I’d highly recommend this gym. It’s spacious and clean. The members were welcoming to new people. The coach kept a well structured class leading the warm up demonstrating exercises, breaking down more complex movements in the workout and making sure everyone scaled appropriately. You won’t be disappointed whether you’re a seasoned CrossFitter or wanting to start!

We have been really pleased with our son's experience at Paul Bunyan Fitness with Mitch, his trainer. They offer a positive and flexible approach to fitness with a massive gym. He has worked with sleds, weighted balls, sports and more to develop his gross and fine motor skills along with strength. I highly recommend it.

Paul Bunyan Fitness is a wonderful CrossFit gym. The gym is large and is an amazing space to train in. The coaches are knowledgeable and make sure you are practicing good form with each lift. The programing is diverse and will keep you in great shape. The community is friendly and welcoming, it is very easy to make new friends there.

My 13 yo son started their middle school program a few months ago. We really appreciate the organization of the program and the instruction from the trainers. The flexible schedule is great and it's easy to register through the app. But most importantly, my son is getting stronger and gaining confidence which translates to his other sports. It's a very positive experience so far and we will soon be enrolling our younger son.

I absolutely love this place. The facility is incredible, the community of people and athletes there are amazing, warm people and super helpful. The coaches are the best I’ve ever experienced out of all of the CrossFit gyms that I have experienced! I cannot pick a favorite coach at Paul Bunyan because they are all so amazing. But if there is one I’d say to start of with would be coach Sean! DYNAMITE COACH!!! But again they all are!!! Incredible Gym!!
