I cannot say enough about Maddy and her willingness to address our needs and adjust our workouts accordingly. Strength is very important but so is balance and flexibility, and she works all of it into our workouts, Which is what people of our/my age group are most in need of. I would highly recommend Merge training to anyone looking to improve their health regardless of your age or fitness level

Maddy is the best! She is excellent at adapting my training to me. I've been dealing with hip pain. She has modified my workouts so that they work with what my PT has directed. This way, I can still work out, but without making my hip any worse.
I've been training with Maddy for more than six months now and I feel so strong!

I love Merge and working with Maddy. The facility is always clean and I love that's it's just us and not anybody else working out at the same time. Maddy is great about paying attention to what hurts and modifying the exercises on the spot. As a woman in her 50s who hasn't worked out in years, I highly recommend this program.

Maddy is amazing and I LOVE HER!!! She is seriously the BEST TRAINER!!! I have LOTS of medical issues and she is always in tune with me and asking me if I am feeling that I need to alter from our scheduled plan. When I say we do, she has no problem figuring out an alternative solution. She is SO EASY to talk to and get along with!! Love her to pieces!
