Love coming to Next LVL for my morning workouts! The classes are fun, upbeat and will push you to the next LVL! The HIIT workouts are intense, dynamic, and always leave me feeling accomplished. The coaches are fantastic- motivating, and always ensuring everyone gets the most out of each session. Whether you're new to HIIT or a seasoned pro there is a place for you here! Highly recommend!!

My fav workout in town! Always challenging with a mix of weights and cardio. The format keeps you moving the whole time and you use every minute of the class. The trainers and members are all super friendly & welcoming too!

Next LVL is an awesome circuit based class. I love the class environment as itโ€™s welcoming (not intimidating for newbies!), challenging, and clean/spacious. JR is great at encouraging you to try heavier weights while always being really positive about where ever you are in your fitness journey.

You can check the schedule if you want to go on a day thatโ€™s more strength or more cardio focused, which is nice whether youโ€™re mixing it into your routine - or just going everyday
