Having been an athlete for most of my life, I needed structure to ensure I maintain appropriate fitness levels. I am able to work with the team to setup a training program that works specifically for me, ties in calories and nutrition, and is able to switch between primarily fat burning or muscle building programs as needed!
The most impressive part of my experience has been learning about how my metabolism is affected by weight loss. Instead of losing a lot of weight quickly, often resulting in gaining the weight right back, the team has helped me over a few years to lose weight slowly and in a healthy way. This allows my body and metabolism to get used to the weight change and I have yet to put any weight back on because of it! I have put on muscle and lost fat and I plan on continuing to stay consistent in my fitness journey! <3

Had an amazing time having my training personalized with the coaches! They took the time to discuss all aspects of my fitness, strengths/weaknesses and nutrition and found the best plan for me.
