Edit to my old review, a higher up from Richland had called me to address my review, and everything was straightened out respectfully. Since this is all situated they are addressing the issues in my review. Very respectful if they follow through. Overall if the issues are addressed it is a very good gym to go to.

Canceled my membership before the pandemic over the phone since I was not using it and they never closed the account and continued to try and charge me as a active membership and now it’s a hard hit on my credit score because their incompetence I wi be reporting it to the BBB
Edit: your employee never said that I needed to come in and sign any sort of paper work and your bull collection agency has never reached out to me

Kelly & Dave offer a great place with top quality equipment and environment to make those changes you've always wanted. I've been to a few different gyms and honestly this is the one ill choose. Luckily for me its extremely close to home, the wife and I can go anytime we want and everyone is willing to help or assist in anyway possible. They have so much to offer and the price is more than reasonable. I only wish I could have found this place sooner. Thank you guys for giving everyone some of the best facilities in the area and all those who are considering it. Do it, it is definitely not something you willregret doing, only something you will regret not doing sooner.

I absolutely love this gym! Great location,safe and very clean. It has everything you need for your workouts. I hired a professional trainer that has been very professional and helped me reach my goals in seven weeks. The prices are very reasonable too! Wayyyyyyyyy overpriced dont even bother for 500 dollars or 60 flipping dollars a mounth. you could build your own gym there not in the business of helping people there in this buisnes of robbing people. All I want to do is get a member ship and loose a hundered pounds but if your not rich forget it. Definitely not thinking about the less fortunate.

24/7 access with helpful, friendly staff and decent priced memberships. I use to go to the summit and got tired of the long drive. I switched and now I prefer it over the summit. Great place for moving some weight around. Free weights and machines are available as well as cardio machines.

No one is perfect, I DID NOT read the fine print. I made a mistake. Humans make mistakes. I signed up for a 2 month agreement but did not realize they would continue to charge me every month until I have to physically walk in & sign in ink that I am cancelling. DO NOT put this on a card that you normally just pay the bill every month on because they will charge you even if you are not going. I asked for a 3 month credit, I understood that she couldn't do that so I asked for a 1 month credit & she wouldn't even do that. Thanks for your hospitality. What's the best form of advertising? Word of Mouth.Have a great day! AFTER THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: I certainly didn't threaten anyone, I merely made a comment that if people ask me about the financial aspect of the gym, I would tell them. That is what WORD OF MOUTH is. You are the unprofessional one.

I’ve been a member for almost 4 years, practically since they opened. I love the classes that they have. We go to Bill’s circuit and interval training class every Tuesday and Thursday. Great class, great workout buddies! I also love the yoga classes! Classes can be modified for any fitness level!
