I attend the group classes and they rock! The class can be modified to any skill level. I also love that there are three different time offerings 3x a week + two weekend classes. Chris is motivating and respectful; all of the coaches are. Check out where you’re going ahead time so you know where to park.

After a tough pregnancy and suffering from some health issues the last few years - my body and mental health hit rock bottom. I was weak, overweight, not eating right and just felt bad all the time. I came to Chris in hopes he would train me and help me start a new chapter in my life with health and fitness. It’s been about a year and I can’t believe how far I have come. I’m the strongest I’ve been in years; I am meeting the weight loss goals he helps me set monthly; I’m eating clean and I feel absolutely amazing. The best thing about Chris as a trainer is he pushes you to be your best self and celebrates your wins with you. I feel like he’s just as excited as I am when I hit a goal - and that makes me want to train even harder. I have been training with Chris for 3 years now and am very pleased with my experience. Chris is simply the best trainer in our area and offers a variety of classes and personal training. Chris motivates you to keep going while maintaining proper form and technique. Plus we have a fun atmosphere, it feels like a community where I've met some great people here. Chris has been my trainer for 2 years and he is the absolute best I've ever had. He is motivating, helpful, kind, and pushes you hard enough but not too hard. I'll never workout anywhere else in Pittsburgh except with him! His dog Luca making guest appearances is a huge bonus too 😍🐾

I’ve been going to Chris’ group training for about a month. They are perfect for me because they are a great workout, focused on weights and just the right amount of cardio. Chris does an awesome job of giving everyone personal attention too. I would definitely recommend his classes or personal training sessions!

Mindful Movement's owner Chris has been my trainer since November 2021. He has helped me gain strength, speed, and mobility. I've been training for years. I've trained by myself and have also been trained by multiple personal trainers. BUT, my time with Chris has made me the strongest and healthiest I've ever been. After suffering a lower back injury during college basketball, over 23 years ago, I never thought I'd be able to move, like I do now, in my 40's! Thank you, Chris, for helping me feel my best and be my very best! You are definitely one of the best trainers I've had the opportunity to work with.
