I’ve been to plenty of gyms over the years, but nothing compares to this one. The equipment is top-notch, the space is always spotless, and the vibe is incredibly motivating. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, and the trainers genuinely care about your progress. Whether you’re just starting out or chasing PRs, this is the place to do it. I actually look forward to my workouts now and can’t recommend it enough!

I love Orangetheory in the South Hills! Every coach is highly motivating, fully engaged, and challenges you to give your best. They work hard to know you 1:1 and help you hit your personal goals. Started my OT journey about a month ago and I can already see AND feel the difference! I thought to join a class, I’d already have to be “fit” to keep up- but that’s so far from true. Everyone is doing the same workout, BUT at their own pace!
As a mom of 5, I love that they have different class times so I can fit this into my busy schedule. The coaches and staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. They are also extra knowledgeable on form and will help you if needed! Bonus: the facility and equipment is SO clean. 🤩
I like that every class is a different workout, with the added signature workouts periodically, and benchmarks to help you see your own progress!
I can’t recommend Orange Theory enough. It has truly helped me not only physically, but mentally as well! As a Mom- this is my stress relief. My fiancé and I jokingly call it my “Orange Therapy.”

So happy I joined over two years ago! I love the structure and organization of the workouts and the app. Booking classes is easy and can be done a month in advance. I’m stronger and faster than I was when I joined. The coaches do an amazing job of motivating and giving tips to improve your performance. The team at the desk is welcoming and helpful. The coaches and desk team are pretty impressive with knowing names - especially Sarah. They celebrate your class milestones and birthdays. The staff and coaches here are always wonderful, but Sarah is amazing. She truly goes above and beyond. I’ve been a member on and off for a few years now, and every time I have to leave (only ever because my busy schedule sometimes doesn’t work for the class times they offer), or decide to come back-she makes the process so easy. The great workout and progress I see in such a short amount of time, and Sarah’s kindness always keeps me coming back. Definitely recommend.

I started at OTF in February of 2023 and it was the best decision I’ve made in terms of my health and fitness. Workouts are easy to understand, especially with the help of the absolutely amazing coaches!! The coaches also always encourage it’s members to make the workout their own by providing options to make the workout less or more intense. Coaches also always provide accommodations if members have small injuries or pains to make the workout comfortable for you! The support and constant supervision from the coaches makes me feel safe when I’m on the tread, rower, or on the weight floor. Not only does OTF south hills have the best coaches, but also the best staff! The employees behind the desk are always super friendly and always willing to help! Could not recommend them more !!!!!

Very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend. Injured during class, lack of concern or understanding in terms of the membership. My PCP advised me not to continue the program due to severity of the injury and nature of the workouts with lack of rest opportunities. Requested to cancel prior to my billing date and was told they would “run it by the manager” and I never heard back. I ended up being charged over $100 for classes that I won’t be able to use. Called back to review, later offered to freeze my membership which was not offered during my initial call. I initially enjoyed the classes but being new and learning the exercises is very difficult when there is one instructor for 20 people. Instructors do not seem aware of who is new, once you are signed on there is lack of support which is dangerous given the involvement of weight lifting. When you call in, the person answering the phone isn’t one that can assist you, they have lack of confidence and understanding of how to accommodate the members. Will warn people in the community about the financial risk due to the lack of concern from the company.

Probably the best decision I have made in 2024 was joining OTF South Hills. Shoutout to the amazing coaches, Dave, Hannah, Kevin, Jarred, Sarah, wonderful staff, Yaya and Sean. Every single session is different from the other and challenges me to push my limits, and I completely feel the improvement in my physical strength. Workout plans are really intensive but I haven’t had a single injury during or after a workout. Would definitely continue to be a premier OTF member for a long time! Thank you 🙏

Awful experience, i would not recommend this studio. I have a handful of injuries at the moment and was just trying to row through a block of workout. Unfortunately, Dave felt like I was showing him up and his ego was too inflated to allow me to make modifications. I don’t know if it’s a common issue, however Dave lack of flexibility with his coaching style and failure to understand the client’s best interest is disappointing. I recommend retraining him. There are a lot of other fitness options in the area. I would suggest looking into those rather than coming to this studio for anybody who is reading this review. It’s unfortunate that Dave’s hubris prevented me from finishing the class.

I can't say enough about how much I have enjoyed working out here! I can see so much improvement in my stamina and health just after joining two months ago. Everyone asks this question when I say how much I enjoy Orangetheory. It’s the combination of the strength and HIIT cardio that I enjoy so much. I know I’m getting a good workout in because I see the heart rate, I see the calories burned, and I am also seeing results. It’s such a great atmosphere too. No competitiveness, everyone cheers each other on. It’s just an overall good feeling when you are there and even better when you leave.

I absolutely love OTF South Hills! Sarah and her staff are amazing! I've been a member since late February. I will admit, I allowed myself to get horribly out of shape and would reluctantly drag my butt to the gym on occasion (with the promise that I could watch Netflix on the elliptical). I was hooked during my first class. After my first two months, I upgraded my membership from 8 classes to unlimited because I wanted to go more than twice a week. Now I strive for 3-4 times a week. Some say the membership prices are high, and they are a little steep compared to a "normal gym", but this is your health we're talking about. I love that I don't have to think about what I'm going to work on, I just show up and get told what to do by amazing coaches who are supportive and motivating.

Orangetheory is an incredible establishment to help you get fit. I came in feeling unfit and unworthy, but I always leave feeling encouraged. It is amazing what even an 8 pack of classes can do for you!! I can tell after every class I am getting stronger. Each class is your own pace so it isn’t intimidating! The coaches are very reassuring and will gently correct you to ensure proper form and safety in the gym. It is slightly pricey but I have found it to be 100% worth it and if anything the price motivates me to make sure I attend.

I love how every station has a different exercise designed to push you farther to your capacity. The workouts are intense and I love feeling the burn after every workout! And I love the atmosphere. The people are friendly, the studio is clean and I love the orange light it just sets the mood for me. And coach Kevin is friendly and I love his energy!

I’m so glad a friend told me about orangetheory. I love that there’s a coach rooting us on and directing us through the stations as a group. It brings back the competitive nature of high school sports and cuts out the monotony and self-motivation at a regular gym. Plus since every otf across the world has the same workouts in a day, it’s fun to compare classes with friends.

Getting started with a free first class was so easy, and the staff and the instructors were extremely helpful, welcoming and relatable! I wasn't sure what to expect but the three stations keep the hour moving and it makes the class interesting and fun. They also play some great music/playlists that really help you get pumped up.

OTF South Hills has been such a positive influence in my life. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the coaches are truly the best of the best. I love the South Hills Orangetheory! I originally became a member at the East End location and switched to South Hills when they opened last year. The staff is very friendly and the coaches (trainers) are AMAZING. I can't pick a favorite because they're all so great and attentive. I'm in the best shape of my life and 100% owe it to Orangetheory Fitness and their motivating coaches. I have been to multiple other locations (membership is valid at all locations throughout the country) and the South Hills is my favorite.

What’s not to love!!? The coaches are awesome; every single coach is kind and motivating in their own way. The classes are high intensity, but they are also designed so anyone at any fitness level can participate. I love the atmosphere and the friends I’ve made. I never liked working out in a group setting before, but this is a different kind of group setting. It’s still you against you. Also, when I can’t make it to a class, the workouts I do at home or at the gym are better than they used to be based on what I’ve learned and done at an orange theory class. My endurance and motivation has improved 100%. Thank you!! Love you guys!!!!
