My first time here. it was very clean, all the machines were in good working order not crowded. I was able to get in and out, the only thing I didn't care for is all the TVs except for one had all the bad news not my favorite way to start my day or my workout but maybe is what must people want to see.

The gym provides a wide range of equipment for cardio, weight machines, free weights, and often adds new equipment. The $10 monthly fee is the same as when I joined, with a small annual fee. Definitely the most interesting set up of a PF I've ever seen. They seem to have a lot of new equipment as soon as you walk in which is great. But they layout is just awful and it's so extremely dark inside. I understand maybe people find it as like a privacy thing but as someone with bad vision I need more lighting. I also noticed that weight lifting equipment was very close together but all the free weight stuff was spread out. I've never had someone stand over me waiting for equipment like this location. I don't think I'll return if in the area again.

I signed up to be a member at this gym 3 days ago! The girl at the front desk was very nice and welcoming! All the workout equipment was very nice and clean! I went on Friday morning and it wasn’t too busy! I think that their black card membership is a great deal … Its $25.00 and includes a lot of perks such as tanning, gym, 50% off the drinks, and unlimited access to their gym ! I’m happy that I joined Planet Fitness and I would really recommend this gym! Definitely can’t beat the price!

Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Gym is small. Not even a real planet fitness. “Planet fitness franchise”. This planet fitness operates differently than others. Horrible management and overall terrible service. Would give it 0/5 stars if possible. Don’t recommend using this planet fitness to anyone. Owner had also called me and got into an argument with me. Again, poor management and this club is a franchise and does not follow planet fitness rules or protocol.

I went in to work out and tan for first time in this location. Saw booths were open so decided to tan first. The room was very hot when I went in and noticed no AC vents in the room. I knew it would be a short session but saw it was a bed with an AC built is so thought would be ok. Got out after a couple minutes as room got way too hot and thought I would pass out. I tan often so am use to the heat of a tanning room. Never been in a room that has no AC or air flowing in it at all! My phone was sitting on a chair and had the overheating notice on it, as was that hot!! When mentioned it to the girl at the front desk she said she knew and constantly gets complaints.

This is the first location that has been unreasonable with my membership. I pay for a black card so we can be versatile when traveling and since there are two of us that use it (my wife and me). I'm rarely able to accompany my wife and vice versa since we have a 1 year old and out of respect for the gym we take turns. This location refused my wife entrance since I wasn't present with her. She had all the login info, qr code, phone number etc...and they wanted to charge her $10. Call me crazy but this sounds like a dishonest employee trying to rip someone off.

Following up to the managers response - I had told the staff on multiple visits about issues in the locker rooms, bathrooms, and throughout the equipment and nothing was done about it. I also submitted contact forms through the app to this location. I don't have time to keep following up on that kind of thing so I requested to cancel my membership.

Don’t ever try and cancel your account they will continue to charge you!! I have been getting charged for months after doing all I can to cancel my account with them. Stopped going for health reasons, and was told that as long as I write a letter to close my account it will be closed but yet here I am months later and I’m still being charged!!! I haven’t been to the gym since early February it’s July why am I still being charged!!! Disgusting I will never do business with them again.

So it's a planet fitness. This one is laid out weird. Good luck finding the locker rooms. Overall decently clean and a metric ton of cardio machines. It's definitely one of the biggest square footage of these I've been in. There's a weird platform area for situps? All that said, it's clean the staff is friendly, and it's not even the most confusing layout in Lancaster. It's good.

Most of the staff is rude and uneducated about anatomy but yet they claim to be a fitness center. That's fine if you already know what you're doing. I had the " Black " package. That includes the tanning beds and massage chairs. I didn't use the equipment because my job is a workout in itself. I basically went there to stretch, relax, tan, use the massage equipment and shower afterwards. The overnight employees are very nice. The others, not so much.
And their trainer is only there Thursday morning ! 1 day a week unless you make an appointment with him. I don't know about the rest of you but I'm not able to get to the gym on a Thursday morning. !
They do have good cleaning protocols. That's why I gave them a 2. Cleaning and the overnight employees.
