Northwest Athletics is a cross-functional fitness studio that empowers each member of its community to build healthier and well-balanced habits and lives. Each of NWA's classes and personal training sessions is designed to improve your overall strength, balance, and agility through total-body workouts that combine cardio movements and strength exercises. Sessions can be taken online or in-studio.

I’ve been working out in small group classes here for just over a year, and it’s been an amazing experience, for both my physical and mental well being. Brandon and Lindsey are so welcoming and supportive of everyone’s different goals and fitness levels and accommodate everyone to ensure a great workout. I’ve been dealing with tennis elbow for a few months and they’re always willing to switch things up for me on the fly. Additionally, everyone is so nice and supportive, it does feel like a little community. I would urge anyone - young, old, fit, out of shape, or those unsure or intimidated by group classes - check them out.

NWA Fitness is the best gym in the area! I’ve been coming here for over two years now and have never felt better! Brandon and Lindsey are awesome instructors that make every class challenging and leave me feeling rejuvenated . I highly recommend! They provide an all around wonderful experience and great atmosphere!

The workouts I do at Northwest Athletics are always my favorite workout of the week! Brandon is such a great trainer. I first worked out with him at AFC Jenkintown years ago, so I was so excited when he opened up this studio. He is great at pushing you to keep going, while still being laid back and kind. I also love the small group environment and connecting with the other people that attend the classes. My favorite classes are the strength focused classes. They are definitely making me STRONGER! Once you try a class or two at Northwest Athletics you will be hooked!

He pushes you to get stronger without ever going too far, he helps you with form and is very encouraging. I love the community of people I get to spend time with and get stronger with each week. I have been coming to Northwest Athletics for the last few weeks and absolutely love it. I have tried many different group fitness workouts, including Orange Theory, Crossfit, and Peloton, and I can honestly say that the quality of Brandon's instruction and programming is top-notch. I feel like I've been consistently pushed to improve, but at the same time, I am not overwhelmed with the impossibility of a workout or the fear of an injury. I also like that there is a virtual option and the in-person classes are small (5-6 people max). All of the people I've worked out with have been been fully vaccinated. After many months of not working out, I was completely intimidated by going back to a gym, but I am really glad I did!

Thanks to Brandon, I was able to get into the best shape of my life. He gently pushed me to constantly raise the bar. I used to be very resistant to boot camps, but now I know I can do just about anything as long as I am patient with myself. The virtual workouts gave me great flexibility, which was needed with covid and two small kids, and the quality surprisingly never wavered. The prices are reasonable, you can book everything online, and gym is clean and accommodating. I highly recommend Northwest Athletics!

I've taken classes with Brandon on and off for a few years now. He's a fantastic instructor and runs amazing group classes. His classes always push my limits and that's exactly what I need for the sports that I play. His classes are dynamic, and a great mix of strength and HIIT. They will definitely leave you feeling tired, but accomplished.
Also, opening a gym during COVID would've seemed like an impossible feat by many. But, Brandon did it without a hitch! He runs a great gym and cannot recommend him enough. As a fellow business owner, I have great respect for what's he done and what he's brought to the community. Thank you!
