On or around 6/4/25 this location overhauled almost the entire layout of the gym and installed brand new weight lifting equipment. The treadmills and similar equipment stayed the same. The new layout and new equipment are phenomenal. The machines even have a rep counter and stopwatch to help you keep track of things. This location should definitely add some pictures to google maps and show off all of their hard work that went into the layout. I recommend checking it out!

It’s a great place to workout, equipment always works, and there’s a variety of equipment and they allow you to pick your own music via the Rockbot app or website! Pizza Monday no longer exists along with another food day. I haven’t used the black card areas, so I can’t comment on those benefits. The showers are relatively clean although there isn’t much privacy and showers have a smaller footprint compared to other Planet Fitness locations. The bathrooms have an air freshener which helps tremendously cut down on the odor. Mondays are the busiest and the crowd slowly tapers until Sunday when it’s the slowest. They added new mats for core workouts! The staff are friendly and the price can’t be beat.

During a workout session at Planet Fitness late night on 6/17 , I was confronted by an employee, Chris, regarding a "no recording" policy, despite having previously received approval from management for recording personal fitness progress as long as other members were not being recorded. The situation escalated, with me stating Chris was harassing me and alleging racial bias after Chris called his manager, Felix. Chris then said he’s not racist “my manager is black “. I’m like that doesn’t matter . I informed Felix over the phone, during the call Chris initiated, that Chris was harassing me. Chris stated in the presence of me and others that I was "on some dumb shit," to which I responded that it was rude, and he subsequently called me a liar. I expressed dissatisfaction with the unprofessional handling of the situation, noting previous approvals and the practice of other members recording. During our basic argument, nothing obscene or threatening was said on either side. The employee threatened to cancel my membership, citing a text message from Felix and Patrick indicating a prohibition of recording, and further showed a text of Patrick telling Chris he could cancel my membership. I told Chris that I have been coming to this location for two years and have never had issues with this policy, stating that he is the only one giving me a hard time about it. Employee Zach attempted to diffuse the situation, stating that if management had previously approved the recording, he would allow it to continue. However, Chris would not back down and proceeded to call management around 11 p.m., after I stated that I wanted to speak to management myself. I reiterated that I have been coming to this location for two years with no issues with other staff, stating that other staff members have seen me record. Chris responded by saying that those staff members "don't know how to do their jobs." I even said I know Patrick and if I could see him in person one day soon he will probably remember he gave me the ok at one point. I tried to tell Chris I came to the gym one day with a tripod and Patrick stop me said no recording and I said I’m just recording myself to document my progress . I told Chris that Pat said aslong as I’m recording myself only and not other members its fine . I even told Chris I stopped bringing my tripod after that . I told Chris I have videos of me recording myself for the past 2 years of me coming . I asked Chris when do you usually work so I can avoid coming to Planet at those times and he stated I am not sharing my schedule with you . Employee Zach was quiet and he seemed shocked about everything that was going on. Chris was so condescending he was like everyone knows Patrick. I asserted the accuracy of my statements and indicated my intent to address the matter with management.

Was visiting family for 2 weeks in Pennsylvania and wanted to work out during my time here. I spoke with Anthony and another person working behind the front desk. I was assured by both that I would pay $17 total as long as I cancelled before Feb 24th. That was not an issue for me as I am leaving Feb 12. When I went to cancel the membership today (Feb 11), a person behind the desk informed me that I would be charged for a second month since they send out bills on the 10th every month. I asked if he could have this removed and he gave me the number for a manager. I called the manager and there was no response so I left a message explaining what happened and that I should be refunded. I am frustrated but not surprised that I am being ripped off paying for 2 months of gym use when I was only around for two weeks and confirmed with 2 different people 4 times that I would not be getting any additional charges. This seems to be the norm for these large gym franchises and leaves a bad taste in the mouth. The gym was otherwise fine as far as what can be expected from a planet fitness, but I just can't recommend a place that so intentionally rips its' customers off this way.

It's a nice gym with a terrible customer service. The bathrooms sometimes doesn't have soap and smells but gym equipment is nice.
The front desk women who I think works the night shift has a terrible attitude and not helpful at all. I needed some help with my membership but the way she talked to me and treated me I ended up canceling my membership for good. Hope someone from corporate reads this and fix the issue with customer service.

Came to this location in attempt to cancel my membership after moving. The employee at the front desk had me scan my barcode and confirmed I was cancelled. 2 weeks later I call again, stating I never got a cancellation confirmation email, and the employee on the phone confirmed that I was cancelled and wouldn’t get an email confirming it. What do you know, a few days later I was charged. I spoke with the manager and he informed me I can only cancel at my home location, a crucial detail that the other 2 employees omitted (not to mention they blatantly lied that my account was cancelled). The manager was apologetic, and hopefully he holds the employees accountable.

This PF location is so dirty and it seems like it’s never cleaned. I’ve been going here for a few months now, and I see the same balls of dirt/dust/debris on the floor from when I first signed up.

I watched the staff “wash the floors” once with a machine that seemed to act as a mop? They essentially walked in, and then immediately out of the room again, leaving a trail of water behind them. Then I heard them jokingly say something like “good enough!” to another staff member. The stretching mats are becoming gross, it doesn’t seem like the staff bothers to clean those either.

There isn’t a designated stretching area so that can be awkward. Sometimes the only space to place your mat is right where the machines are. Peak times are CROWDED (the LA fitness in Easton recently closed causing an influx in new members) so expect to wait on all machines during the rush (typical for a lot of gyms, but then why does the crowd meter only ever reach a 4/10?).

Good gym. Some Planet Fitness gyms, and many gyms in general, are cramped or thin and long; this gym is open and roomy. The functional training room is large. The employees are friendly and competent. The Spa area is well done. Also, the equipment is better than some of the other Planet Finesses I've been to. It's a subtle difference, but it makes working out a bit easier. It my favorite gym in the general area.

This has been my home gym for years now, I've always loved the atmosphere and how laid back it is. Lately, since a remodel, it's been getting worse and worse. There is barely any space left for people to put yoga mats down for warm-ups as they continue to fill the space with equipment; leaving many people in the way of machines. The equipment is constantly broken, or not functioning properly (staring HARD at the Hip Abduction Machines that won't let you out them on the first setting no matter how hard you try, The Row Machines that alternate weeks of not working, as well as the Seated Leg Press)
It was one thing to adjust to the 24/5 hours, for the same price as 24/7, but it's to a point I no longer enjoy being here. By the end of my workout I'm frustrated, annoyed and just want to get out as fast as I can. 10/10 Looking for a better gym.

This gym has become intolerable due to the people that go here regularly. Particularly middle aged to older men. I’ve never had an issue with the women that work out here but the men are always staring and trying to talk to women. people come here to socialize instead of actually workout. That’s fine but people who are there to work out in peace are not asking to join the conversation. Especially for a woman, you really need to watch out for regulars there, particularly men. They literally watch you while you’re at the gym and try to speak to you. It’s honestly scary, and im considering leaving because I can’t stand it anymore. The staff is fine, they do the bare minimum. Place is somewhat clean, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Pretty disappointed in this gym I joined not too long ago. I was never given a tour of the gym which I thought was lame it’s not that hard to show a new customer around, but the employees would rather stay in there and socialize. For some reason, I still ended up upgrading to a black card member because I wanted to use the black card spot. I was told to purchase it on the app which I did but during my first visit, nobody took me on a spa tour, nobody showed me how to use the machines so I book a hydromassage and apparently there are settings that lock you in so I couldn’t get it off of the eight intensity setting, which was actually painful. I went up to the front and they told me oh you had it on the wrong setting well it would’ve been nice if someone had showed me how to use it or there would be instructions somewhere especially when you’re paying for an upgrade. They obviously don’t care about their customers who can easily get injured or break their equipment. If they’re not careful, they probably will end up with a lawsuit.

Been coming for about a year now, started with my son last year when he got a free summer membership. I've never liked going to the gym, it always felt too judgy, so I'd just stick to treadmills. I love this place, super clean, great staff, no one makes me feels stupid. Recently they got all new machines and added some new ones too, I'm loving the new rowers!! AND they added a few more weight lifting machines, which is great! Less time spent waiting for one to free up! The only thing that would make it even better is if they got a few spray tan booths instead of only regular tanning rooms. 😉

I've been a member for a while now and the gym in spacious and CLEAN! Plenty of cardio machines and a total body workout area plus about 5 Smith machines for various exercises. The dumbell/free weight area is a little cramped. Also massage chairs and tables plus tanning beds. Good for the beginner or those of us who just want to keep in shape. Not for the hard core power lifter or body builder.

a "judgement free" zone policy is instilled so male members can freely harass the female members. I watched a man enter, stand next to equipment, not even using it, following around a small group of young girls as they tried to work out. Reported to the employees, and verbatim got "we can't do anything about it, it just happens a lot here"

I don't recommend working out here as a non-binary/female/trans/queer person, unless you're absolutely willing to square up with any and every male you see, including the employees.

Be careful about being overcharged from this location if you join through a program with your insurance that you pay for.
I am a part of a program through my insurance company that I pay $25 a month - this location was on their site as participating for the black card membership which would be ideal for me because I travel and would be able to use other locations.
When I went to sign up they signed me up for the Classic Membership which doesn't allow you to go to other locations and costs like $13 so I would be losing money. However they called the manager or owner and he said he would look into it and they suggested that I call the program.
I called the program and they confirmed that it was advertised as the black card membership and tried to contact the manager or owner and he wasn't responsive.
I contacted the other Planet Fitness locations on the program and they confirmed it was a black card membership for their locations so I called this location to cancel my membership so I could sign up under one of the other ones. When I called the man that answered the phone said I could keep my membership there and pay more for a black card membership so between the program fee and this extra charge I would be paying even more than someone that signed up outside of the program - I don't know why anyone would accept that.

So ever since moving up here (last year) I have not been to the gym 🙃. Began going to this Planet Fitness located in Easton. Must say they keep it clean and have a great variety for the space size. Not a very big gym but definitely bug enough to get all of your workout needs and expectations done. They have lockers, showers, bathrooms and many other amenities.
