I joined orange theory about 2-3 months ago and so far I am loving it! I love the group classes, the coaches provide encouragement and make sure you’re exercising safely. I’ve taken classes with several different coachesβ€”everyone has been super friendly, professional, and attentive. The energy in the studio is always positive, and the workouts are both challenging and motivating.

I want to give a special shoutout to Coach Danielleβ€”she’s amazing! She pays close attention to everyone in class, offering tips and corrections to make sure we’re doing the exercises safely and effectively. Very bad experience. I was charged for switching the class on the same day and I was charged penalty for my next class for no reason. It was never communicated to me before and when questioned, they said the policies changed due to the recent management changes. Very poor communication and I would like warn folks that you might be charged for no reason without prior communication. Also, the membership cancellation has 30 days policy.
I won't recommend Orange Theory at Bethlehem location at all. Good luck folks !

The BEST workouts - always changing it up so it’s never boring (I go at least 3 times a week so this is huge) and you get a whole body workout (tread, rower, weights) which is great when you have a busy schedule. I have been a member since last year 2021, started in blue bell location, Hailey is great and wonderful instructor, only reason i moved to gwynedd location was because of distance, 20-25 min vs <8mins, in gwynedd location, Heather is such a great caring wonderful instructor, she really focuses and provides great attention in details, encouraging and providing motivational feedback that keeps me going and working out hard and bring the best in me. I highly recommend both locations!

I have had a great experience at this location, the coaches are motivational, they push you to do your best, and I always leave the workout feeling accomplished. Absolutely love orange theory. I've been going for a couple months now and I can see huge improvements and gains. I've had many PRs on the treadmill and I always feel encouraged. Booked a class here for the first time and was nothing short of a disappointment which seems to be an orange theory fitness thing. drove 40 min to the location, arrived 25 min early to my booked class and was told I should have been here at 730am for a class that starts at 8:15am and they couldnt get me in??? that makes no sense since my class is at 8:15pm? So basically 25 min is not enough time to prep and show the gym? Give me a break. It takes 10 min. This is my second poor experience with this company and would never purchase a membership with them.

Orangetheory is a great workout for all ages/levels of performance. It is individualized based on your goals but still has the group feeling of being part of a team. Everyday is a different workout so it never get boring. The entire staff at Gwynedd is friendly, motivating, and they make the workout fun. Their latest procedures for keeping the gym clean and sanitized as well as keeping social distancing make me feel safe as I continue to work out during the COVID-19 pandemic. I am never within 6ft of anyone in the class.

I've been a member at this location for almost a year. All of the trainers and front desk staff are super friendly, there's great music, and the classes change every day so you're never bored. The coaches also do a great job showing modifications for a particular exercise if needed, and make themselves readily available to speak with if you need any help during the workout. I was a bit intimidated to start here last year, but you can go at your own pace, and the coaches are all so approachable and welcoming that I felt comfortable here pretty quickly! Attending a class here is truly one of the highlights of my week, I'd recommend this gym to anyone interested in group classes or HIIT workouts.

I love that OTF workouts push me farther than I thought I was capable of. Whether it’s running on an incline which I have never done or increasing my all out speed, I am doing far more than I would’ve ever challenged myself to do. I also love the positive feedback of seeing my heart rate and immediate goal of getting splats as I am doing the workout. The better shape I am in, the more I have to push myself to get my splats. It’s great that you don’t plateau and are always just competing with your own heart rate to get better. I enjoy that the workouts are always different so you never get bored and I’ve learned a lot of new floor exercises. I also love all the coaches’ motivation during the workouts and their awesome playlists at Gwynedd...definitely gives me the extra push I need! Plus when I come in tired or not feeling great, it’s hard to slack off when everyone around me is kicking butt!

I enter the class thinking there is no way I can push myself today, I am way too tired. 5 minutes later I am setting new personal records, I do not know how the trainers do it however they get me motivated every time!
