Haven’t been to a gym in many years and had a bit of anxiety about going.

Have to say today was my first time going and Alyssa at the front desk was so nice and inviting.

Whatever I asked her she answered with a smile and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.

I like the laid back atmosphere here as well. It wasn’t too crowded at all during a time when I would have expected it to be.

Was able to get on all the machines I wanted without hesitation.

So happy I decided to take a chance and finally go. I have a feeling I am really going to like it here.

I don’t know why so many people are calling out Jason, But I’ve known Jason since he was working at the Easton location. It’s always pleasant seeing him in the mornings unlike what other people have commented regarding him I can assure you he always has a positive work attitude, always smiling and engaging with customers. I've been to at least 10 planet fitnesses, and they all seem to be very pleasant and say hello to you and goodbye when you walk it. It's very welcoming. Except this one. Jason at the front desk ignores everyone and has a rude attitude with people at the gym while cleaning. He seems to have control over everyone else at the front desk because when he is at the front desk, no one says hi. When he's not at the front desk, the other employees say hi to customers. He seems to be the only problem employee at this planet fitness. I've seen other comments about him here. But the same response, (please contact PF, here's an email) which does nothing). There's a new girl there who hasn't been affected by his bullying and is the only one that says hello and good bye to everyone at the gym. I hope Jason's negativity can be dealt with.

Terrible gym and experience. Staff and guest are extremely inconsiderate and do not care about the gym equipment, etiquette or members.

After reading MULTIPLE reviews, it seems many people have issues with the rude staff. The staff is terrible to its members, especially if you question something about the gym. There is legal binding language saying I am responsible for all injuries including if it was caused by a contractor or third party. There was a section in the gym work was being performed on, near 4 machines, I wanted to use one of the machines near the contractor. I proceeded to use it and the contractor is telling me I cannot (it wasn’t out of order) and that is in their agreement (the contractor), but I signed an agreement saying I am liable for ALL injury including caused by contractors and third parties. I asked the manager, Luis, about this and he had zero care in a world about my concern and happily wanted me to proceed with cancelling my membership because I questioned this. If he came to me first before the contractor, I’d happily listen and abide but for some random guy to tell me what to do? No thank you. Equipment is constantly out of order or not functioning, limiting the equipment even more and the type of equipment is super limited with not a lot of variation.

For the members and environment, some come in shirtless and no staff member says anything to put a shirt on. Most members wear crocs, or sandals to workout in. What happened to the safety and injury clause in the agreement? That can be overruled? Members do not put their weights away and constantly occupy the benches when there are already few of them to hold their water bottle, leaving many guests without available equipment.

If you like to just walk on a treadmill, sure this will do as long as they are operating properly. But if you care about your gym goals and serious workout, steer far far away.

This is hands down my favorite Planet Fitness location in the area. The manager, Luis, and the entire staff are consistently courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. The facility is always spotless, from the workout floor to the locker rooms and restrooms. Honestly, I can't think of a single negative thing to say.

This guy cleans the bar bells at 8 am when it’s busy. He takes up multiple benches and bar bells. While I appreciate someone keeping the gym clean. I’ve been going to different PF’s for a couple decades and I’ve never seen someone routinely clean in the peak busy hours. Jason, the rudest planet fitness employee ever, could easily clean at 9am or 10am when most people are already at work. I’ve watched him do this for a year now. And every time some asks him about it, he literally tells them YOU CAN CANDEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. It’s like he’s looking for a fight with customers.

Kid takes the barbell weights off the rack to clean them at 8am in the morning when everyone is trying to use them. Then he puts them on multiple benches instead of the floor taking up several benches. It’s ridiculous. Every day he’s in everyone’s way. Doesn’t think to do it at a less busy time and out of the way, not taking several benches. Jason is the worst employee I’ve ever seen.

If I could give a negative star review I would. The people are cool. But this place is a big scam. With the hidden fees, and sneaky terms and agreements! And when and if you try to cancel they move the goal post and make it hard to get out! It's a rip off! Taking the people's hard earned money! The water from the fountain smells like bleach. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating: Especially when I screw up the complimentary locker and lock myself out. They're always out on the floor wiping/cleaning equipment, cleaning locker rooms or restocking the cleaning supplies.

There are plenty of machines, free weights and cardio options so you have something to do and not have to wait around for something to free up. As with any gym they can get worn down but I've noticed the pads or broken machines are quick to be replaced.

The showers are clean and in working order, but just always remember: they're public showers.

I wish the hours were both earlier and extended (I work in healthcare so my hours can differ), but I'm able to get there most days.

horrible management who threaten you and in a predatory fashion they look up your information and personal information and try to hold it against you.Today the assistant manager was cleaning dumbbells and I politely asked if I can use them while doing so I noticed a 75 lb dumbbell on open bench and gently put it to the side when I was harassed by Jason to put it back even though I never used the weight and simply put it to the side incase the person who originally had it still needed it. Apparently Jason thinks I’m one of his employees and told me that’s not where the weight goals not once did he offer to put the weight back himself or talk in a professional manner, after I asked why the aggressive tone when I’ve been nothing but nice he tried to threaten me by saying he knows one of my accounts was passed due which I am aware of, but nonetheless he doesn’t bring this up when I first walk in to the gym I go to every day, he waits and says this in front of the gym. I don’t know if he has a personal vendetta or if he just holds people’s information and if you upset him he will threaten you, I don’t appreciate a gym that’s supposed to be a no judgment zone that has a manager who stores your personal information in the memory and when they feel like it they will try to threaten you with it, I don’t feel safe knowing I’m being watched and targeted for no reason, have canceled my membership and I hope you all do the same,

My gym closed so it was drive to the second location or try PF. I decided to try PF. It's better than I expected and it's clean. I do wish they had a few more adjustable benches in the dumbell area but that's just nitpicking. They Black card membership is only $25, can't really beat that either. So far, so good. Update, 3/25, they've updated the cardio equipment, removed some older things and added some new stations. Definitely getting my moneys worth.

So I just joined this gym and apparently they closed Wed,Thurs, and Fri for improvements. I guess they let people know this by placing a sign on the door. They have our email address and maybe even phone numbers, but I was not notified. Plus, when you call the phone there is no auto-message alerting you to the closure. My BF was there this past weekend and did not see any signs and said no one was alerting people about it being closed. It is rhe principle of it- I work in Sales and Cust. Service and this is not how you communicate to your customers, by letting them drive over and find out the gym is closed.

This gym is dirty. Two weekends ago there was talcum powder all over the men's locker room. Today there were pubes in one of the shower stalls, another had paper garbage left in it, and the handicap stall has no shower head. I did express these concerns to the front desk. Needless to say, I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower there today, and left frustrated.

The toilet seat in the handicap toilet stall has been loose and nearly falling off for at least the past 4-5 months.

I will note that I was at the Nazareth location last weekend and none of these concerns are there. At the Nazareth location you can tell the amount of time and effort that go into making their location clean - they seem to care more about their customer's experience.

Two things really irked me:
1) There is always a stationary bicycle down. They don't maintain them well at all. Never see out of order signs at other planet fitness gyms on their stationary bikes.

2) This weekend, pushed me over the edge. Learned that the only reason the paper towels were on top of the trash cans was because there were no batteries to operate the automated machines. Last I checked, dollar tree was around the corner and family dollar was next-door. NEXT DOOR!!!

Buy some batteries.
Repair your equipment.
Stop being cheap.

As of today there's now 50% of their bikes down. No eta either. One has been dysfunctional for 9 months!!!

Went in at 6am on a Tuesday. The app said little activity, I walk in and all machines but a couple bikes were occupied. I’ve been coming here for a few years and the quality has really declined. They finally got floor new mats that were much needed but they kept the old ones which are peeling and flattened out. The machines are always out of order, frequently the stair-master. There are two machines (lat pulldown and pec fly) that are completely missing grip handles for months now that haven’t been replaced. The auto paper towel dispensers rarely work and after a year of cleaner spray bottles not working they finally replaced them. Additionally the floors by the mat area are often dirty with clumps of dust and hair. I’m not sure if this location just doesn’t have the budget, but things are worn down to nothing before anything is done about it. The staff is all very nice but in comparison to other PFs I’ve went to especially the Quakertown one, this location is severely lacking.

I honestly dont get complicated with gyms. This one is really close to my house and as all gym, there are peak times, you just need to adjust your time to it. I consider a different machine settings because are kind spread all over the gym, no to spread 🤣. For example all shoulder machines in one spot, chest machines in other, abs, specially in other (they have an abs section but i think is just for free abs and streches. I consider all abs
machines should be there, then will be more
room for adjustments, and some legs machine there should be where the abs ones are). Service wise, excellent, staff is very polite and know how to address very concern.

They're a reasonably priced gym. The staff is always friendly and the gym is always clean. Plus the 24/5 business hours are great for late night workouts. The gym is rarely overly crowded.
My only complaint is the "Specials" they offer. There's nothing special about them. For example, they advertise that with your PF membership you're entitled to 25% off your flower orders from 1-800-flowers. Instead of clicking on the PF link I went directly to their website and saw they were already offering every customer 25% off. Same with Hello Fresh home food delivery. The special offered through PF was something you could get by going directly to the Hello Fresh website.

The gym is clean, bright and inviting, the tanning equipment however not so good. The bulbs in most of the units are completely worthless. I have noticed however that one of the beds actually gets warm and will give color, the rest you’re just wasting your time. Hopefully putting in new bulbs will be put on the to do list. Also, I want to give a shout out to the woman with the big bun (I think her name is Denise) she is always so friendly and helpful and goes the extra mile to make people feel welcome. There is a schedule of fitness classes for members. In 2024, regular membership rates went up to $14.99 per month. Such a bargain for the quality and variety of fitness equipment available.

I upgraded to the Black Card: Access to any Planet Fitness location, massage chairs, tanning, bring a guest, and more. Still a bargain at $24.99 compared to the other chain gyms.

This gym is a nice size and the employees were nice. Ive gone to this PF a couple times now. What upsets me was the smell. I had to leave early because how bad it was. Easton is a bit more of a drive for me, but I plan to go there from now on because it seems well kept and the smell is under control. DISGUSTING! I am a Black Card member and I am very frustrated! My monthly dues are paying for this dirty, broken PF!?

There are 4 shower stalls, and only 1 shower that works somewhat ok. The water pressure is HORRIBLE! The curtains are mildew and soap scum stained. Hair all over the walls and shower floor. The handicapp shower stall is broken and not handicapp ready for anyone who is disabled. There's only 2 dressing rooms with 1 chair to sit on, which is the handicapp shower chair, so really, there are no chairs to sit on, no surfaces to put your shower stuff on.

There is NO SPACE to do YOGA anywhere in the gym. What's the deal with the mats that are made for people under the height of 4 ft? The mats used for stretching are so short, useless, really. The equipment was dusty and dirty. The music was extremely loud in the woman's locker room, to the point of yelling when speaking. I asked the employee to turn it down, and he didn't do so. Overall, this is one of the worst Planet Fitness I've been in. I live, work, and travel in my minivan and attend many PF, this one is in my top 5 worst ones I've been to! Shame on you Planet Fitness!

They should choose employees better. My wife pays for the most expensive plan they have but she does not speak English to use the massage chairs. I reserve a spot for her at 6:45 pm on February 14, 2024 and the employee begins to question why I do it. had done and almost didn't let her in with her question as if they didn't pay her monthly bill, very punctual, terrible service, we decided to cancel the plan due to this poor service.

Great place, decent price for Black Card considering the perks. Hydromassage is epic. Annoying that they use yer bank account for the auto payments. I liked trying out Planet Fitness for the first time and found it to be pretty good. The facility is clean and organized, well-lit, and fairly straight forward. One weird thing though, is there are a lot of big screen TVs, and the propaganda and commercials feel like brainwashing. Ads for burgers and the like is just ... Wrong? Mean? Hilarious? Lol maybe it's just me, but I could do without all the TVs .

I’ve never had an issue at this planet before I come here frequently. The front check in girl Amanda chick with literally tattoos all over her face was extremely condescending and obnoxious. Like if you talk to me like a child I’m going to talk to you the same way. I feel she was picking on me and friends because were black . She was being overbearing for no reason and watching the camera for us at the massage rooms. Like it’s ridiculous planet fitness and working out is my happy place and she literally ruined my day . I was just passing through Pennsylvania and found that this Planet Fitness was open 24 hours a day. I was able to get in my warm up, my workout and my warm down in without a hitch. Then I took my shower and was back on the road. Not only do you have a friend in Pennsylvania but an excellent Planet Fitness location as well.

This is a really nice, well kept Planet Fitness. I actually drive further to get to this one over the one that is closer to me in Easton. This one has a better layout, seems like more equipment and usually is less busy although as of lately it has been PACKED.

With that all said, I’ve been to countless PF’s across the country due to my job and while this one definitely doesn’t sit near the top, I’d say it’s ranks better than 80% of the other ones out there.

Just another prime example of substantial value & the opportunity to exercise a healthy lifestyle by Planet Fitness! This location (just off of Stefko Boulevard) is offered & situated in a nice area with plenty of parking & machine availability! It is state-of-the-art as usual and the staff was on top of their game with cleaning & member assistance (just like a fine tuned machine)!
