go somewhere with more empathy and less drama. To commit to one thing over an unexpected event and then back track .. If the owner is that hard up for $30, I’m glad I didn’t get the membership.

"After my recent move, my body was feeling incredibly stiff, with headaches and lingering pain that just wouldn't go away. Thankfully, I found Sara, and after a session with her, I feel so much better. Her techniques were exactly what I needed to relieve the tension and discomfort. Highly recommend Sara for anyone dealing with body aches or needing some serious relief!"

I can’t say enough good things about this business. The staff and ownership couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating.
The equipment and private rooms are the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a facility.
Check this place out!

I have been an unlimited monthly member of meko since the yoga studio moved into chippewa.
First of all, ( the owner) Elizabeth's knowledge is vast , and her "bedside" manner of explaining how each of the services Meko offers is spot on. I love that she changes things up and keeps things interesting. She is great about exploring different classes, and making improvements to the buisness. She constantly strives to improve her clients experience.
I have taken just about every class that is offered and have used all of the wellness services (except cryo, because I don't like cold).
The instructors are all very different in their approach's and I've learned so much from all of them. They are always kind and open to explaining things, and are experts at keeping the environment positive.
The front desk girls are so welcoming and always eager to answer any questions you have. They too keep the environment very positive.
We are so very lucky to have this buisness here in the area! If you are in the area stop in! It's a great place to improve your health!
