Our highly skilled and experienced trainers motivate, educate, and engage individuals of all ages through one-on-one and group (in-person and remote) sessions, building strength & cardiovascular capacity. Indoor rowing and cycling, weight lifting, circuit training, and injury prevention are our areas of expertise. Three tenets -- Prior, Proper, Planning -- are central to our approach and transcend athletics to enrich all aspects of life. We DO NOT have a monthly membership fee--simply pay per classes or purchase a package. So much more than a passionate coach, Cass is also a wonderful, caring human being who wants the best for each and every one of her clients. During COVID, I had the opportunity of participating in virtual erg training sessions. Each session, Cass helped me improve my technique to increase my efficiency and power per stroke. Offering a wide range of services, Cass also guided me through the college recruiting process, helping me identify a place where I would be happy academically, athletically, and socially. Cass has certainly played a monumental role in my success and I would recommend P3PE to anyone, whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’re an elite athlete wanting a positive environment to further propel your growth!

As a 73 year old woman I was looking for a way to gain greater range of motion and strength. I started with Cass, as my one-on-one trainer, over two years ago, twice a week and have steadily moved forward. The environment has always been safe, especially during the pandemic. The training is creative and rewarding. I highly recommend The Barn as a resource for your fitness goals. I highly recommend Cass, Mike and Kevin as skilled trainers. You invest in their expertise and they invest in your fitness goals. It's a match!

Truly what I needed to get back on track after COVID hit.
During COVID, I found myself gaining weight and losing muscle. Cass knew exactly what I needed, which muscle groups to target in training sessions to be successful at dragon boating and outrigger canoeing. Most importantly, Cass helped me transform my body back to a healthy state. The mental part of training is just as important as the physical and as I approach my late 40's, P3PE has covered both aspects of the training that I specifically need.
I have been a competitive athlete my whole life and Cass has helped me find a healthy balance when it comes to training.

Cass always had a different workout each session, never the same thing. I came to her wanting to be fit, look good and feel good. Normal trainers you get bored, she made it fun (well not fun) every time. Plus having her dogs there made it much more enjoyable. I plan on utilizing the erg classes over the winter months. Thank you p3pe fitness for getting me fit and healthy again!

I can’t say enough good things about P3PE. I have been doing their virtual group-erg classes 3x/week religiously, and my endurance, technique and mental game have improved by leaps and bounds due to their coaching. I’m good at training on my own, but this takes it to a new level in terms of motivation and encouragement. Everyone from the recreational fitness enthusiast, to very competitive athletes, to people new to sport, just looking to get in shape, should definitely check out P3PE either virtually (over Zoom) or in person.
