Could not recommend OTF Springfield enough! I joined in October and it was the best decision. The coaches always keep class fun and switch things up to continue to motivate everyone. I go to class 4-5 times a week and months later I still donβt feel like things ever get repetitive. Itβs a family vibe and they ensure all feel so welcomed!!

"I started taking class at OrangeTheory in May with the goal of building strength and endurance, getting more consistent with my workouts and develop a sense of community which was lost for me due to COVID. OTF Springfield has exceeded my expectations in all of the areas mentioned.
Due to my busy home schedule I primarily take strength 50 classes with JohnnyMac on Mon and Wed nights at 7pm. I love his class. he starts the class with a motivating quote and the music is like a dance party. π₯³ In my book he has earned the nickname DJ Johnny Mac because his music mix is just that good.
Since starting classes in May, Iβve lost approximately 14lbs and counting, my run pace has improved , and have fostered good relationships with the staff and some of the members."

Nothing about OTF Springfield disappoints! The coaches, the classes, the music, the studio, the staff.. the best all around! Returned to working out regularly after a hiatus and never found anything that kept me as motivated as this place does. This is a terrific workout. You are surrounded by a very interactive staff that wants you to succeed and that is different for everyone. The facility is clean and well managed. Coach Christina is A+. Give it a try, you may be really surprised how good you feel and how fit you become!

This past winter I stopped by to inquire about joining. I noticed the lights were out and the place looked disheveled. It was still early in the day so I was confused. I called a few days later and left a voice mail. I never heard back. I decided to call the Glenn Mills location and found out there was water damage at the Springfield facility and could be why I never heard back.I say this to say, I still have not received a call back and after looking through these reviews, I now understand why.

I am SO thankful for OTF Springfield!! I travel from Conshohocken to come see Coach Christina and Coach Gaby! The coaches are supportive, high energy, encouraging, and are there to push you to reach your goals!! If I ever have difficulty completing something they are always quick to provide me with a modification. I have never had a bad workout here and the coaches always play the best music. The studio is spacious and extremely clean. The studio manager Rachel is the best addition to Springfield and such a piece of sunshine! I feel extremely comfortable and motivated to work out at OTF Springfield and instantly welcomed when I enter the studio!

I am a current OTF member in Conshohocken and I regularly drive the 20 minutes to go to Springfield to take Christina's class at 5am - She's THAT GOOD. I have taken close to 500 classes at OTF in various locations and Christina's coaching is first rate. She is infectious, motivating and invigorating. Christina's energy is contagious and man does she have energy!! Gaby is also one of my FAVORITES but luckily she comes to Conshy regularly. To top it off the new manager, Rachel is a top rate manager. She comes with years of experience and understands what it takes to build a sense of community. The team at Springfield is top notch!

Orange Theory CALLED me to offer a FREE class. I decided I would take up the offer. The called proceeded with me giving the rep basic info (name, dob). Then the rep asked for credit card info to hold my spot. I responded, βNo, thank you!β I am not giving my credit card info to anyone that called me and I thought you were OFFERING me a FREE class? I already donβt like how they do business.

ZERO STARS. I will NEVER go to an Orange Theory after my first experience! I signed up on mindbody, arrived 15 minutes early just because I figured I should, however nothing told me to come early. When I arrived there were only 2 people there. One was talking to the girl at the front desk, the other one was new and led into the room by the trainer. After a few minutes of waiting, I was told that I came too late and had to reschedule. I told her I got a babysitter, I got here 15 minutes early and she still said no. THEN I called to speak to a manager who was RUDE as hell. WHY do I need to arrive 30 minutes before a workout. Is this the marine corps? Screw this place ruined my day, I will never go back \. And if they want people to arrive that early it needs to be on all resources, bit just their damn website who nobody even looks at.

Where do I start? Let me start by saying Michelle does an amazing job as a head coach. Not sure what a head coach does but I'm assuming she's a mix between a coach and a manager. She brings a lot of energy to the 5am class where I'm a regular and has the best playlists. It's because of her help that I can kind of, sort of perform lunges now, and for most of my life, I couldn't. Anna and Bron are also fantastic coaches, I haven't had the chance to meet all of them. The front desk staff is also very friendly, and helpful, especially Nicola and Amanda. All those reasons make OTF Springfield the best studio in the area. Keep up the good work ;)

This place is literally the reason I get out of bed in the morning. Monday through Friday I book the 06:15 with Michelle, and every morning she completely destroys me (in a good way). She is by far the best personal trainer I have ever had; she is supportive, knowledgeable, and pushes you to go farther than you ever thought was possible. Her constant reminder to "take it up for that [summer] body" is exactly what I need to make sure I am ready for this year's beach season. I have only been a member for one month, and have already seen positive changes in my cardiovascular health, my endurance, my physique, and my weight.

I just signed up a few days ago and have went to a couple of classes. There's no contract and the price is fair for the various membership levels they offer. The studio itself is really nice, clean and generally well maintained. The classes they run are an hour each, which leaves plenty of time to get the workout you want and the coaches all want to see you succeed. Having your heart rate and workout data for each class is one of my favorite parts. During the sessions you can get instant feedback on how you're doing and if you need to push harder or ease off. Then having it stored historically in the app gives you hard numbers to accurately track your progress.
Overall, it's a fun place to workout and the coaches are all really good. Scheduling your classes in the app and tracking your progress is really easy and I'm always exhausted when I leave. Definitely worth checking this place out if you're shopping around.
