I have known Cindy, the owner of Mojo Fitness, for 10 years now. She could not be more supportive, dynamic, and knowledgeable. Her energy and enthusiasm makes movement FUN and something to look forward to. She offers in-person (in different locations) and virtual classes, so you can choose what works for you. The atmosphere is very welcoming and low-pressure; even as a newcomer you feel like a regular. Try it - you won’t be disappointed!

This is my favorite exercise class. Cindy is a fabulous instructor, and choreographer. She not only gives us a terrific workout, she creates an atmosphere of support and acceptance. She encourages us to let our guard down and have fun. If you have a bad back or knees or other issues, she will give suggestions on how to modify the moves. I have met the nicest people in this class. No one cares how old you are, how thin you are or what you wear. We just all want to stay healthy, physically and mentally.....and support one another. This class is a great place to start!

LOVE Mojo and the particular choreography that focuses on cardio and strength training using your own body weight, not to mention the playlist that motivates you to move! For the first time in my life I’m in a size 2 (in my 40’s) and having so much FUN staying there! Highly recommended… even has an online library to access at any time 🤩💪🏼

Where do I start? I started Mojo 9 years ago and was immediately hooked after the first class. Now I do Mojo 5 days a week. And if I can't make it to class, there is always the online option with so many videos to chose from. Not only do you get a great workout for your body but you also get a great workout for your brain. Cindy is such a great instructor and I have learned so much from her. The minute we start class my mood is lifted and the stress of the day melts away, no matter what has happened before I walked into the studio. Highly recommend!

Once upon a time, I LOVED to dance! Mostly funk and R&B. But, alas, I married a “reluctant dancer”. Frowny face. Many years later Mojo came into my life and I returned to my roots! Not only do I get to express myself on the dance floor (aka, exercise floor), but I also get a fantastic HIIT workout that I didn’t even know existed -- thanks to Cindy. Let me tell you about Cindy: enthusiastic, energetic, creative, fun, and excellent at all the above. She also jumps higher than anybody else in our class! Mojo has changed my life. Seriously!

I have been doing Mojo for almost a year and it is by far the best exercise class I’ve ever done! It is a high energy dance /fitness class. Cindy gives great tips on form and constantly reminds us to “move with intention”. As a result, no muscle goes unworked. The energy and enthusiasm in the live classes are contagious and the camaraderie is something I’ve never experienced in any other class.

What an amazing work out! In addition to being a physical improvement to my life, the camaraderie of the women in this class is exceptional! The group of women who participate in this class range from late twenties to seventies! It is amazing to see the strength and determination of the women in this group! Friends, I lost 25 lbs during quarantine by doing MOJO online everyday! The routines are so easy to follow and there's variety from 29 min -55 min workout w modifications for low impact so every age can participate. Just log on and pick your video! Many are livestreamed from her home too so she keeps everyone moving and motivated!!!I'm never bored because the video library has unlimited routines and music selections. Owner, Cindy Brauer is a phenomenal choreographer and fitness guru! She works every muscle group and you don't even feel like you exercised. You literally feel like you had social time dancing with friends! I've done her live classes for years in a studio but this online option is a BARGAIN! $100 a year is crazy convenient! She's full of positive energy and great professionalism! This is a GIFT you give yourself everyday and the joy you feel keeps the chaos of the world away! Gift a package too to those you love! There is no better time to try mojo online than right now. mojo doesn’t feel like exercise at all- until the next day when you realize the workout you have actually had! Cindy has managed to create a live and now online exercise community that is welcoming to all ages and strengths. mojo gives you exactly the kind of workout you want and is FUN! Seriously- FUN! As I told Cindy six years ago when I first stumbled upon her class, mojo was the very first time in my life that I enjoyed exercise. What was even more surprising to me was how meditative the classes were and still are. Try as I might, I cannot settle my brain during yoga. With mojo, I am challenged just enough, mentally and physically, and have fun dancing and moving with Cindy’s choreography that I can find my state of flow. Stress subsides, headaches melt away and I smile the whole time. Before I know it my fitbit tells me I’m close to 10,000 steps. I never ever regret logging on for a class and often find that a shorter class is just what I need to perk up my day. What are you waiting for?

I've been working out online and in person to Mojo Fitness since 2017. It is such a fun workout!!! I am not the best dancer, but I feel like I am when I follow these awesome routines. I am super picky about music, and the music is AWESOME! I am in fantastic shape because of Mojo Fitness. Cindy gives very helpful hints to help get the most out of your workout. Mojo Fitness with Cindy has been life changing for me. I have been taking Mojo classes in-person for 3 years and I still absolutely love it! I also decided last year to sign up for online classes so I can “Mojo” anytime I want.
Cindy, Mojo Queen & owner, first and foremost knows what she is doing, her choreographed HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts are set to upbeat music that keeps you moving. You can do high impact or low impact, both give you a satisfying workout! I used to do high impact but I have some knee issues so now I do the low impact and have noticed a big difference. I think by doing the low impact (which is still intense) I have noticed that my arms have better definition and I feel my core is getting more engaged. So, I am extremely pleased with that. Gives my heart a good workout too.
As for Cindy, she is a dynamic person who truly knows what she is doing and genuinely cares about all of her students. She makes classes exciting in-person and online.
I highly recommend you give Mojo a try! You can thank me later.

Having Mojo available in the park, live and virtual recorded classes has been the best way to stay fit and relieve stress during Covid! The routines are easy to follow, high energy and give you quite a workout! They focus on both strengthening and endurance, and new routines are added all the time! Five Stars! I actually smile while exercising! Mojo is a fun, music based cardio workout with easy to follow and modify moves. It's just fun- and it's good for you! It allows us to exercise safely outside (weather permitting), and on-line at home anytime with a vast video library and livestream options. OMG! I love Mojo Fitness classes both in person and online. Mojo is a little like old school aerobics with more dance and more fun. It's a fabulous workout and you don't have to be a dancer, you just need to enjoy having fun with some of the nicest women you'll ever meet.

Perfect combination of challenging workout and supportive community. The full body HIIT workouts can be modified for low impact . The music and choreography are so amazing you can't help but move. Cindy's endless energy makes the 1 hour class go by in the blink of an eye. Make no mistake, this is NOT another dance class..... you will sweat and work your muscles! I never exercised before Mojo, and I was hooked after day one! Cindy is a wicked-gifted leader, instructor and artist, and was so gracious with me - a rookie. The classes are FUN and leave you ‘hurt-so-good’, and the rigorous workout fixed [most of] my head problems. 😄 The music is key; beats and rythyms that make you want to get moving, and wonderful classmates that keep you coming back.
