Pittsburgh Pilates is a boutique reformer and mat Pilates studio located in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania. We offer small group classes and private sessions that combine classical Pilates with modern alignment and astrology-based movement. Our signature method—Balance, Build, Burn—guides clients through core-strengthening, mobility-focused sessions that support long-term posture, strength, and flexibility. As a Black-owned, woman-led studio, we center body awareness, breath, and community. Whether you’re new to Pilates or deepening your practice, Pittsburgh Pilates helps you move smarter, feel stronger, and reconnect to your power—one breath at a time.

I am new to Pilates and tried the mat class and the reformer. Tabytha is an incredible instructor that notices all of your movements to the slightest detail and is excellent at guiding you into the more correct posture so that you achieve more benefit in the movement. She does this in a way that feels guiding without feeling intrusive. She pays attention and as another reviewer noticed, is intuitive. I so appreciate her special attention, knowledge and passion. I chronically suffer from low back pain and after one class with her I could feel space open up in my lumbar spine and relief! Do yourself a favor and get to her studio!

Absolutely love Pittsburgh Pilates! The studio is beautiful, clean, and calming; the perfect space to focus and feel strong. The instructor is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging.
