If I could give this place zero stars, I would Customer service is horrendous. They hired a timid young lady that has zero confidence, and zero sales & communication skills. I came in excited looking to restart my membership She was not enthusiastic at all about helping me or telling me the difference in package She was more interested in telling me about corporate rules, then telling me about prices when she handed over a screen to me and she started looking down at her phone instead of telling me the difference of the packages I found very rude and unprofessional When somebody is working, the front counter at planet fitness should be More enthusiastic and have a little bit more confidence, and even if the person behind the counter doesn’t have confidence should know how to be a sales person and sell it and have better work ethic than just sitting behind a counter on their cell phone stop hiring young people that are not confident please or send them back to school and learn how to have common courtesy and a little bit more stronger than being timid working at the gym I understand that this gym is a judge free zone. I just believe that the person that is a sales person at the front counter should have a little bit more experience and a little bit more confidence to look people in the eye.

Giving five star bc I love this gym, but would like to inform you how unfriendly the male employee that was closing tonight was. He initially would not let me use the nine minute standup tanning booth 20 minutes before you closed, but then his coworker came along and said it was OK When he was standing there Like a police officer 10 feet away from me facing the door waiting for me to come out because I guess he was gonna knock if the clock struck 10. He made me feel unwelcome the minute I walked in, honestly. If he hates his job so much, he should work somewhere else and not project his misery onto the guests I was very, very close to in front of him, but I figured I would share with someone who could do something about it instead

The best Planet Fitness location I’ve been to. The staff is super friendly and always cleaning. Genuinely the cleanest gym I’ve seen. Doesn’t get too busy, and I’ve been able to get a rack/bench every time I go. The new machines are awesome!

This is my favorite gym in the area. Fabrice and his team run a tight ship. The staff at this gym are so incredibly kind, compassionate, understanding, and hard-working. It is unbelieveable how they were able to assemble such a beautiful assortment of people. Thank you for creating a such an incredible place for the Warwick community to enjoy.

This brand-new Planet Fitness is so nice!

1). The venue is large and extremely well-ventilated;
2). The exercise equipment is all brand new, state-of-the-art technology;
3). The massage and wellness rooms are darkened, quiet places to relax and recuperate;
4). The tanning rooms are modern and safe;
5). The locker rooms and shower areas look more like country club facilities. These are NOT typical gym lockers;
6). Everything is cleaned CONSTANTLY

But most important of all — the staff are all VERY knowledgeable, and extremely eager to help member reach their goals. I have been so impressed by their friendly demeanor that I talk about them as much as I do the equipment!

I love this planet fitness. It’s huge in space so you never feel like you’re walking into a crowded gym regardless of the time. they just added a hack squat machine so that’s a plus. The staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming. I travel 22 miles just to go to this specific location and be in this atmosphere. I wish more planet fitness locations were like this.

A nice Planet Fitness but blacking out competing news stations is a terrible choice. Not everyone wants to have Fox News forced on them. If they respond it is a satellite issue it is untrue, been this way for a few weeks now.

They used to work 24/5 which is why we signed up to this gym. Now they open only until 10 pm, and we stopped using this gym because of it. We would love to go to the gym ask them to keep the original working hours as it became uncomfortable to go to the gym now.

I’m a regular at this branch and have always loved it for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and convenient 24-hour schedule, 4 days a week. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to learn that they've stopped their 24-hour operations and now close at 10 pm from last month.

I sincerely hope they'll consider reverting to their original 24-hour schedule. I'd greatly appreciate it!

I have 2 suggestions:

On weekends, PF opens at 7:00 am. It would be great if it could open at least an hour earlier at 6:00 am. During the week, I am done with my workout by 7:00 am, so having to wait that much longer on weekends can be frustrating.

Second, the dumbbells only go up to 75 lbs. i know that is the same with the other PF clubs I have visited. But since Jamison is so new and spacious, it would be great if you could add some more and go up to 100lbs, as people progress to their workout potential. I am certain that it would be very well received.

I am so appreciative to have such an awesome club so close by. And, when I travel, I can often workout at a nearby PF instead of a crappy hotel fitness center.

This is the cleanest gym I've experienced. Someone, and frequently a team of staff, is on the floor cleaning, washing not just dusting. Cleanliness is a major reason I come here.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. If on occasion something is out of service, it is never long until it is fixed, usually by my next visit.

Newish place so everything feels brand new and nice and clean! But they also keep the place clean which is great! Bathrooms especially are clean and the locker room is nice and huge. Staff has always been friendly and courteous! I really enjoy this gym the only minor downside is a lot of people do too - it can get a little crowded during peak times (not PF fault). If there was any way they could reduce some of the more unused machines and/or treadmills to make more room for the other equipment that tends to get crowded during those peak times that'd be amazing (but I get thats a bit of a tall order).

Clean and new, but would like to see a few improvements.

The first would be extending your Saturday hours to at least 9pm. Closing at 7pm is way too early and inconvenient for those who have to work Saturdays. I often have to go to the Warminster location instead.

Second, black card members should be able to use the hydromassage for more than ten minute increments. It doesn’t make sense to have to come back to the desk to sign up again, especially if the gym isn’t busy and there is no wait time.

Employees are indifferent and typically on their phones, which is fine, I guess. They seem to keep the place clean.

With these improvements, this would be a 5/5 gym.

New, clean equipment. Nice employees. No clocks anywhere, which drives me crazy because I like to time my sets, so I have to carry my phone with me while working out. Big inconvenience. Also, not great at fixing broken equipment. Machine has been down for weeks. When I asked, I was told "maintenance quit". Ok. So hire someone to fix the one machine.
UPDATE: I'm not certain who made it happen, but Bang. After a response from the owner, I didn't have to take any further action because the next time I walked into the gym, the triceps machine, which was down, had been fixed, maybe even replaced? I am beginning to like this place more and more.
I would like to give a shout-out to Mario at the front desk, who always greets me with a kind word and is quick to offer help or answer questions.

Planet Fitness of Jamison - oh, how I’ve waited for you. I could not wait til this PF location opened and it’s everything one could hope for. Great, convenient location, super clean, and friendly staff. One request I am really hoping you’ll consider to make this location exceptional: please open 24/7 or at least open earlier than 7 am on weekends. Of all the planets I've been to this one is set up the best a complete abs section where you not wondering around the gym to find a machine. The weighted machines for chest and shoulders directly across fro cables. No other planetIve been to has the amount of preweighted bars and dumbells and and extra cable area not just the yellow machine.I live two minutes from Warminster but I'll still drive to Jamison. So much better
