Went to the public skate. The ice is great, they have helpers for the kids, and the skate rentals arenβt the terrible plastic ones. They provide actual hockey skates!! Itβs great!

Wonderful ice complex that features "Take A Shot" at hockey that provides equipment for young kids to hockey and teaches them to skate. People there are friendly and helpful and assist kids of all ages in the learning process. π

Here for tournament and they have done nothing but operate ice. Heaters in rinks not on. No food, no coffee, nothing.

We took the boys there on Saturday afternoon for the public skates and nobody was at the customer service desk out front so we talked to the people in the hockey shop there and was told that maybe they were cutting the ice to just go back and wait at the desk somebody should be there shortly. We stood there for roughly 1 hour and finally gave up and left. My advice to you would be don't bother going there and make a trip to boyce parks outdoor ice skating rink instead. I have nothing good to say about this indoor ice rink at all if I could have put 0 stars instead of one I would have

This is a nicely set up arena. Lots of space for many on ice activities. 2 ice pads. A pro shop on site. Vending machines available. Close (within 3 miles) to fast food, fuel, convenience, etc. Nice place overall.

In town for a hockey tournament. The facility was clean at 11:00am, not much open inside. What matters most though is the rink was nice with ample bleachers and an upper deck viewing area. Only complaint is there is ZERO phone service in the building and the guest wifi is not easy to connect to with multiple sign ins required.

It does provide ice to skate; however the quality is poor for hockey among older kids. The facility is sparse. Most recent time I attended for a U18 hockey event, the food service ran out of food in about 10 minutes. Limited parking for any large event.

ive enjoyed playing over the years there but for some reason recently they had a last minute game change which makes it hard for me to make when i live an hr away from the rink. it wouldnt have been as big of a deal but there was no email notification that there was a time change or anything. other then this ive enjoyed my time there but not happy when the leagues cost approx 180 after fees

We had our kidβs birthday parties here, and I canβt say enough great things. From being quick to respond to questions, and overly helpful staff during the whole party. It was great to watch all of the kids have a great time. I highly recommend any event here.

The place has been under new ownership for a little while now. My first visit was about a week ago under the new ownership. Let me tell you.... These people are committed to engaging the youth in ice skating both recreationally, and through lessons they offer! They are aiming to help those kids interested in advancing to figure skating and or hockey! Everyone who works there is beyond nice and will go the extra mile to make sure you're having a safe enjoyable time at their facilities!

Dirty and unkempt inside. Stairwells are dirty. Men's room is just not clean anytime I ever come here not to mention the broken stall door that hasn't been fixed in many months. Not sure why the people from around the country and Canada keep coming here to play the tournaments. Is it too much trouble to keep a business that represents the local area to people from around the world in a clean and well kept manner? Show some pride in what you do.

The ice wasn't smooth at all and it was melting in some spots, which made it a little scary, but overall the place is not too crowded and I had a fun time. The ice skates are worn out a lot though and the place seems understaffed.

Decent rink. The facility has two ice surfaces, "Black" and "Gold. The seating is adequate for watching our grandson play with his teams (comparable to most rinks). They have live video feeds of the games in the snack bar area and these are also broadcast live via Livebarn. It's a nice convenience when you can't attend in person. Parking is limited and there's nowhere nearby to handle the overflow. Usually not a terrible problem since its a lower activity local rink. It could have better lighting in the snack bar area (but again it's ok, just not great) and I'd note finally that all ice rinks are cold but this is moreso than others I've been too. Winter coat suggested if you u want to watch by the ice.

The Pittsburgh vipers organization is really good and is run out of this rink. The ice isn't the best quality, but it's also not "bad". The instructors working out of the rink are VERY good for both skating and hockey.
