My second time! Gianna was so welcoming and gave my body exactly what it needed. After 2 classes, I already feel more flexible and open. Highly recommend this place and specifically this teacher! πππ

This studio is all you could want and more, the class selection is incredible. They have ballet, arial yoga, and so much more. Ballet class is so fun, Yin on Mondays is incredible, and Kris on Thursday and Friday... wow.
Kris is one of my favorite yoga teachers I've practiced under yet.
Grateful for the space Mission has been.

We went to marks class on Sunday morning and we loved him and the studio! Super clean and great energy and flow. Great hot power yoga studio and the 15$ drop in was incredible price! We recommend this studio to all our friends when we visit the area. Check it out and you wonβt be disappointed. Also they had free blocks for us to use!

I love Mission Yoga. They have two locations, one in Scranton and one in the Abingtons. If you purchase a pass or a membership you can use it at either place, which means there's almost always a class at a convenient time of day. The teachers are knowledgeable and friendly, and there is really something for everyone at Mission. They have yoga, pilates, ballet, and aerial classes. I highly recommend anyone check them out, it's a great community to be a part of.

Mission has two locations, the other is in South Abington. The Scranton locations has one studio space. In addition to vinyasa and restorative classes, this location also offers aerial yoga and aerial silks classes. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and intelligently sequence their classes to offer modifications appropriate for all levels of students. This location is conveniently located near Zummo's, so if you enjoy a coffee or pastry after class, stop by and support two local businesses in one trip!

Mission yoga is the third yoga studio I tried in the Scranton area and the classes, instructors and overall atmosphere has been superior. I never felt comfortable with my skills but that quickly changed once I started going to Mission regularly. All the instructors are welcoming, genuine and non-judgemental. I'm so happy I gave them a try and I highly recommend them, regardless of your yoga experience level.

Love this place!! And definitely it's a must try for anyone looking for the best yoga practice offering in this area. I've been attending classes primarily in Scranton but now I've been able to add the South Abington location also.... Even better! With so many class options and times, I can find a class just about whenever I want. I had barely an entry level skill set when I first appeared at Mission but thanks to the awesome instruction and encouragement all of the teachers provide, I have moved through vinyasa, restorative, aerial yoga, aerial silks, most recently lyra and I think ballet might be in my near future! There's so much more and new classes and trainings are added frequently.

I usually go to the South Abington location, but for no other preference than it is closer to where I live. Both locations feature very much the same instructors, who are extremely friendly, receptive, and informative. Having attended class at the Scranton location, I can say it is very spacious, and incredibly inclusive. Teacher and student alike make you feel welcome, and are more than happy to help educate you at a comfortable pace :)

This studio is fresh and very inviting. It's very peaceful and puts you in a positive state of mind. The instructors are extremely warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. There are classes for all levels and abilities. They run from restorative and relaxing to very challenging. And the aerial yoga classes are absolutely amazing! I have been coming here for the past 2 years and it has completely changed my life!
