No way are they a judgment free zone! Little preteen/teenage girls laughing at everyone and taking pictures. Parking lot police who chase worn out truck drivers from an empty parking lot, just so they have something to do… Except holidays. The parking lot police must have off holidays. Parents need to control their children! If you are not 18, your parent should be holding your hand apparently in this place.

Do not come here if you are looking for “A JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE”. No one at the desk is paying attention to even care. What is going on other than you scan to get in. And your money is paying for all of them every day.

On a quote good“ note, I noticed the “parking lot police“ must have retired. Maybe the “property owner” had a change of heart… But I don’t think so after I watched a crew spray painting lines in high winds around all the vehicles parked at the gym a few weeks ago. I did catch the company‘s name if anyone wants information for a claim on vehicular damage. I did not stick around for my workout! The employees at the desk just claimed they knew nothing about it, and no one that had anything to do with planet fitness knew who the property owner was . Of course, none of them went outside to move their vehicles because they already knew. Unbelievable!

FT night employee (wish I knew his name so everyone can judge him like he judges everyone) that should learn to greet EVERY paying customer the same, no matter what their purpose at facility is. Paying a lot to get judging looks from him. He should look in a mirror before he looks down his nose at me, or any of the people who provide him a job. He spends a lot of his time catering to the late night party crew,napping behind the desk, or in the bathroom. Will explore finding a Planet Fitness that has a staff without judgement. Someone needs to ring the bell on this guy!!!! I am about done with planet fitness after just dealing with this guy continuously! The hours I go into that facility, should make no difference! Hopefully I find another facility where everyone is treated equally, but that guy needs to be sent packing! One of the best PF I have been to, and I have been to locations all over the country and even multiple location in PR!

Probably the best selection of equipment of all locations i have been to. Great layout. New plate and barbell stations..impressive.

Tons of blackboard options including wrll ess pod. Maybe 10 tanning options.

Only weird part was when I asked for 10 mins for Red Light ( total body enhancement) lady working initially said that was not possible. Acted i challenged it she said well..we're not supposed to change the max time. Then finally set it for 10 mins. Perhaps some additional training needed on Max times not equaling Must times.

Came here on a Saturday night and mid workout I just happened to read the reviews of this gym and noticed how there were MANY people saying they got their semi towed here! So many truckers depend on being able to shower and workout at planet fitnesses and to come back to your truck being towed is DISGUSTING! I ran outside to my truck and thankfully it wasn’t towed yet but I do think the owners of this gym need to do something about this especially since a big percentage of their customers are drivers! Being towed while being parked in front of an ABANDONED BUILDING is ridiculous! Do better, the reason you have the food on your tables and clothes on your back is because of truck drivers!

Places like this are exactly why I come and search the reviews first, before visiting a gym.

I understand that PF doesn't own the parking lot and that the property manager, whoever that elusive person is, is the one responsible for the towing.

What I don't understand is why the owner, of PF, who is VERY aware of the issue, still rents from THAT kind of landlord, who discriminates, so unreasonably against truck drivers.

They make such a big deal out of being a judgment free zone, and treating everyone equally. They will cancel your membership if they think you are discriminating against anyone, for any reason, even in areas where safety is called into question (i.e. men in women's locker rooms), but they willingly lend their full, monthly rent and support to a landlord/property manager that grossly and unjustly discriminates against one of the most overlooked minorities, (ROAD WARRIORS💪)!!

It is widely known, and locally broadcast, at this location, that a large percentage of PF customers are truck drivers, wanting/needing to stay fit and showered, for the safety of the motoring public, and yet they make no attempt to even address the property manager themselves!

Why in the world would you expect the patrons, truckers or otherwise, to address the property manager when YOU the PF owner, are the one forking over your money to them? YOU are the one that should care enough about your patrons to go to bat for them. Since you don't, I will NEVER come to this location, and I will continue to let every truck driver I have occasion to tell, know to avoid, not only this PF, but the entire plaza. They are unworthy of our patronage.

On my first day trying out the gym after coming back from an injury. As per the doctor I have to wear comfortable shoes. The floor manager Will said to me “you need to step off the gym floor” as I was trying to explain to him I have to wear comfortable shoes as per the doctor and PT. After just one month of being a member, I had to cancel my membership. I was let me give it a chance, I could have dealt with the no gym bags on the floor, etc. I was in my own world listening to my music and lifting heavy weights, I noticed that I was been looked at in a very uncomfortable way, after I finished by inlined bench press, they guy with the facial hair came up to me and told me that I was making too much noise that’s why the alert noise was going off. It killed my spirit and I lost interest that quick. For $25.00 per month it’s not worth it, going back to my other gym. To make matters worst, while I was cancelling my membership, the same issue they had with me regarding the noise, the same noise was going wirh other people who were working out, it makes you wonder “ if and why I “ was “singled” out .

Since the removal of old equipment/installation of new equipment, everyone I have spoken to..."Hey, how do you like the new equipment?" All reply unfavorably... There were 6 heavily used pieces (2 of each), and at present, there is only 1 piece of each of the 6...

4 of the key ab machines have been completely removed...

The 30 minute workout room has been completely changed, removing the steps used for step exercises, which are key for balance and stability... key exercises for seniors and recovery individuals...

I haven't even come to this location, however by virtue of the fact that Truck Drivers aren't accommodated for, insofar as they will tow your ass in 10 mins flat from the moment you arrive on scene in your semi truck and charge you $4000+, is sufficient enough a reason to leave this 1 star review as a reminder for myself never to come here, and for all future truck drivers who might entertain this place as an option.

Now the PF owner in turn will respond saying that this is all on the Plaza manager and to talk with him, as they don't enforce towing on a property they rent, but as far as I'm concerned they are still part of the problem because they know a percentage of their customers are national truck drivers who want to use their services, and so if they really wanted to help accommodate for their customers, they would help advocate for us Truckers by speaking with the Plaza management on our behalf and requesting for them to be more lenient with towing enforcement and allowing some limited truck parking considering they have sufficient enough space.

But no, they will always pass it along to the driver to be the one, after the fact of getting hit with thousands of dollars, to complain to the property management.

Want to make it real simple and be very helpful PF management? Put a damn sign up in your planet fitness windows or somewhere that's easily visible telling truck drivers to move their truck ASAP as towing is strictly enforced. That would go a long way in knowing where we stand in this PF location and so we know to take our business elsewhere.

I otherwise love PF as someone who goes to locations, that accommodate for Truckers to some degree, across the country, but absolutely despise locations like these that do absolutely nothing within their power to help their trucker customer base.

I canceled my membership six months ago, but it was never processed. When I inquired, I was told to come in person, despite living in CT. When I arrived, the staff was unprofessional. The first employee was assisting multiple people at once and didn't take time to understand my concern. Instead of investigating, they were accusatory and called the manager, Wil, who was dismissive and even found humor in my frustration.
This experience was frustrating due to their staff’s failure to cancel my membership properly in the first place. The lack of professionalism and customer service training is evident, and prioritizing customer concerns should be a focus, especially in a service-based industry.

Do NOT sign up for Planet Fitness, it may be cheap but good luck trying to cancel. They say you can cancel by mailing in a certified letter (which I did back in 2018) and been into my 'home' gym 3 times. I went to go sign back up in 2022 and they mentioned I had a membership.... Well that couldn't have been true because I cancelled my membership to my knowledge. Then I noticed that they are STILL charging my card but now I have a balance of $140 because I blocked PF from charging my card. Now that they have changed the amount they started charging my card again WITHOUT my permission. They say that I can't cancel now because I have a balance! Regardless, if I was unable to pay my PF monthly fee ONCE and I was behind on a payment, they're telling me I can't cancel and y'all will still continue to charge my card? This is extremely unethical!

I have also asked for the LTC's over the phone of their cancellation policy and for some reason (twice now) they can't send me the LTC's and that I need to physically come in. Unfortunately I dont have time for your teeny boppers BS every time I go in there. Im sure the next excuse will be "we dont have any ink in our printer'.

In addition, every single time I have gone to cancel my membership that I cancelled back in 2018, I get some BS answer like "oh this has to be done by a manager but ill write a note for them", "you can't cancel because you have a balance", "you have to mail in a certified letter to us", etc..

Was gonna give a 1 star but given a 2 because the atmosphere and layout of this gym is awesome. However as a regular member who needs to shower after a workout the bathrooms are DIRTY. I’ve complained to the main manager and his response was “we get 1500 people a day” which just means you need to clean more. The stalls wreak of urine which takes time to happen. The showers have all sorts of smells like these nasty old men are doing more than showering in them. Hire an older lady with real skills to clean. I watch these young guys clean and they don’t know how to do it. Mopping and half the floor is missed. I don’t give bad reviews but upper management needs to see this.

Pay no mind to the small handful of bad reviews - this place is legitimately one of the best gyms around. You'd expect a good variety of equipment, amenities, clean facilities...and this Planet Fitness has that; but what really makes them stand out is their top level of service and professionalism. I have worked in customer service all my life, and have seen my share of good and bad service. These guys just get what it means to make people feel welcome. I arrived as an out of town guest who needed an indoor place to keep up with my running schedule in freezing temperatures (I typically run outside in milder weather). I inquired about a day pass (which they do offer for a nominal fee), but the assistant manager did me one better and offered to enroll me at their current deeply discounted rate. He did this knowing full well that I probably would only use the gym on that day, or perhaps a couple more times while in town. He could have just charged me for the day, but instead he welcomed me, made me feel like I belonged, and was truly understanding of my scenario. As a result, I have not only returned during my trip, but also brought my wife with me...she, in turn, chose to become a black card member and was treated very well by Wil, the GM. In simply listening to my needs, and being willing to extend me a favor, they resulted in getting a new member to join, and two people to leave happy. Just awesome, attentive, personalized service. Additionally, I would say if you're looking for a gym that has above-and-beyond features such as massage tables and wellness pods, this is the place. Even in January, when lots of gyms are packed, this place felt spacious and like I could get on any machine I wanted with a very brief wait. When I return to my home state, I plan to look up my local Planet Fitness to inquire about joining up for real. Thank you to the whole staff!

Equipment is well maintained and always kept clean by staff or wiped down after use by other members. They also have a nice men’s locker room. However you’ll have to either buy a locker or hope your stuff doesn’t get stolen. I’ve never had someone steal my stuff with no locker however it’s a possibility and gym will not cover any $ lost.

Membership price is unbeatable compared to other gyms but this comes at a cost. Benches in dumbbell section are typically taken during peak hours, so you will have to wait until someone is done to get one. Also the dumbbell weight only goes up to 75 lbs which is only good for beginners and intermediate level lifters. Same goes for every other piece of popular weight machines or cables. At peak hours it’s pretty much all being used so you’ll have to find a slot to get on. However you can look at how busy gym is on app and adapt your schedule so you can get on everything you want to.

The 30 minute workout and calisthenics area are the only sections that typically have less people during peak hours, so you can use whatever you want. Cardio machines are usually open as well, as there are a lot of them to use. Overall if you are looking for an affordable gym, with clean equipment, and are willing to wait for others to be done with popular equipment during peak hours it’s not a bad deal. Once again I recommend checking the app and going when it’s less busy so you have a greater chance at hitting every exercise you want to.

I am writing to share my experience during my recent visit to your facility with my daughter as new members.

Upon our arrival, we encountered Robin at the front desk. Unfortunately, we found her demeanor to be unprofessional and unwelcoming. As first-time visitors and black card members, we anticipated a brief orientation or tour of the gym, particularly of the spa and various amenities available to us. Despite expressing multiple times that we were unfamiliar with the facility, Robin appeared visibly annoyed when I asked simple questions, such as the location of the locker room.

Additionally, I observed her interacting with other customers in a manner that seemed dismissive, which contributed to an overall unpleasant atmosphere. This experience led us to feel unwelcome and ultimately resulted in the cancellation of our membership on the same day.

I want to emphasize that I found the gym itself to be clean and well-equipped, and I appreciate the potential for training sessions. However, the lack of a supportive and friendly introduction significantly impacted our impression of the facility.

I hope this feedback can be taken constructively to enhance the experience for future members. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Glasses, red hair, almost certain she has an Ashley piercing. Almost everytime I go there is an issue. I moved over an hour away from the Planet Fitness that I originally went to and I called them to cancel my subscription as I no longer went anyway. They told me I couldn't cancel over the phone and I had to go to the original Planet Fitness that I had set up the subscription at in the first place. I told them I moved over an hour away and wasn't driving all the way down there to cancel my subscription, they said there's nothing they can do. I asked, so you're telling me that, if I had moved to California, I'd have to fly back to PA in order to cancel my subscription in person? They ignored the question and told me there was nothing they could do. I hung up and put a stop payment for them on my card. Well, I forgot that they forced me to add a bank account to my account. They proceeded to charge me for an additional year, $300. I called them up when I realized, pissed beyond belief. I asked for my money back for the months where my subscription should have been canceled and to cancel the service now. They tried to give me the same run around and I cussed them out. They brought their supervisor who tried to pull the same BS and I cussed them out too. They finally canceled my account over the phone berating me for my lack of professionalism. Never go to any planet fitness ever. They have the worst customer service on the phone I have ever seen.

Half the days when I come in late at night I can be waiting like 20 minutes for an employee to come to the front desk and nobody is there. Not to be mean but this happens 1-2 per week where no one is at the desk for 20ish minutes at a time? What if people want to get a massage? What if people want to buy water or equipment? I had my doubts but this is really a nice gym, with plenty of equipment and clean atmosphere. Everything is kept clean and im good working order, and the tanning beds are fantastic 👏

The membership prices are unbeatable. The equipment and facilities are well maintained. The staff trys to be friendly but most of the time their occupied with their cell phones.

It's a good gym for the casual member or healthy enthusias.

Unfortunately, it can get really crowded during peak hours.

For the moderate to advanced weight lifting individual or alpha male the equipment is very limited. The dumbbells are limited to deter alpha males from joining. The free weights and barbells are non-existent. Nevertheless, if your creative and know how to train your body properly even the advanced trainer can make it work.

Mixed emotions about this place.

Pros: Positive workout environment. Diverse group of people working out there of all ages, abilities, sizes, etc. I felt like I fit in. Never a challenge to find equipment with the large space and multiple machines. In general, well maintained. Fair pricing.

Negative: General Manager is rude and has a bad attitude and is not customer friendly. If you wish to make any changes to your membership - don’t expect any assistance or understanding. You will be intimidated about maintaining your program.

I have been a member for over a year. Initially signed up for the black card program as my wife was joining me but she has since stopped and I wanted to change a few months ago to the classic program. I was told it was impossible to do even though I don’t have any cancel fee. I was also told if I canceled and signed up for the classic program I would have to pay all the start up fees again.

Today, I asked if I might pause my membership for a short while due to upcoming surgery. I was told I must present a signed note from the doctor with exact dates of when the surgery is and when I would be allowed to work out again. Personally I think that is based on my own comfort level post surgery. And again, I have NO cancel fee so one would think they would want to keep a happy customer.

Ended up cancelling. When I’m ready to work out again I will either reinstate or look for other more customer friendly options.

I am a traveler, and for most of my 20s I did the Vanlife thing and used planet fitness to shower and exercise while I was city camping. Fortunately I’ve been to amazing places and I’ve utilized the black card for years to go to literally hundreds of planet fitnesses across the US. This planet fitness is the worst location In the United States. It finally got me to cancel my membership. I only gave it 2 stars because planet fitness itself isn’t that bad, it’s just this location. This is a franchise location and the owner is literally there every day harassing members. I’ve never seen any location kick members out but this guy regularly does it because he can. He will walk the floors looking for reasons to harass you and hide behind “policy”. Although I’ve got the black card and I scan in every day, he makes me sign a sign in sheet. It asks for my name, email, where my home gym is and *why I am traveling to town* Every. Time. If I don’t fill out why I’m traveling to town he threatens to call the police to have me removed from the gym. And again, he will find you and harass you over this personal information. He claims it’s a safety waiver but when I ask to sign a safety waiver instead he says it’s not possible- it’s at the bottom of the sign in, which has to be filled out *in its entirety* with personal information I don’t want to share, in order to gain access to a gym I pay for. He uses the information for advertising. Pretty sure it’s illegal, so any lawyers out there want to take it pro bono I’m down! Harassment is no joke and with power is a problem-be careful here.

Well, for multiple days, they’re hot water has been out of service and instead of actually putting a proper note in the bathroom or on the front doors or anywhere actually in the gym they have one small 8 x 5 note at the front desk that people don’t usually see because people are in the way.

Their employees are standing around, not doing anything the bathroom are disgusting. There’s piss and toilet paper all over the floors

Honestly if the tanning wasn’t so good I would say never come here. If you don’t care about tanning, AVOID. The 2 older ladies who work here are so rude and honestly mean. It makes me never want to come back when people treat paying clients like they are the law, and not service oriented whatsoever. They are nasty ladies.

Been coming here for 3 years and the only time I've had any issues was late afternoon because it gets CROWDED. There's a lot of people and machines aren't readily available, plus there's usually a lot of girls in the locker room taking selfies and it makes it uncomfortable to walk past trying to go in/out because you get judgemental stares (even though they're the ones in the way). The other issue is they changed their hours to 24/5. 24/7 was really convenient, especially for those of us that work nightshift. I know it's only Friday-Sunday that it affects but it was really nice to be able to go on a weekend with no one there. Other than that, it's always pretty clean and the staff is mostly nice.

This is the second best PF I’ve been to in all my time traveling in a van. (The best is one near Tucson). I love the music isn’t deafening, it’s clean, plenty of stair masters, the staff greeted me AND most importantly each shower has a small changing room. Well done!!

Really can’t complain. Brand new facility for $10/month. Management is responsive which is a pleasant change of pace from my previous gym!

Edit: over the last six months, there has definitely been a change in management. Whether it be the company as a whole, or the regional team, the decline is stark.

There’s no reason I should enter into the club, say hello to four guys doing absolutely nothing, get no response in return, and then have to workout surrounded by used bandaids.

I don’t know what’s going on, but it ain’t good. The only one that works up at that desk is the younger gal.

Find out what your start up fee is before you join. I friend joined 2 days before me and his start up fee was $20, mine was $62.54. When asked about it they said the number changes daily and I landed on a higher priced day. So over a $120.00 for me to join including the 49.99 yearly fee.

I appreciate the spacious and clean environment at this Planet Fitness, and most of the staff are friendly. However, I've had a couple of interactions with an older blonde lady that could use improvement. On one occasion, while waiting to sign in behind two people, she loudly instructed me to sign in at a specific location. Another time, when I approached to greet an associate, she insisted I sign in first, even after explaining my intention. She even went as far as to ask me if I "just walk in" all the time. I just signed in and walked away from her to avoid further confrontation. It would be great if the staff maintained a consistently welcoming approach in such situations.

I wish every PF was like this place. I love coming here when I visit my dad. The gym is always spotless. I haven’t had to wait for anything. Everything is new but still, this place is well maintained. The bathrooms, locker room, and showers are so clean. I love taking a shower and leaving the gym clean and as everyone else has mentioned, the shower setup here is OP. Been a member at so many gyms and aside from the most expensive, isolated cases, this setup takes the cake. Get in, do work, leave clean.
