My daughter loves soccer. She plays on our community travel team and was doing pretty well. PTS would come once a week during our fall season to do skill training and I was so impressed with the trainers and the exercises they would have our girls do — listening to the coaches about skills we saw that were deficient and jumping right into seemingly the perfect engaging and fun drills. Going into the winter, I wanted to find a way to continue to build and hone her skills. She loved when Coach Matt from PTS had come to her team’s practice, so I set up a few one on one sessions at their facility in Coopersburg. Twelve weeks later, and her ball control is light years from where she started. I never thought I’d be one of those parents who got private training for my youth athlete, but, seeing her development in such a short period of time makes it worth it. The skills they work on weekly definitely translate to the field during a game, and her confidence has grown exponentially. I honestly couldn’t be happier. Every coach at PTS has been amazing and my daughter’s love of the game has only grown under their caring and thoughtful leadership.

We are SO lucky to have PTS in the Lehigh Valley. Matt Baker and his team are not only great coaches/trainers but understand that success in the game is more than just on the field. Excellent soccer training in the Lehigh Valley area. My child has been learning soccer with them (summer select programs, winter indoor training, private sessions, as well as training sessions where PTS is called in to coach their travel teams). The coaches are all excellent, challenging and fun to work with. My email communications with them have been prompt. I find the best way to get in touch with them is via email. If not, we just show up at their weekly training programs and pay the drop-in charge.

While the program and service itself is great, the person (owner) running it has horrible communication IF they ever even reply.

My kids have been participating in these summer camps the last 2 summers (2021-2022) with zero issues.
Winter of this year (2023) the emails start rolling in about signing up this and that. Great! You sign up early and get a discount for multiple children and multiple camps. Right on their website, "For Multi Camp and Team Discounts | Contact us today!", which I've done the prior 2 years with no issue.

Feb 16: my first email to him, "I'm signing up my 2 children for multiple soccer camps, again. Can I please have a discount code? Thank you."
No response.
2 days later: "Hi, I am enrolling my kids in multiple camps. The website said to email for a discount code."
No response.
Feb 20: I use their contact us form on the website to try and get a response.
No response.
Feb 22: I use their 'chat' feature on the website, "Hi, I've sent 3 emails and 1 contact us from your website with no reply. I'm trying to sign up my 2 children for 2 of your camps. The website says to contact for multi-camp discount. Thank you."
No response.

All the while, I'm getting weekly almost daily emails about "You've been invited to pay this $$$ amount for a one night class 'Ballers class' 'finishing class' 'total skills class' on XX day in the coming week". But I can't get a single response to ANY of my messages?

That brings us to today, May 16, 2023.
I had all but forgotten about this and receive an email from Matt, "I am going through our old messages but I do not think our web chat messages made it to you in reply to Summer Camps for the kids. If you are still looking to add any additional camps, I would be happy to assist with a multi camp discount."

Three months later...for camps that start in under a month. We've already made plans as ANY and ALL other camps require months booking in advance and sell out almost instantly. Why else would I be trying so hard to get ahold of you? You had at least THREE ways to respond to me. One of which you JUST DID SO ON! But let's blame it on your 'chat' feature not working on the website. Come on.

Come to find out this is now the new norm for this individual per other parents. Life happens but if you need help with your business, you should get it. If you can't respond to messages that will make you money, you should find someone that will. If your website doesn't work correctly...ya know...fix it.

Just disappointed.
