Clean, friendly staff, decent equipment and a pool (which is most important to me as I love to swim laps!) The pool can get too crowded at times. I don't like having news on most of the TV screens in front of the cardio equipment, as the news is stressful. But, earbuds with my own tunes help me block it out!

edit-a new breed of lifter complained to staff he wanted to use the machine i was on and staff said i spend to long(around 20 minutes on machine). was to much of an effort him walking to the other machine. Well im done its a joke. no wonder why experience lifters avoid that place

This has been my gym for 2 years and as an online PT trainer I’ve always recorded my workouts with no issues at all. Today, the employee came up to me stating there was someone complaining because I was recording MYSELF and taking pictures of MYSELF AND MY WORKOUTS. I went up to the employee and told him to please show me the papers that I signed that I shouldn’t be recording MYSELF at the gym. He was lost. Because I never signed anything that prevented me from recording my gym workouts. It’s sad that I have to look for another gym when I felt comfortable in this environment. Will deff be looking for more options around. I hated to do this since I’ve loved this place for 2 years and sad to go.

I gave this gym Wyomissing Pa fitness 4 stars because of the equipment access and price! To be honest I didn’t give it 5 stars because the women’s bathroom looked dirty, curtains had visual rust on the bottom of the curtains and milk cartons as tables. Curtains are cheap and sold at any dollar general. Didn’t have a sauna or pool. Need to do better with the ladies bathroom and cleaning.

Great place to go and work out if you live in the Reading area or if you are visiting. They have a pool to swim in, fitness room and so much more. The staff here are very friendly and acceptive. The place looks very clean and neat which I like personally.

Not the most up to date equipment, but good gym vibes. Not drama filled setting. People actually go to workout and not socialize. Wish there were more classes, but COVID has limited those and I believe they will be back. Need child care back.

I like Gold's. I got a free one week trial. I love the pool and all the equipment. I really enjoy the women's only work out area and the mirrored yoga studio. I will definitely become a member. I'm totally hooked.

I recently moved farther away from the gym but kept my membership because of the awesome pool. I can only get there 2-3 times a week, but it is worth it.
Showers are warm and the facility is clean. There is a wide variety of equipment and a great free weight area. I am glad I joined Gold's Gym 4 years ago.

I’m so thankful I joined this gym. I’ve struggled with my weight my entire life, and it’s been really tough to stick to an exercise routine. The classes here are absolutely amazing. I actually look forward to going to the gym now and am bummed when I have to miss a class. I think this is also the only gym in the area with a pool, so that’s another bonus. They have sales now and then so if you follow their Facebook page, you can find out when they’re having a sale and join then.
Very welcoming gym for all ages, genders, and body types. 😊 Highly recommend!!

Nice place for simple workouts. They have a ton of equipment for every level, from freeweights to weight machines, elipticals, treadmills, and the like. I've never used them but they offer a variety of classes and have a good sized pool.

Came in for a gift card for Mothers Day... Kid at the counter doesn't know how to do them. Says that management usually does them. Don't think I'll be coming back since "management" doesn't feel the need to teach their employees how to set up gift cards... And the kid didn't feel like asking anyone how to do them.

Set up could be better. No dedicated dip station. Machines are kind of crammed together. Plus side is that there is a pool and there's a lot of space. For a traditional gym it's the best you're going to find in the area.

The best Gold's Gym I ever been to the cleanest the friendlys I recommend this place over any Gold's Gym. This the only Gold's Gym that got a pool. Thank GOD for the the people that keep this place looking great.
