I've been going to Mission for almost a year now and absolutely love it, especially Gianna! She's a phenomenal teacher! She creates an environment that allows you to challenge yourself and not take it too seriously if you can't do a pose, yet. Her guidance has helped me see/learn yoga in a whole new light. I couldn't recommend her more!!!

The Ultimate Morning Boost!
If you're looking for a way to supercharge your morning, Amanda’s 6am HIIT Hot Pilates class is it! From the moment you step into the 97° heated room, you know you're in for a challenge and in the best way possible.
Amanda’s energy is contagious. She keeps the class moving with her enthusiasm, pushing you just past your limits while keeping the vibe fun and motivating. Every workout is different, which keeps things exciting and ensures you're always working new muscles. It’s intense, sweaty, and exactly what you need to start your day strong.
The endorphin rush afterward? Unreal. You walk out feeling accomplished, energized, and ready to take on anything. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a good sweat and a killer workout!

I’ve been coming to Mission on and off since 2019 for their Hot Pilates class. Hands down the best class. Love Amanda’s classes especially!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to take a new fitness class.

Classes are great. Every instructor offers a different style and I enjoy it all. My favorite is Michael’s Tuesday class in Scranton. It’s wonderful and I try to never miss. It’s physically challenging and meditative. Always feel fantastic leaving there!!

I really enjoyed the hot Pilates class this studio offered and look forward to continuing these classes! Studio was clean and welcoming. I was worried about the temperature in hot Pilates but it was very bearable for me.

I love this studio! Such a welcoming community of friendly people. I'm so happy to have something like this in the area. Leah's classes are INCREDIBLE and inspiring.. and she has such an emphasis on form which I absolutely love.

Mission Yoga has been my yoga home since returning to NEPA. The Hot Pilates drew me and I’ve stuck with it. Since trying most of the other classes they offer, I really appreciate how well rounded they are in their menu of classes and instructors. Wish they offered towels though.

High praise! They offer a wide variety of classes (including heated, aerial, vigorous and slow flow...) between two beautiful studio spaces. I'm even more impressed, however, with the teaching staff. Each and every instructor is highly skilled, compassionate, and capable of guiding students at all levels. Truly a great place to practice.

Mission has two locations, the other is in Scranton. The South Abington has two studio spaces and offers heated classes. You can also find aerial yoga and Lyra classes at this location. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and intelligently sequence their classes to offer modifications appropriate for all levels of students. The space is bright and clean, and each instructor brings their own style to life in class. There are many yoga styles and instructors to choose from and the classes are offered on a schedule that works for almost everyone. A very welcoming environment, highly recommended!

Brand new 2nd floor studio. Lots of windows which means lots of natural light. 2 studios which means double the classes. They have the same offerings as the Scranton studio plus heated vinyasa and yin yoga. There's the same wonderful instructors from the Scranton studio who will make you feel like family. Plus they also offer other things besides yoga...reiki, massage, and other wellness programs are also available. Coming to mission is like coming home.

Mission Yoga is fantastic in that each instructor is extremely personable, informative, and completely open to questions. Further, each instructor has an individual style of teaching, which seems to almost be encouraged, as is your own pace and comfort in performing and following the practices. You won't find a more welcome environment, and it is not uncommon to find yourself having conversation with student and instructor alike following the class. The number of classes are diverse, and it is a very productive learning environment.

Mission is a Yogi's yoga - teachers are thoughtful, experimental and open to new ideas. They regularly train new teachers, who then join the staff, and attend workshops themselves, as well teaching new classes. With half a dozen classes daily, half of them at this location there is always a class to fit your schedule and preferences. You can do vinyasa - slow, regular or vigorous; restorative, heated, aerial, candle light, ying all with more than one teacher. This location has beautiful trees by the side that you glance through the side windows. The ceiling are high, but not as very high as at the Scranton studio. It's worth a try.
