Lynne’ offers an incredible Gentle Yoga practice! Her class is exactly what I was seeking, after practicing at a number of other studios in the past few years.
She is attentive to the individual needs of each and every one of her students.
The benefits( with flexibility and mobility) I have received in the past few months with her, have provided me great results in dealing with spinal stenosis, arthritis, and nerve pain.
I find it to be as physically therapeutic as Physical therapy, and allows my body and mind to connect in a relaxing setting.

For a personalized yoga experience Lynne’ is the best, she is a natural and intuitive instructor that designs your session around your physical needs. I highly recommend her especially for private sessions.

My first time doing yoga and Lynne has made it very easy for me to do various poses. She uses various aids which help me since, at this point, my flexibility isn't what it used to be. I have suffered from back pain for a number of years and wake up with an achy, stiff back everyday. That is until I started the gentle yoga classes. Highly recommend for any considering trying or getting back into doing yoga.

I started working with Lynne' a couple of years ago. I'm a long distance runner and otherwise very active. I was constantly "pushing through" various back, shoulder and leg injuries. Since working with Lynne' those types of injuries are all but nonexistent! My overall flexibility has also increased tenfold! Sessions with Lynne' have also helped mentally. I've learned to breath and relax a little more in tense situations, which with a busy work schedule has been incredibly helpful. If you're an athlete or a busy professional, you have to find a way to fit her into your schedule!

Lynne is great at meeting you where you are at and helping you learn along the way. The studio decor really adds to the atmosphere and helps makes each yoga class a relaxing and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend!

Phenomenal! Lynné is incredibly knowledgable, personable, and patient. Her passion and years of training are evident, she is able to tailor classes to her students' needs (being careful on knees or other joints, etc.) and leads an exquisitely relaxing savasana. I highly recommend Lynné to any and all.
