I’ve been training with Tim for a while now, and I can honestly say he’s the best personal trainers I’ve ever worked with. His gym has an incredibly welcoming atmosphere—clean, well-equipped, and full of positive energy—but it’s Tim himself who truly sets the experience apart.
Tim is an amazing motivator. He knows exactly how to push you without ever making you feel overwhelmed, and he celebrates every win—big or small. He keeps workouts challenging and tailored to your goals, and his encouragement makes you want to show up and give your best every time.
If you’re looking for a trainer who knows his stuff, genuinely cares, and can inspire you to go beyond what you thought you were capable of, Tim and his gym are the place to be. Highly recommended!

I started with Tim 10 months ago with so much knee pain, I could barely walk after a 7 hour standing shift at work. I knew I needed to get weight off but also couldn’t jeopardize getting hurt or being in any more knee pain than I was already in. He told me to give him 6 weeks and the pain would subside. So I did just that and by 4 weeks the pain was definitely less. By 6 weeks I could handle a 7 hour work shift no problem. Now, 10 months later, I’m down weight, stronger and most days I forget that I ever even had knee pain.
I love the vibe of the gym. His clients are friendly, the workouts are personalized and everything is spotless. To say that this gym has made a difference in my life physically and mentally is an understatement. Only regret is not starting sooner. 🙂

Tim is Hands down the best trainer I have ever had. I began training at Peak Physique fitness about 2 months ago and have been hitting all of my weight los, and my strength goal . Tim continues to push me every session while holding me accountable with the customized diet plan he created for me. I have just began my 3rd month and I’m already down 20 pounds. For the first time in my life, I listened to my trainer and it changed my life! Tim has been so attentive and tough! He made my fiance and I meal plans that aligned with the goals we were trying to achieve. I love it!! It’s been a great two months. I have seen so many changing in my body! I’ve known Tim since I was in high school ! This man is a great friend a great motivator and the hardest worker I know ! I started with Tim end of March and in just 4 weeks I lost about 10lbs and 9inches (across total body). I have been training with Tim for a little over a year because i could not reach my goals by myself and needed help. My motivation wasn’t there and my diet was way off, I weighed in at 175 pounds and wanted to put on more so he figured out my macros and we developed a workout routine that would help me put on a little more size and now I’m around 190 pounds and stronger now then i was a year ago. The bootcamp classes are great and the atmosphere of his studio is very professional and energizing, you will not find a better trainer or a cleaner studio with everything you need in one spot, if you are dedicated and consistent then he will get you results!

Tim is hands down the best trainer/coach that I have worked with. Before meeting Tim I use to compete bodybuilding competitively but went though some rough time and through some personal issues in my life. During that time I got in the worst shape of my life physically and mentally and lost everything I worked so hard for. When I met Tim, he took me under his wing to help get me back on track physically and mentally. He never judged. He just pushed me to be my best self everyday and helped me believe in myself again. My experience at Peak Physique Fitness has been great. Tim is an expert in the field of fitness therefore, I've been learning a lot about form and technique. I feel great after my workouts. I've lost weight and I look and feel better in my clothes. The gym and equipment are always spick and span. The location is in a nice and safe area where I don't worry about my car getting stolen. As a woman, I feel safe working out with Tim. He's professional, respectful, and hilarious. Tim's a good guy. Overall, I recommend Tim as a personal trainer. I won't tell you how much weight I've lost after training with Tim, what I ought to tell you is the multiple things I've gained since!
Tim is not your typical trainer; he's very invested in building a relationship with his clients, he cares about your wellbeing not only your health. He's friendly, respectful, and easy-going. A very knowledgeable and reliable trainer, and that's why I trusted him after being diagnosed with diastasis recti (aka abd separation) at 6mo PP.
As I never did in the past, I look forward to every workout session at Peak Physique; he's created a very nice and welcoming space, well equipped, clean and peaceful.
Tim always pushes me to go for more without making me feel like a failure that's helping me build confidence; I'm believing in myself more, feeling empowered and motivated.

So I’ve been training with Tim for close to 2 years now. Him and I clicked as friends right from the very first meeting. I followed him from Retro Fitness, to his little studio in his backyard to the beautiful studio he had today. He keeps me on track and even when I fall off for a bit, he never judges me, just helps me get back on track again. I may like to complain during our sessions, because that’s me and that’s what I like to do lol, but he never gives me more than what I can handle. I’ve come a long way since I’ve met him. Met Tim through my bf & sister, at the time I saw Tim taking a leap & going after his dream of opening his own gym after training for over 20 yrs with other gyms. Being a small business owner myself, I know how much dedication & time it takes to get that done and this guy completed that in a matter of a few months which could easily have taken a year from what I see that he has done when I walked into his studio! Amazing is the only word for it. Besides his place being amazing meeting him after a five minute console I could tell he also was an amazing inspiring person as well. My first day of training he was prepared and already had all my goals, areas & most importantly my concerns of injury mapped out and ready to get down to business. I love Tim’s motivational coaching as I’m training on a set and he sees I’m struggling he is very experienced to know when I’m not either not pushing myself or when it’s just not the right thing for me to do to not cause more injury & to stop me and give the alternative, which has now made me strengthen those injuries and I am now able to do more. Other trainers in the past have only injured me more by coaxing me to push to the point of more injury & then I was unable to workout. I would recommend Tim to anyone of all ages he is extremely experienced and his ability to coach and also provide a family like atmosphere to all his clients clearly speaks volumes of his heart & dedication to himself & his clients. I met Tim when he was working with Retro Fitness Levittown about two years ago. He took me in when the Southampton location abruptly closed and made sure I felt comfortable enough to continue on my personal training and weightlifting journey with both a new location and a new trainer.
I felt immediately at home! He pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me build up my strength and endurance, all while making sure that I wasn't doing anything stupid that would cause an injury. I was stunned when I was finally able to flip a tire and carry a 50-pound Chewy box up my steep apartment stairs all on my own!
Tim knows exactly what he's doing and he's extremely dedicated. Even in the wrath of COVID closures, he built his own backyard gym to continue training his clients. He's now achieved his dream of opening his own gym and I'm so proud of him!
I've continued my training sessions with him all throughout my pregnancy (except for a few weeks here and there) and now started bringing my husband along for training sessions as well. Looking forward to continuing with training sessions with Tim for years to come.

Not only is Tim a phenomenal trainer he is a great person as well. I started training with him at a gym that recently closed. Besides sticking it to him they tried to stick it to his clients as well but Tim made sure we all got every session we paid for before they locked the doors. He puts a lot of time & thought into every session you have & he makes sure you get the most out of every workout. It’s well worth giving him a try if you’re looking for someone that holds you accountable & truly wants you to feel & look your best.

I've been training with Tim since 2018 and he is really a master at his craft. He has a wealth of knowledge about fitness, nutrition, and weight training. If you need someone to push you out of your comfort zone or just get you to the next level of your fitness goals, then Tim is your guy. No commercial gym can compete with the personalized workouts and one-on-one time you will get working out here. He's truly the best and his gym is top notch with equipment you will NOT find at a commercial gym. I love working out here!

I love Peak Physique Fitness! This place is amazing state of the art equipment, so clean, and it feels like home!!! Tim is such a great trainer! He follows through on everything he says he will do. Tim is absolutely the best. I have been training with him since 2006. He always mixes up the workouts and explains proper form and what muscle groups the exercise is focusing on. In addition to training his clients, Tim genuinely cares about them and wants them to be successful in their fitness journey. He has taught me so much and I look forward to each session with him. I recommend a 1,000 times over. I played a lot of sports growing up and all through high school and some college. My late 20's were a bumpy road where I put on almost 70lbs. At 34 with a 14yr old I decided to get back in shape. Tim and Finding Peak Physique Fitness was the best thing for my physical health. He pushes me to do better and be better. Tim puts time into making sure no one gets hurt and gets the best workout for them. Knowing each person is different the workouts are set up for the individual. He is also a compassionate and understanding person. I look foward to working out now because I have someone there to help me achieve my goals. You can't go wrong with Peak Physique Fitness.

Tim is the absolute best! With medical issues that keep me from losing weight as quickly as others, Tim is patient and motivational at the same time.
