Montone Fitness has changed my life! Really and truly! Not only has my body changed so much - I have muscles now! - but the friends that you meet become part of your life and Monica and the trainers become family! Its amazing! Monica has helped me strength train leading up to multiple half Ironman races. She’s the real deal and knows how to push your training properly. I highly recommend checking her studio out. I love Monica! I’ve been going to her for about 4 months. As a softball player, she helps to strengthen my core and improve my speed. But, she’s more than just a PT. She and I laugh and gossip. In the off-season we started to mix it up and introduce new workouts into my routine. She knows so much about health and fitness and I can rely on her for anything. I highly recommend!

First and foremost, Monica and her team REALLY welcome anyone of any fitness level and CATER their specific needs to their clients! No judgement at all! I have been with Monica for over 2 months now, and she really has nurtured me in a way that I am now able to lift heavier weights, tone my body and feel great about myself again! I highly recommend Montone Fitness Training with Monica, especially for college athletes! I am a Division I field hockey player and committed two years ago with no weight training experience, so I decided to go to Monica to learn the basics and make sure I was using correct form. I have seen so much improvement and have definitely gained so much strength going to work with her. I still continue to work with her two years later, because she made something I never thought I would be good at or enjoy, something I love! She makes working out which some people can't find joy in, something to look forward to. The environment she creates is welcoming and fun while you are still getting work done! She creates personal connections with her clients that make them feel comfortable and enjoy their time working out, and anyone should definitely consider her with her up beat attitude and willingness to make working out effective and fun!

As a former college athlete and now in my 40’s, I always stayed active with fitness; but felt that I needed more. Mentally and physically. Monica was just that!

Over the past 10 months, I have seen incredible progress. I’ve shaved almost a full minute off of my 5K running pace, and my road cycling has never been smoother. This past weekend, I finished first place overall female in a sprint duathlon, with a PR by five minutes!

Why is this? It’s all because of weight training! But wait…there’s more!

Mid- pandemic, my anxiety had been the worst ever. Constant worry, panic, and fear over the unknown. I reached out to Monica as a possible solution to help me find purpose. It was exactly what I needed. Weight training is so much more than physical! Monica is an amazing trainer and coach. I have had experience with personal trainers before and she is by far the best. She tailors each workout to both the goals you want to reach, and also to where she knows you can be. There is definitely no slacking in a Monica workout, but she is there to encourage you every step of the way! She taught me not only how to work out, but where my body is comfortable, where I can push and how to sustain the workouts outside of each session. She also flexible in her scheduling to accommodate what works for you. As an added plus is makes herself available outside of the gym to answer questions I had about my diet and routine. On top of all of it shes hilarious, kind, encouraging and has become a friend too! Highly recommend Monica/ Montone Fitness Coaching to achieve any fitness goal you have!
