Brandon and his members were oh so welcoming at my first group fitness class today! What a beautiful facility- LOVE the all black and music was poppin!’ I was sweating from the start of class to the finish, and I was both humbled and encouraged along the way. One thing I noticed that was special and unique was Brandon asking each individual how their weekend went and then listening to each of their answers. An owner/leader who cares like that says a lot about the heart that went into creating a space where folks can show up as themselves 🖤…

First time visiting this gym and I spent less than 25 minutes here before leaving. If you’re a powerlifter hoping to get a good SBD session in, this is not the place to be, as they have only 1 power rack and 1 questionable bench rack. You will be mocked/judged by immature members who aren’t familiar with comp benching and you might not be able to find the restroom because there’s no clear sign anywhere.

I had high hopes coming into this gym, especially hearing so much about how good the equipment is. I have been to many gyms across the country, outside of the country, and in the state of PA, and this was the quickest I have ever left a gym. The gym was disorganized, the plates were scattered all over in different shapes, sizes, and brands, the members were disrespectful and taunting, and I couldn’t even spot properly because the arrangement of equipment. I will not be returning nor would I recommend this gym to any serious lifter/athlete

this gym is absolutely incredible it feels like home and the amount of love in this room & how many machines there are is incredible. They prioritize you and you are seen whether you are new to your gym journey or not. loved meeting the owner he is super humble and respectful.

This gym is AMAZING! The environment is super cute, and the vibe is just perfect. Everything is spotless—the equipment is always clean, and the whole place is so well taken care of. It has everything you could ever need, from weights to machines to all kinds of workout options.
