This morning around 9:30am, as I was getting dressed I saw a bedbug in the men's locker room that is closest to the weightroom. It crawled from the floor, up and disappeared into one of the lockers. It was large and engorged, appeared to be a female, meaning they are likely nesting in the locker room area. The bathrooms have always been smelly, they likely are not cleaned properly, there are carpets on the floor in there, which bedbugs are known to nest in. I have enjoyed working out at this gym, it's never really crowded and the equipment can get the job done, even though it is old and outdated, likely from the 90s. It is close to where I work, but I can't worry about getting bedbugs from the locker room. The woman at the front desk was unaware of what bedbugs are or what they looked like, which shocked me.

I would say overall it is a good place, I do camp here, which is good too. It is just really expensive to go to camp or to have a membership. The staff are really kind to everyone, which is a good thing because you wouldn't want to go to a place with rude staff. I would definitely recommend this place to people.

Their steam rooms and saunas probably haven’t been renovated in 50+ years and the gym doesn’t supply any towels so I don’t know how they expect guests to actually use them. They do supply gym equipment thankfully.

The structure of this fitness center is not new but well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful and are nice to communicate with. The important part, there is plenty of equipment for various exercises and most modern equipment and free weights. Plenty of aerobic equipment for people to use. The space for this fitness center is huge. Multiple various courts for different sports. Locker room facilities are well maintained. The only negative I can say is the pool is so small maybe 25 ft. I have never used it. They have daycare, massage therapist, (independent of the club,) but located in the club. Also have personal trainers as well

A no frills gym that offers everything you want and need to workout and live a healthier life. There is a lot of equipment available for cardio and weightlifting. The equipment is clean. The floors need a cleaning. Most, but not all, of the front staff is professional and kind. There is a particular person who has an attitude. Don’t let that individual ruin your day. The hours could be increased. If you want to look at yourself this isn’t the place for you. Otherwise, check this place out.

Not a fan was completely denied a guest pass when i came with a friend that was a member. Why should i invest in a gym that i don't even know what it has to offer and what kind of atmosphere resides.

I had to leave and go to L.A. fitness on the bully which at this point i would also suggest others to go. They at least are trained professionals that can give you a tour and a guest pass for first timers.

I don't even know if they offer a silver sneakers program because the clerk was very disinterested in talking. Almost as if they wanted me to leave.

I take my son here for swim lessons but when we are done I’m not coming back the whole locker room/bathroom are coed which creeps me out the changing rooms are disgusting they have carpet that smells like pee, the whole pool area is disgusting yesterday there was a used bandage on the side of the pool and someone just left a used pamper under one of the chairs this whole place needs to be updated 🤮👎
