I used to workout with Michele in her gym years ago, one day she commented I didn’t seem like myself. I was under a lot of stress at that time; my father had passed away- I was taking care of my mom who was in the beginning stages of Dementia and our daughters were both moving out of state. I was also working full time second shift and not seeing my husband at all during the week.I was lucky if In got four hours of sleep a night during the week. The first thing to suffer was my workouts, I stopped going to the gym, I just didn’t have the energy. Then Covid hit. During the Covid lockdown I bought a Peloton bike and started using it almost daily. I had always watched what I ate, but I had gained some weight , mostly around my middle and was finding it very difficult to take off. I was also not feeling good about myself and remembered the comment Michele made a few years prior. I was following Michele on FB and I saw she was having a free challenge for her Menopause Group and decided to join the challenge.I enjoyed the workouts and the knowledge I was gaining from the challenge. Michele suggested we chat once the challenge was over. During that conversation Michele explained how once we go through peri menopause or are post menopause , as in my case, our diet and exercise needs change as do our hormones. She also explained there are other factors that can affect our weight and the way we feel in general. I ended up signing up for one of her courses and can say it was one of the best things I ever did! I learned how to change my diet to get the proper nutrition and added weight training to my workouts. After a few weeks I started to notice changes in how I felt and how my body looked- I was starting to feel more like my old self again! I’m still working on my stress management and I’m not always as consistent as I should be with my diet. Thanks to Michele I have the tools to get myself. back on track. Michele is constantly educating herself to give her clients the knowledge they need to navigate Menopause and enjoy life.

I have been with Michele for a few years now and am so happy with the personal attention and motivation I have received. I had a knee problem when I started and due to nursing it and not moving much had gained weight. Michele and her team was sure they could get me out of pain and in shape which they did. I was able to build up the muscles around the knee to relieve the pain and ended up losing 40 pounds. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for individual attention and results. It's a very friendly and welcoming place no matter your age or fitness level.

Michele and all her instructors are skilled at motivating you through each and every challenging workout. They are all trained to modify any class to your fitness ability so you can participate safely and still complete the entire workout. I have been working out with Michele for 9 years which is a testament in itself . She keeps the workouts fresh so we never get bored. Her passion for wellness and overall fitness is contagious. I started this gym in my mid 40's on a 30 day challenge 2 years ago. I had never worked out in my life and was so afraid of getting injured especially because I am not a coordinated person. The gym atmosphere was so positive. I loved that it did not have mirrors because who wants to watch themselves workout. Michele has been great at adapting exercises due to my past injuries. I have to say exercise is now apart of my life. Michele changed my life for the better.
