Best boxing gym around has everything you need to be a successful fighter and you’ll love the coaches/trainers Glenn and cam. And the owner is the best gym owner ever couldn’t ask for anything better then this!!!!!

Through trials and tribulations of life, I have come and gone since 2008. I have walked in those doors with butterflies in my stomach and open arms. The owner is the most perfect person you could think of for a gym owner. He is about as straight as they come but he has an even bigger heart. Even the men that work there are loyal, sweet and can give you heaven or hell depending on your attitude. I have always been in love with this place, always....yes I am a woman obviously:) Best part about it is...."when in Rome" attitude makes me feel at home everytime. I will be going back home sooner than I thought. I love the atmosphere, I love it all, mostly the support and non judgmental attitude. BUT....if you go then be prepared for a lifestyle change and be prepared to work! If you cant take constructive criticism stay home.

Mari McDade here, I have known ALL of the gentlemen who have been here since they Danny Mullarkey opened this place, not to mention the first place as well. THEY DESERVE FIVE STARS. PERIOD. He is a charismatic owner who can't be conned. or bargained with. I don't know who you are but I give the gym 20 out of 20. Any Day. They have taught me so much including DAN MULLARKEY, GLENN TURNER, CAMERON "THE SITUATION "BRIGHT, AND SO ON. Don't knock it till ya tried it. It is a family in there.
