I have been coming Stacey’s Pilates for more than 2 years. I enjoy every single class with her. She’s enthusiastic, optimistic and energetic. Sometimes she could be tense however that’s because she really wants to help you to be stronger and stronger. I not just build up my body strength from her class, her point of view and attitude towards life are inspiring. I will continue going to Physical Methods as long as I can and as much as possible.
