It’s not clean. Don’t get me wrong I love this gym but like get a swiffer and do some dusting and cleaning. There is legit inches of dust in the ladies bathroom. I’ve never seen anyone clean that gym, ever. Oh and apparently they should tell people that if someone identifies as the opposite sex they can go in whatever locker room they want! Wow I’m so disappointed. ☹️ and to think a young girl had to get traumatized because a whole grown man was in the ladies locker room. Absolutely sickening.

Very clean facility with a friendly staff who work hard to keep the place clean and orderly even in winter when everyone is tracking salt and slush into the place. Equipment is fairly well maintained. I do a lot of traveling all over the US and honestly, the nicest showers of any PF I've visited.

Absolutely me and my daughters home away from home. The staff is the absolute best and make you feel so welcome and they actually care. We come everyday and cannot complain about anything. The gym, locker rooms and shower are always clean and smell amazing. The machines are well maintained down to the pads on the Preacher Curl being changed on the regular from being well used. Horrible experience. Uncleaned equipment. Wanted to cancel my membership, which took 2 years. Told me to come in person to cancel, came in and was told to do it online. Couldn’t get signed up online for 3 months, and even after, was notified I had to cancel in person or by legal letter. Why is it so hard to cancel the membership? Seems like a scam to get people to give up trying, so they can continuously charge you for their service you aren’t using. It’s a lot easier to go anywhere else if you want to work out, less stress, you get what you pay for, and you never have to worry about getting scammed out of $500 dollars while trying to cancel for 2 whole years. I have the proof, verifiable proof that I tried to cancel for 2 years. Edit: they will insist it’s easy to cancel, but expect people to be too lazy to actually do their methods, in hope they can continue charging you.

The place is clean and well kept. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable, and,the other gym members are considerate,and,helpful as well. "No Judgment Zone"- THAT was/ is important to me as I am on a weight loss journey,and,had,not too long ago weighed almost 400#-so,I was kinda used to being judged by my appearance-so,at 100# down, I wanted to join a gym to accelerate my weight loss,but,I was embarrassed ( instead of celebrating my accomplishment). So,I finally worked up the nerve to check out P.F ,and,I am happy to report,it IS NOT JUST A TAG LINE-it TRULY is a "No Judgement Zone"!! I'm now 150# down,and,going strong-THANKS P.F!!!

I’ve been coming to this specific location for over a year now and the top of the urinal has not been cleaned one time in the year that I’ve been coming here. The female manager is horrible up there. Very rude, unprofessional and shouldn’t be dealing with people at all!!! Watch out for hidden fees and them not wanting to work with you or help at all!!! If they had better hours I wouldn't have canceled my membership. Most days I work until 9pm. They close at 10pm 5 days a week. I'm not a morning gym goer. If they were open until at least midnight. I'd probably rejoin. They have too much cardio and not enough weight-lifting equipment. You usually have to wait to get on any of the weight machines or stations. The machines all need a good detailed cleaning. Looks like fungus or mold growing on some of it. Especially the oblique machines. Many of the cardio machines have their quirks. Such as the heart rate monitors on many machines do not work and have missing parts from the handles. It has continually gone downhill since after reopening post-shutdown.

The morning staff is so super nice. I only come here when I visit town. The last time was 5 months ago, and she still remembered me! Place is super clean. It’s fairly busy in the morning but there is little to no wait for any equipment you want. Never a wait for cardio. The people are also super respectful as well. I wish this was my full time gym but I don’t live in Johnstown.
