I've been working with Ivan at Pittsburgh FIT for the last year, and I can't say enough about my personal training experience with him and the gym as a whole. As someone with deep gymtimidation, I've never been a consistent member of a gym, but the welcomeness and inclusivity from Jodi the owner, Ivan, and the entire staff (and their commitment to building community both in the gym and in Wilkinsburg) made me feel comfortable in a gym for the first time ever! Ivan, in particular, is a fabulous trainer -- he's welcoming, fun, funny and insightful; he designs workout sessions that push you, but are a 'just-right' challenge; and he encourages you and gives you confidence in your abilities by helping you see exactly how strong you are :) He's become a friend in addition to being a trainer, which makes you actually look forward to going to the gym. Such a positive gym experience... If you're considering joining Pittsburgh FIT -- just do it, you won't regret.

I had a fantastic experience working with Ivan for personal training during my second pregnancy! As someone who does not have a lot of experience working out in gyms or with personal training, I was nervous to start. But the atmosphere is super welcoming and inclusive, and Ivan was attentive, fun, and knowledgeable about exercise during pregnancy which was wonderful. I hope to return at some point either for personal training or to attend classes. I would definitely recommend Pittsburgh FIT!

I was looking at PTs in the area and tried a few places out. The prices were a little higher than expected or heard from other people who train in different states. I googled PTs in my area and this was the first place that came up. I called and was immediately set up for an assessment appointment when I had all my readings done. Other places did not do this assessment and I absolutely am happy they did. Told me about my body mass and muscle weight. Just amazing. I then got partnered with Ivan who I absolutely love! He took me out of my comfort zone since day one. He is motivating and full of life even in the early mornings. Attentive and will not over push you. I have done so many new things since starting I can’t wait for more. Plus they have classes and free gym so you can’t beat it. And dog friendly too!

I went to Pit FIT the last month I lived in PGH, and it was a really great experience. I was able to start quickly, and felt welcomed right away. I love the open gym concept and it's not overcrowded like a lot of gyms are. And the best part: sometimes people bring their cute little dogs 🥹 I worked with Erika and she was great! She asked me a lot of questions to get to know my goals and I felt understood. The workouts we did were excellent. She guided me through each exercise and corrected my form. For me its extremely necessary to have that kind of guidance, so I really appreciated the 1-1 time in the gym. I'm having an easier time meeting my protein goals and have a healthier relationship with working out. I have tried other gyms before, online training programs, doing it alone...and I honestly feel like I haven't been able to keep with it and be consistent. Being so welcomed in this type of environment really helped me love exercising. It didn't feel so intimidating, and made me realize I'm stronger than I think! I will forever be grateful for this place, it changed the way I gym. 🙏🏼

Can't say enough good about this gym. I've never been comfortable at a gym before I joined this one. From the first point of contact with Anthony, to my beginner personal training sessions with Morgan, to my participation in group classes with Erika and Justine, and now to my new habit of coming in with headphones and working out on my own, I know I belong.
I decided to get fit because I wanted to prepare my body for pregnancy. Heather worked with me to transform my eating habits through nutritional coaching. Changing my diet combined with actually enjoying my workouts and feeling welcome just as I am by coaches and fellow members has totally transformed my health and desire to be active. I am overjoyed to be 14 weeks pregnant and equipped to workout and eat well throughout my entire pregnancy because of Pittsburgh FIT.

I did the Crossfit classes and they're high quality. The community is welcoming and though workouts are inspired by Crossfit national organization, coaches change them amply to make sure we get a good workout. I never left feeling unsatisfied.
Pittsburgh Fit place is both approachable and challenging to anyone on their fitness journey. In classes I saw a mix of age, gender and individual fitness level ranging from entirely new to legitimate athlete.

Great gym! The workouts will work you. The classes are a decent size and the coaches are very welcoming and friendly, including the other members. I do the group fitness classes but they also offer open gym and private coaching.

The Nutrition Challenge program challenged me to step outside my comfort zone to achieve the macro and nutrition goals suited for my fitness goals and lifestyle. I love that it was done in a positive environment and with such a supportive coach and group. Given the sea of information on nutrition, the program guided me to find the most relevant habits and choices.

This place is great. If you need help starting or continuing your fitness journey I would highly recommend. I started with their free personal training session, and Ivan got me through a plank that I would have never made on my own. I was ready to sign up for weekly sessions immediately after the free session. I felt great about the atmosphere here and got so much out of the training session I knew this is where I needed to be right now to get back in shape!

I’m really glad I found this gym. Everyone is kind and welcoming and the coaches are really great- literally all of them! Because of them I can push myself without having to worry too much about getting hurt because they are there to correct me if my form is off.

This gym is the real deal and so worth the time, commitment, and investment!
I am currently apart of a 12 week challenge here.
The investment included a number of PT sessions, unlimited group fitness classes, and a number of nutrition coaching sessions.
I am so glad that I decided to opt in.
I am seeing amazing progress as each week goes by.
Corey H. is an awesome personal trainer and he really is very knowledgeable about weight lifting and fitness. I really also love his encouragement throughout the session in addition to his ability to keep consistently presenting challenging workouts and exercises that help me to push myself harder and build strength and confidence in my self.
Heather is a wonderful nutrition coach. She truly is a wealth of knowledge in this area of expertise. I appreciate her guidance and deep listening when we meet together. She really has helped me so much already to remaining consistent with small but vital changes I made to my overall nutrition.
The group workouts are very upbeat and fun.
Some are more challenging than others. If you are not familiar with strength training and conditioning (especially heavy weightlifting) I would recommend working with a personal trainer at first or as much as you need to in order to build solid foundations that will help you to better perform in the classes.
Overall my experience here has been an amazing one.
I am so thankful I decided to join this community and I look forward to seeing where the journey takes me.

Working with Grace in personal training, receiving nutrition advice from Heather, and attending group classes has drastically improved my mental and physical health and my confidence to try new things! Leaving a post-member review:
I feel that the value of Pittsburgh Fits workout program and coaches really becomes apparent when you’re able to join other studios, maybe name brand or otherwise. Though I’m not saying other places are poor workouts, Pittsburgh Fit differentiates itself by having professionals who are personally dedicated to you even without having personal workout sessions. The exercises they do for their classes change out frequently, but for them that’s SUCH a good thing: it always feels like they’re giving the most clearcut path to working out the muscle groups they’re targeting for that class.
Though I’m a member no longer because of no longer being in the area, and having not left a review prior, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. I hope I can make it back to the area soon just so I can pop back in for a session or two!

This place is great! A clean, beautiful, open facility, welcoming and friendly coaches, and a supportive community of clients. I take the classes, which are always a reasonable size and challenging without being brutal. The coaches are all great about helping with form and suggesting adjustments to meet you at your fitness level.
I’m not a “gym guy,” but this place has helped me carve out a place for fitness in my life that I’m actually excited about.

I just recently became a member at FIT but I've had an overall very positive experience so far! I love the friendly environment and how accessible it's been. My personal trainer, Ivan, is AMAZING and has been super understanding about meeting me where I'm at with my fitness level. I also love the classes run by Amanda. The membership is fairly pricey, especially with the personal training, but definitely worth it for how much I've gotten out of it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming workout environment! ✨

I never thought I would ever actually feel comfortable enough to truly challenge myself and be challenged at a gym until I did at Pittsburgh FIT. Incredible coaching/personal training - loud shoutout to Corey & Izzy. Everyones vibing and friendly. Joined at the recommendation of friends. Excellent encouraging atmosphere from both coaches and fellow group fitness attendees. Coaches are great at assisting whether you’re a newbie or experienced, in shape… or not quite yet in shape and make sure your form and strength exercises are appropriate for you. There’s no pressure to max yourself out. The facility is great and they have everything you need there. Very flexible class times throughout the day and have enough equipment for everyone in the class to work simultaneously. They also have an app to help see your progress, schedule your classes and see the workouts in advance. Best gym I’ve been to!

A really wonderful and welcoming gym! I'm someone who's always been poor about keeping up with working out because I feel self-conscious doing it in-front of others but Pittsburgh Fit's team is so incredible at making the environment feel safe, non-judgmental, and working with you to adjust anything that you feel may not be in your current range of movement. I love the team here and hope to keep coming back for their classes to take part in the great positive energy provided by everyone there.

I have recently completed my third group fitness class at Pittsburgh Fit, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. This gym is so great. It’s all about the people and the community they’ve built. I’m a VERY unfit person lol and I’m trying to improve my health so I’m taking their classes. The teachers have been so kind and helpful. I’m really shy, and way outside of my comfort zone, so I appreciate how welcoming everyone has been.
The great thing about the class is you can modify the intensity of pretty much every part of each workout so it can be as challenging as you need it to be. For a beginner, like me, the guidance from the teachers is everything. Highly recommended!

When I walked into Pittsburgh Fit a year and a half ago for my free assessment, I was not athletic, had never been in a gym in my life and was wildly intimidated and afraid. Jodi recognized, acknowledged & very kindly addressed that fear and helped me get started with a personal training program that has been exactly what I needed. Isaac is an incredible coach - he not only designs a well-rounded training plan, he also tailors my training and workouts to support the physical activities I engage in outside of the gym. He's helped me re-train and strengthen muscles that have been weaker or hurt. He knows what I'm capable of even when I don't. It's such a joy whenever I get a PR lifting something I never would have dreamed of. And even more so when the training pushes me to succeed at goals outside the gym (a solo mountain summit, an aerial trapeze inversion, a difficult yoga pose, etc). The community at this gym is kind and supportive, the coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging, and everyone believes in you. I cannot recommend Pittsburgh Fit highly enough.

I tried Pittsburgh Fit because I was looking for gym with a consistent class schedule where I could lift weights. I had never tried CrossFit style workouts prior to starting here in 2019 and now these are the only workouts I want to do. Their knowledgeable, supportive coaches take time to teach proper technique and are able to modify workouts to accommodate all skill levels. The staff and members and very welcoming and encouraging.
When I realized an old shoulder injury was preventing me from progressing in my workouts, personal training with Isaac Callihan was recommended. Isaac is a phenomenal and intuitive trainer who also holds a certification in pain management. He performed a thorough assessment and was able to identify the root cause of my discomfort. With a few simple exercises done on a regular basis and adjustments to my form, I found my pain resolved. Isaac became my go-to for injuries and would help me navigate how to safely participate in classes.
I now train with Isaac on weekly basis to increase strength. One of Isaac's most impressive traits is his insight to his clients' personal limits and ability to customize workouts for individual goals. I have made more progress with Isaac in the last few months than I have on my own in a few years. These functional workouts translate into a better quality of life. My husband, who had minimal workout experience, joined in and started training with Isaac. He never enjoyed going to the gym before, but he craves his Pittsburgh Fit workouts. I am beyond grateful to have found Pittsburgh Fit and Isaac.

The atmosphere at Pittsburgh Fit is supportive and friendly. I started personal training almost three years ago with Isaac. I had never picked up a barbell prior to that in my life and I was intimidated entering the gym for the first time. Isaac helped me learn the basic techniques and has helped me refine my technique over time. This has helped me lift heavier and more confidently and stay injury free. Besides the strength training component, he also creates work-outs at the end of each session that are challenging and fun. I have participated in the CrossFit Open three times and have improved every year because of Isaac's training and support. I highly recommend Isaac and Pittsburgh Fit.

I have been training with Isaac Callihan for three years, and the results have been incredible. My muscle mass has significantly increased and my percent body fat has significantly decreased. At 46, I am stronger than I’ve ever been in my whole life.
Isaac is a very skilled and intuitive trainer. He somehow knows the exact right amount to push me and he also knows when to pull things back. With his guidance, I’ve achieved things I never thought possible. When I started working with Isaac I was living with chronic hip pain. I haven’t had hip pain now for two years because of Isaac’s help. I also had completely given up on running, but Isaac has worked carefully and diligently with me and now I’m easily running 7+ miles and will do a half marathon and half Ironman this year.
Pittsburgh Fit is a welcoming, inclusive, and friendly community and Isaac is a fantastic trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable, has a lot of technical skill, and is also just a really kind and warm person to be around. I feel very grateful to have found Isaac and Pittsburgh Fit because training there has improved my strength, my fitness, my confidence, and my quality of life.

A very comfortable gym that has always felt welcoming and available from the first day I arrived! I love seeing folks of all levels cheering each other on. Coach Isaac has been doing personal training for my husband and me for a few years now, and I can’t imagine our lives without his guidance and counsel. His program design is always customized to what we need on any given day/week and has been thoughtfully considered during the course of various (non gym related) injuries, surgery recoveries and the like. Personally, my goal is to have strong bones and useable muscles for a long life, and I know we are set with Isaac as our trainer. Plus, it’s fun! Going to this gym is not a chore to get through; it’s honestly our main hobby.

Pittsburgh Fit is the best decision I have made for my mental and physical health. After moving to Pittsburgh, I was trying to figure out how to make friends and figured I would try joining this gym after reading reviews. Now, two years later, almost all of my friends are people I met from this gym. I also love personal training, as it has helped me meet my goals of keeping my bad leg healthy enough to backpack on multi day trips with my new gym friends. Erika knows her stuff!! This gym is amazing! I’ve been a member for almost 2 years and love their personal training and nutrition coaching programs. I am a weightlifter and my coach (Erika) comes up with the best programming to challenge my body and meet my goals. I’ve been going to Pittsburgh Fit for 4.5 years, and this gym has changed my life. More specifically, my personal trainer Erika has absolutely changed my life!! She is knowledgeable and kind, motivating and compassionate, supportive and hilarious. We have so much fun while I work to get strong!! Personal training is not something I ever really considered before, and now I can’t imagine my gym experience without it. Case in point: my coach Erika carefully creates my programming so I can confidently work out on my own 3x a week, and then we meet 1:1 weekly for individual coaching and extra focus on my strength development. With her coaching, I hit a new PR - a 300lb deadlift!! It’s so awesome being strong and feeling capable in my body, and the inclusive, queer-friendly community of coaches and members at Pittsburgh Fit remind me of that almost daily. Pittsburgh Fit has managed to create the most welcoming and supportive gym community myself and my mother have ever experienced. From the moment we joined, almost five years ago now, we were greeted with smiling faces and knowledgeable coaches. The facility is top notch and always sparkling clean. It's hard to overstate how special the community of the gym is--not once have I felt uncomfortable approaching someone for help. Great team and great facility. They will meet you wherever you are at to take on a fitness journey. The attitude is inclusive, welcoming, and motivating. Multiple class times and personal training options make scheduling (available via their app) smooth and convenient. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Pittsburgh Fit is a great gym primarily because of the INCREDIBLE coaching staff. I see amazing athletes of all shapes and sizes there--but I also see (and am one of the) many people who are really just starting from square one (or, maybe, minus one ( : ) Their classes are motivating and everyone receives individualized attention. They charged me $175 for a monthly class membership after I hurt my back in the first workout and explained to them that the workouts were too intense for me. Make sure you know you want to be a member because they are nice until they aren’t. Hopefully they will use this “donation” to their business to make some needed updates. Pittsburgh FIT is my happy place. I just started by 4th week at this gym, and since day 1, I have consistently felt welcomed by the coaches and other members. I've belonged to a number of gyms over the years, and this is the first gym where belonging was such an integral part of the culture. During my tour, one of the nutrition coaches, Geremy took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure to introduce me to a few of the coaches. During my first class, Coach Greg introduced me and announced to the class that it was my first day and everyone said hello. And people actually remembered my name. It may sound minor to some, but when you're the new kid it can feel very discouraging when you don't feel seen or acknowledged. Everyone at Pittsburgh FIT goes out their way to make me feel like I'm part of the community—I've never laughed, smiled, and cheered so much while also getting my butt kicked by an intense workout led by Coach Greg or Geremy. I'm so inspired by the other members, particularly the women who have taken the time to give me pointers, direct me to equipment, and celebrate my small wins. There's something about strength training that makes me feel so empowered when I leave the gym. My daughter has started to mimic me in the morning, reaching for fruit before we leave for the day so that she can "workout at school." ha! This month, I'm participating in their August challenge: Catch A Coach, where I'm going to start attending other classes so that I can meet and learn from the other 13 coaches at PitFit. I also appreciate that the gym also sends out a regular newsletter with tips on training and nutrition, including recipes developed by Heather and Geremy. I can already see an improvement in my energy level, posture, and strength. I love it here!

I use to live in NYC and every time I was in Pittsburgh I worked-out at Pittsburgh FIT, it’s THE BEST GYM IN PITTSBURGH. Now that I live in Pittsburgh I’ve become a full time member. Jodi and Anthony are great fitness professionals. Every coach is knowledgeable, welcoming, inclusive, and talented. Such a fun, welcoming environment and community!! It really is a completely different gym experience. I signed up for group classes to add more strength training into my normal workout routine of mainly cardio. The exercises are fairly easy to pick up, even for someone with absolutely no prior strength training experience, and all of the coaches are so helpful and patient whenever you need some extra guidance. I was amazed that they really take the time to remember your name, check in regularly to support your fitness goals, and offer a lot of one-on-one encouragement!

I have been a member of Pittsburgh fit for over a year now. When I first started I didn’t workout other than walking on a treadmill. I had no clue how to lift weights. But the coach at Pittsburgh fit showed me how to lift correctly and was cautious with me cause I have severe scoliosis. I have lost 21lbs but lost inches across my whole body and gain some serious strength. I took a strength clinic and increased my deadlifts by 20lbs my back squat by 45lbs and my bench press by 10lbs. My confidence has gone up. Everyone at the gym is so encouraging they never make you feel like you are the weakest link. I can’t tell you how many times I get cheer on to finish the workout and it feels amazing to have so many cheering you on. That is what you get from Pittsburgh Fit.

I was a member of another gym in Pittsburgh before this one and it didn't measure up to the level of positivity, inclusion and integrity of PittsburghFit. You will see upon entering the gym a rainbow over the doorway and LGBTQIA+ Pride flags displayed inside. This is an inclusive gym, one that welcomes all types of people and people of all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or you're continuing your practice, the staff is trained to help you make the most of the HIIT workouts. The gym holds an annual Pride workout, and while I've been there, they have organized happy hours (aptly titled "Stink n Drink"), and they've organized powerlifting competitions, as well as offering special clinics on the weekend ( for an extra fee) for you to develop various types of movements like double unders or pull ups. If I didn't have to move out of state, I would never leave this gym. I've made great friends and grown as an athlete at PittsburghFit.

The coaches are meticulous about form, and give constructive feedback consistently and respectfully. I have had really good strength and conditioning coaches in the past and the ones here still continue to improve upon my knowledge of proper form. They make classes upbeat and fun and push you to work hard without pressuring you to over-exert yourself. They understand if you are having "one of those days" when you just aren't feeling 100% and don't belittle you for it.
They have a classes in the morning, afternoon and evenings so you can always find one to fit your schedule.
10/10 would recommend to anyone because they meet you at your current fitness level whether you/re out of shape or a beast.

I started at Pittsburgh Fit in March 2021 after having a baby. I wanted a trainer and classes that would focus on form and strength as I re-learned and strengthened my postpartum body.
I also wanted a place that understood the universal principles of health and weight loss, which aren't about beating your body up but rather, feeling good after a work-out.

Best gym I have ever been to! Everyone is super nice. The coaches are very knowledgeable, encouraging, and the workouts are solid! The gym is well laid out, and is also really clean! I am currently doing doing personal training sessions and programming with Isaac, and I cannot say enough good things! I love coming to this gym!

Pittsburgh Fit is the most positive gym experience ever. After my first year here, I was amazed by the improvement and skill level I was able to achieve. The instructors are well educated and the instructor led classes are organized in such a way as to keep you moving forward. No getting bored here with the same old routine. The gym itself is super clean with marked off spaces for social distancing and masks are a must. As a former health care worker, when I glance around the gym I see instructors and athletes who are passionate about their personal health and safety. Pittsburgh Fit provides this opportunity.

I have been a member of Pittsburgh Fit basically since they have opened. It is a wonderfully professional, clean, courteous and inclusive gym. Everyone is welcome from beginners looking to start their fitness journey to those that are well versed and looking for a new spot. I would happily recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!

I love this gym! It's a diverse community with great classes that are easy to modify for any fitness level (or to work around an injury). Every class is different so some days I have to focus on the muscles and skills I'm bad at (and most need to work on) while other days I get the thrill of being at the top of the class. They have been really safe and careful with COVID-19 as well. Everyone is diligent about wearing a mask and the gym has been great with communication.

About 5 years ago my wife gave me (a 60 year old former smoker who had never done a burpee in my life) a groupon to Pittsburgh FIT.
Back in the day, the gym was located up two flights of industrial-height stairs (now that's commitment, I thought on first seeing them) in a warehouse behind the Food Co op. For the first year or so, descending those stairs after a workout was a wobbly-kneed adventure.
No, I cant bench press 200 pounds now, but last March, with proper supervision, I could manage an 80 lb back squat. More importantly, I can sit up straight, I am far more stable on my feet, and I can own my own breath.
This happened because the folks at Pittsburgh FIT are welcoming to all athletes (I blushed the first time I was referred to that way), regardless of age, skill level, or any other possible distinction. They are patient (right, Anthony?) and caring. They reintroduced me to my physical self, kept me from hurting myself (maybe the smaller bar, Dave) and helped me work out what I was training for.
It is not only the staff and ownership. Their attitude impacts and attracts a similar sort of membership. All the people I met are open minded, open-eyed individuals who care about each other. There is plenty of competition for those who want it, but the main competition seemed to be with our own personal bests.
I miss Pittsburgh FIT (COVID, COPD, blah blah). I miss working out under the rainbow.

When I first walked into Pittsburgh Fit 3 years ago, the most memorable moment was asking a group of members about their experience and hearing how Pittsburgh Fit had “changed their lives”; the inclusive community, the great workouts, and the wonderful
informed and related trainers. I know now personally the level of integrity, professionalism, diversity of members and relatedness. I did personal, mostly home training during COVID-19 and was really impressed with the designed for me workouts and the results! The workout space is large, spaced out and kept super clean and they have been so on top of COVID-19. I would highly recommend Pittsburgh Fit.

I cannot say enough good things about Pittsburgh FIT. I have had many gym memberships but no gym compares to Pittsburgh FIT. They offer an exceptionally clean workout facility with good quality equipment. But what really makes this place stand out is the team of coaches. I moved to Pittsburgh from Minnesota and the coaches here were some of the first people I met in this city. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and they showed that they truly cared about how I was settling in.
In addition to the coaches being friendly and personable, they are very knowledgeable in the various fields of fitness. You will receive the best quality coaching no matter what your goals are. The coaches are very well versed in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, nutrition, and general fitness.
They have also done a good job of safely reopening during Covid. There are spray bottles of disinfectant all over and everyone thoroughly wipes down the equipment when finished. The floor of the gym has been divided into squares for each person to work out in so that everyone can maintain social distancing. They have been very considerate of the safety of their members.

For my entire life, I never felt comfortable in a gym. Until I entered Pittsburgh FIT. Sounds cliche right? I thought so too. So I went again. And again. And over a year later, I still walk through the doors with a smile on my face (masked now, of course). The coaches are not only knowledgeable, but they are real. They truly want you to be your best self and will be right there next to you (well, 6ft away), with every box jump, deadlift, and burpee. Joining Pittsburgh FIT is the best decision I've made since moving to the area approximately three years ago. I did not have any prior connections or support system in Pittsburgh. I stopped in to try one workout, and I'm so grateful that I did. The first word that comes to mind is community. If you are an athlete who wants to improve your Olympic lift PRs or train hard for the CrossFit Open, there's a place for you. If you just want to get more active, stay motivated, and trust that the programming/coaching is coming from professionals, there's a place for you. Personally, I'm probably somewhere in between. And I think the diversity in people I've met here is just one of the many things that make it such a special place to get healthier. My testimonial could go on for pages, but I'll just say this: try it. You'll be welcomed. If you don't believe it already, you'll soon be convinced that lifting is for everyone. I think you'll also become convinced, as I am, that you can't put a price on excellent coaching. The best workout is the workout you do safely with full effort. And I don't believe there's a better place than Pittsburgh FIT to do just that.

I have been training in functional fitness for the last 10 years, the last 5 of which have been with Pittsburgh FIT. Not only is the Pittsburgh Fit the biggest, cleanest, and most well-organized functional fitness facility I have ever had the privilege to workout in, but they also offer the best trained coaching staff and the most inclusive and supportive community I have ever known. The programming is fun and always scalable so that it can be tailor fit to each participants’ unique needs regardless of age, experience or ability. I also feel safe exercising because masks are required and my 6 feet of personal space is guaranteed. This place is the real deal. Super positive, super healthy and supportive community. Kind of like walking into a Richard Simmons episode for the functional fitness crowd. 😄 All body types and goals embraced individually and collectively by an outstanding staff that lives what they teach. Really a great group of people working together guided by excellent coaches here. I’ve been going for over a year and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Have been going to this gym for the past 5 months or so, and it’s been great. I am pretty new to CrossFit style exercise but the coaches have been wonderful about scaling everything so it’s safe, doable, and still challenging. It’s a really warm and supportive environment, and if you’re a more advanced athlete they offer workout options that will still challenge you.
It’s a very large, open space, they open up the side doors, keep fans going, limited class sizes and everyone there wears masks at all times so in terms of COVID I’ve felt safe. I feel so grateful that during this time I’ve been able to stay in shape. Definitely recommend.
