Staff are great and a good amount of free weights and racks. But, echoing another review where it has become unbearable if you happen to go when all the teenagers are there.

They sit around in large groups blocking all the walkways or resting on machines they aren’t even using, showing no respect to the equipment or other people trying to get a workout in and none of them wipe the machines down after using.

Edit: has gotten worse now that summer started. Watched 2 teenagers take up the leg press for a hour today and most of that time they were on their phones or just standing around the machine chatting. See picture, 6 teens at 1 machine

Edit: yet another example of the entire walkway into the free weights being blocked by 7 people gathered around one who’s actually using a machine.

Good gym. Cheap, no contract. Staff are awesome and very friendly. But too many young kids makes this place unbearable to go to. Groups of them on 4 different machines that none of them are using. They leave their weights everywhere or sit on machines playing on their phones. This gym is only decent if you go during school hours or early in the morning. At 5pm this place looks like a high school gym class

The complex is a little spread out with each business available at hand but once you find it, you can never forget how to find it again. There are many businesses that are recreational available so you have a lot of options and from my experience things are pretty affordable or at least reasonable. Also, a lot of people come to this for recreational events, but not in an overwhelming way where it gets crowded.

My daughters have been coming here for gymnastics for many, many years. I think what makes Paramount stand out is really the staff. From the person at the front desk to the coaches, they all care about the kids and work so hard to build them up. One coach, Dakota, has a transformative impact on most of the gymnasts, he is an incredible person I have been watching for five years motivate, encourage, and shape kids into not just good gymnasts, but positive people in general. I hate to single out one person though because every other staff member is also great. If you are looking for an activity for your kid that they can do for years and enjoy at any skill level, give Paramount a shot.

Great gym. Nice equipment. But, there is an older man with a long white beard that walks around the gym in the afternoon. As a teenager I have spoken with other teenagers and we have all had a similar experience with this man. He stares at all the teenagers and gives a general look of disapproval even if you’re doing nothing wrong. He also spreads misinformation about the younger group for no reason at all. So, if you’re a teenager looking for a place to lift in the afternoon, maybe find somewhere else.

Paramount Sports has been a great place for families to get the blood pumping and muscles activated. There is something for everybody at any age. My wife and I joined the fitness center and have on several occasions leased the gymnastic arena over night for birthdays. For the truly brave there is a Ninja Warrior gym where I have demonstrated my pathetic skills and received an "E" for effort. Sometimes, in life, you just have to be a kid again, and the folks at Paramount have been supportive in every way. It's a great place!

My kiddo and I love this place. We frequently hangout at the Kidmaze, the place is huge and only cost $7 for two hours. We love this place so much, we scheduled her birthday party here this year. We got the 2nd tear party because the kids aren't big enough for the Ninja Warrior course, the 2nd tear includes; 40mins in both of the other areas (kids maze and the main gym) plus a 40min party for up to 20 kids. The icing on the cake is they give you a party organizer to help keep you on track. All that only cost $250. IMPORTANT: Plan to have to schedule a couple months in advance.

I love coming here. Small but chill gym with friendly staff. They have a decent amount of equipment and a nice sized free weight area. I got a new job and this gym is out of the way so unfortunately coming here doesn't work out for me. But I would totally recommend coming here for anyone looking for a less crowded and less corporate-y place to work out.

Summer camp here rocks!!!
The staff here are just wonderful. My three kiddos had their first week of Gymnastics camp and they loved it. My older two kids had so much fun I added days, and then my youngest wanted to go too. Naturally, he was upset today to leave me, and each staff member went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. I was so grateful! My kids want to go back to do more camps and I’m just so glad they had a wonderful time.

I was a member of this gym, and the price is a great deal, but the people that go there have driven me out. I can't stand these high school and college kids who think its okay to leave the workout area a mess, no re-rack their weights, and DON'T WEAR SHOES, which is disgusting. A know of a few people who have approached management, but nothing has been done to curb the poor behavior so i had to go elsewhere.

Staff was great for our bday party (especially Dakota). They kept the party running through its phases smoothly - we didnt feel rushed and appreciated the help in getting our oarty supplies into the room. Dakota was amazing as our assigned staff person - energetic and kind. Party room, gymnasium and restrooms are kept clean and neat. Plenty of parking and a great variety of party packages. Highly recommend for bday parties.

My daughter used to be on the team here. The coaches are wonderful and caring. The complex is amazing and constantly being updated to be competitive with the area sporting and fitness venues. The staff is out of this world with their absolutely friendliness and knowledge of area they are

NINJA WARRIOR: Great workout and fun if you keep finding ways of increasing difficulty of various obstacles. The staff were nice and even made games for the people who were interested. My only issue is that the obstacles were a bit too easy for an experienced athlete. Combine this with the Gymnastiques and you have a perfect mix. Cheers from the Drummond Parkour in Quebec, Canada!

Miranda was our staff member in the kidmaze, she got the kids all together and went over the rules and they just loved her!!! Miranda was very energetic and interacted extremely well with all the children, she is superb at her job. This is the best place to have your childs birthday party. The place was very clean including the bathrooms!! I will definitely be going back!!!!

Booked a party in the main gym for my 9 yr old and nearly 20 of her friends. Excellent experience. Parents get to monkey around with the kids and a host (Alex was AMAZING!) helps entertain the kids for an entire 80 minutes. As the party planner, I was able to have fun and enjoy the party too. I highly recommend for birthday parties; you can choose b/w the main gym, kidmazium, and ninja warrior room. Don’t forget to tip your host :)

8+ years after graduating from Penn Tech I still think about this Pizza. We basically lived off their pizza. As an Italian in central PA I have tried 100s of places. This place is my favorite all time, glad to see they are still there. I will say you have to like a greasy pizza. I do recall some people would ring out their slice before eating. For me that's what made it great haha.

Our family enjoys the Ninja Warrior classes here. We have also been to a few birthday parties here and they were ran well. We have been pleased with all the coaches. They do well encouraging the kids. I have found myself frustrated with the front desk a few times. They are all friendly enough but often can't assist me with simple transaction like monthly payments.

Super fun kidmazium you can rent for parties and have a party room too. Staff is often helpful if a bit inconsistent, and there are lots of other features and options for the fitness-minded if you're close to the area.
