After three surgeries and being sedentary, I started working one on one with Christine. I had tried every program imaginable to loose weight with no lasting success. She suggested the Elimination Diet. I have lost 20 pounds in 8 months without any GLP's. My BMI and body composition statics have improved dramatically. Eliminating sugar, gluten and dairy in my diet has lessened the inflammation of my joints and my cholesterol levels are down. I am 67 and with Christine's encouragement, feeling better than I have in many years.

Our 10 hour Sunday retreat day with Christine & Karen was amazing! Thank you, both, for planning a wonderful action packed day for all of us. I have reviewed all what we experienced to several people who canβt believe that you were able to fit all of that into one day! You kept the pace going and packed the day with such valuable information and experiences and yummy delicious food! Informative discussions on fitness and nutrition with take-home tips, a strength building class, healthy homemade snacks and lunch, a walk in nature which worked out perfectly with the beautiful weather, a contemplative labyrinth walk, yoga Nedra with healing sound bowl, a fabulous cooking demonstration ending with a delicious and nutritious Mediterranean meal.
It was wonderful to be in such a homogenous group of like-minded women all at similar points in life looking for the kind of advice and education you both have to offer. Thank you so much. Definitely keep me on the mailing list, please!

I started taking classes at Movement RX in December and am so glad I did! Classes are small and very personalized! Nicole's Move Strong class on Mondays is so much fun! She makes you feel like you're right at home, almost immediately! Her instruction is top notch and very creative! Christine's Phytoga class on Tuesday is equally exceptional! Her goal is to make you know your body and how it moves, and strengthen it with each class. Both Nicole and Christine are highly dedicated instructors, who genuinely care about each one who attends their classes! I also take private sessions with Nicole, which is worth every minute of it! Movement RX a gem of a studio, that's for sure!

I had my first class at Movement RX - a yoga class. I am a super senior and have been to many yoga classes in my lifetime, but this was one of the best. The instructor, Susan, was so easy to follow (I can be directionally challenged) and helped us understand the benefit of the various exercises. She checked in with me before class started to see if I had any health/movement concerns and frequently checked on me during the class.
I look forward to the next class!

I attended the Reclaim Your Strength: Smart Nutrition and Exercise for Woman Workshop today. It was extremely informative, very clearly presented, and filled with helpful and original information. I learned a lot, and left feeling inspired to make some important changes in my life. Christine and Anastasia gave wonderful presentations, and the support-handouts and samples they included were fantastic. I'm really grateful I was able to attend.

I just love Nicoleβs Friday morning Dance Fusion class. Itβs a great body/mind workout and lots of fun to boot. Nicole is a terrific instructor and one of the nicest people I know. If youβre looking for an enjoyable way to get the creaks out, then this is the class for you!

I started going to Movement Rx Studio for posture therapy with Nicole which led to yoga and dance fusion classes. My experience exceeded my expectations! Nicole and Christine are incredibly knowledgeable. The classes are challenging and fun and, more importantly, the instructors ensure proper form and present alternatives. The studio offers more than classes; it also provides a community of friendly and like-minded clients that I look forward to seeing again.

If you are looking for a no-judgment environment among like-minded adults under the guidance of an extremely knowledgeable and professional trainer, this is for you. Christine somehow manages to teach class and simultaneously provide personal guidance to each class participant. Each class is unique, but moving toward a common goal of strength, mobility and balance. I love Movement Rx.

Nicole's enthusiasm and ability to help all participants with correct body placements/posture(s) is extremely advantageous for her Monday Body Restoration class. Not only is she able to individualize (due to mobility issues of clients), but she explains how each posture impacts the muscles and body as a whole. She is such a pleasure to have as an instructor. I want all my friends to take her class!

Love working in Nicole's Dance Strong class. She plays great music and is a splendid dancer. Lots of stretching and balancing, some weights and stretch bands. Every week she has a new trick for us and adds to the choreography we are gradually learning. Best of all, we are encouraged to do our best but are reminded to accommodate our own strengths and limitations.

I am so happy I was able to attend Nicole's Dance Strong class on Monday! It was really fun, and such a fabulous workout. Nicole brings kind and positive energy to everything she does, and the movements she taught us were fluid, energized, and spot-on to the fabulous music she played...and I could sure feel the effects the next day! The class was filled with lovely, welcoming 'dancers' and I can't wait to go back. Thank you, Nicole! I've become a regular at this studio, enjoying various health and fitness experiences. As COVID is winding down, the studio has added more "pop-up" experiences covering different health or fitness-related topics. Christine, her associated instructors, and "pop-up" colleagues will make their classes work for various fitness levels. Over this past year, I've seen a bump in my strength (especially core muscles), balance, and flexibility. Also, it's fun to 'reverse age.'

I have been working with Christine both privately and attending her classes on a weekly basis. I have felt enormous benefit, both physically and mentally. As a physician, I am bent over patients frequently and have noticed that it has affected my posture creating both pain in my neck and low back. After working with Christine, my posture, core strength and mobility have measurable improved. I have less pain and improved stamina and mobility. I highly recommend MovementRx Studio for both personal training and fitness classes.

The MovementRx studio is a very special place! Christine and Nicole are fantastic instructors. They have wide ranges of experience in their respective practices and lead each class with authority, skill and kindness - always offering accommodations to enhance individual needs. Not all of us can do every pose or stretch but you are always made to feel included and valued for any progress and good form you can attain. I feel I have already made progress in my posture and balance and know that, with their help, I can continue to improve with every class!

I take two classes per week. Prior to taking them, I had chronic pain in my upper back and neck from decades of hunching over performing medical studies. Since taking these sessions for a couple of months, much of the discomfort has markedly lessened.
Additionally, Christine, has to be one of the most pleasant people that I have, personally, dealt with. Her professional knowledge and caring attitude are a credit to her as a human being. A welcome oasis in these turbulent times

I attended a Sushi and Champagne event last night. I had an amazing time, the class was fun, energetic, filled with joy and laughter.
