I have been to this club a number of times when I found myself in the area. It is a clean club and has lots of good equipment. My hope is that it doesn't change much when there are renovations. People are friendly and it is very well maintained. I have to give a special shout-out to Kevin, who despite having some of the least desirable hours, is always professional helpful and informative. Plus he's always looking after the club and you can tell how much he cares about it. If he could be cloned this place would be perfect. Keep up the good work!

Guy comes in dosnt say a word when he knows im finishing up shower at 655 and shuts light out without word then tells me thats company policy wait till he does it to someone with epilepsy then youl know it he said you can put in a complaint it wont go nowhere is what he said to me he said it was 7 he turned them out and it was not 7 more closer to 655 and without word was the ignorant part that got me because had no lights gone out i wouldnt have lost my key and been out the door alot sooner and better yet had i slipped and fell and needed an ambulance it could of been a whole lot worse he knew i was the only one in the shower knew i was drying off and shuts only the shower light off nothing else says its policy at 7 At the end of the day im in a slippery area already trying to hurry and how is shuting lights out so i cant see anything help the situation seemed more like harrassment if you ask me never have i ever experuenced this at any other planet fitness and ive been to every one in the entire county the manager at crunch fitness used to come in and flicker the lights then turn them off on me well before the closing time. Ive been with planet fitness now for a couple years this was a first for this kind of behavior from a planet fit group

Very friendly staff, clean, and welcoming. Only reason for -2 stars is that it is not open later/open earlier. ESPECIALLY on the weekends! I’m sure there are people out there willing to work those odd hours to let this place be open earlier and later. Honestly, I think it should be 24 hrs. I have very little time to go during the current business hours and rush my workout every time cuz they are closing soon. Management, please do anything you can to allow the business to be open longer!!!

Honestly it’s always a good experience, but I blew my back out last week so I called to see if I could go 2x times on massage just for that day. I joined in May under Silver Sneakers program. This a program through my medicare plan where i do not get charged.The girl at desk said my card on file would not get charged. In June my card was charged so I went in to talk. The girl canceled my membership and rejoined again. In July I got my card charged again! I called and was told the girl didn't join me under silver sneakers . I talked to a different girl this time. She canceled my membership again. I told her I need to be refunded the money that should not have been charged me. She agreed I was charged wrongly and put in a request for my refund.
I called last week again since I still did not get a refund. I was told the manager was there but could not talk and would call me back. That was a week ago. I am getting the run around. Poor management.

The Elizabethtown, PA Planet Fitness location is one of the best gyms that I’ve ever been a member of, and I have been a member of many at age 60, and having lived in DC for 30 years! It’s always clean, never too crowded, it has great machine selections as well as free weights. The front desk people are also very friendly and helpful. I also love that I can end my workouts with a hydro or regular massage chair and get a tan and red light therapy session! I often do recommend the gym as a matter of fact!

I’ve been going to this gym every day for a year now. I went in after doing some grocery shopping with my daughter to just tan. I wasn’t greeted by the man behind the counter and when I asked to tan he replied that “he” would need to sign in also. I asked twice who he was referring to before he picked his head up and I pointed to my daughter replying “her”. He didn’t apologize for getting her gender wrong. Then proceeded to be rude by insinuating that I know the rules and that my daughter was not allowed to be in the lobby unless she signed in. She is 9 years old. My daughter looked at me while we walked out and asked why the man was so rude. I presented this problem to management and was told that he would be spoken to. I was not only disrespected by the employee but was disrespected in front of my daughter, something I can not accept. I canceled my membership today and thought I’d share my story. Thanks for taking the time to read it! Hope everyone else has a better experience! There are great people who work there!

Love planet fitness in Elizabethtown! Such a clean and beautiful facility!!! The fitness trainer Ricardo met with me in person, listened to me and made a workout plan for me. I could not believe it that they would care that much to help individuals!! He even talked to me about diet and my food preferences! Over the top!! Pf etown my favorite, my buddy finally got a membership since we went together a lot. We appreciate the cleanliness of this gym. Automatic lockers are so nice. Now we meet up to work out. The staff is amazing friendly and always answers my questions about anything I may ask. They have explained things in detail I may not have know. I am grateful for all the guys and gals there. Thanks for being awesome 😎 see you all soon. This is definitely worth the money and my favorite place to go. One request, make it open daily till 9pm, except Sundays till 8pm.

Don’t underestimate all that Planet Fitness has to offer! I’m coming from a CrossFit background and was easily able to adjust my programming with the equipment that was available. Getting in a great workout in a non judgement zone is amazing, but being able to recover from that workout is paramount and Planet Fitness has everything you’ll need to do that with options ranging from hydro massage chairs to a red light hybrid to a wellness pod. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. They are ready and waiting to get you set up. All you need to do is take that first step and show up.

The Etown PF just opened and it’s clean and spacious. I like to row so I was happy to see two rowers, plus many other options and sectioned off areas so you never feel crowded even when it’s busy. I’m enjoying the 30 min circuit they have set up.
