I was in town for two days (10/29 at 0615) while moving for the military and had stopped in to use a single day pass (free at most PF) and the guy behind the counter wanted to charge me $25 for a single day. Why would I pay more for a single day than even a monthly membership……
Then he tried to explain when I asked about just signing up for a membership that I would owe the $50 annual fee before signing.
Literally everything you’re saying is the exact opposite of the PF website. Definitely a quick ripoff.

This is a Planet Fitness with a fairly adequate size, however, some of its equipment has a certain lack of modernity, also some machines that could be said to be "missing" if you want to complete a routine of: chest, however the customer service is precise and very good, the bathrooms are also a point to highlight of this Planet Fitness because they are really clean, spacious and adequate.

This planet fitness is really very nice. I have a black card and it allows me to tan, hydro massage (which is incredible) and regular massage chair. Machines are well tuned, they have alot of space in all areas of the gym, for $25 its worth it to me.

Planet Fitness in Hatfield, PA is great. I go to the gym 7 days a week, and the staff is very pleasant and extremely nice. The facility is also very neat and clean. This Planet Fitness is so clean and all the equipment is new and well taken care of. I have been working out here for over a month now and have had nothing but great workouts. Sunday March, 30th, I came in about 40 minutes before close and rushed my workout up until at exact 7pm I was finishing my last set when a worker got in my face and started waving her hands. I am disgusted with how she handled herself and how she represented Planet Fitness’s gym ethics. Really love this gym and hate to write such a review. Zero stars for that employee.

I must say that I walked into the gym on Forty Foot Rd early this morning, and could not have been more delighted or pleased with the wonderful approach that this young lady by the name of Tiffany gave me as I entered into the gym. What an excellent excellent addition she is to planet fitness. When you walk in the first thing you notice is her beautiful, warm and welcoming smile.

She was exceptionally patient with me and professional. When I left, she made it a point to personally thank me and let me know that she looks forward to seeing me again on my next visit to planet fitness. No one has ever said such to me prior. She also went above and beyond and asked was there absolutely anything else of which she could help me with as far as exercising, etc.

This young lady is a wonderful addition to planet fitness. Planet fitness should feel honored to have such a fine young, professional, outgoing, young lady working for them.

Thank you, Tiffany. It certainly was a great pleasure meeting you. The pleasure was all mine, dear. Keep up the good work. Many companies out there would love to have such a great representation as yourself. Whenever I check in at the front desk, staff are always more than willing to assist me since I utilize black card membership perks all the time! If regular memberships were entitled to use one free massage and one free Hydro massage, I bet planet Fitness would get a lot more membership upgrades! I like the Hydro massage best. It’s really a great stress reliever yet it’s great to loosen your muscles before a sports activity for yourself as well! Overall, it just feels great! Also, the clubs are always very neatly kept and I always choose a time to arrive when it’s not crowded and then I can be in and out in no time!

This gym is as advertised - a judgment-free place for people of all shapes & sizes to work out. I always feel comfortable exercising here and the crowds are always small enough that the equipment I want to use is accessible. Stopped in here on vacation and this is one of the best PF’s I’ve ever been in. I was nervous because there were so many cars in the parking lot, but it is a huge facility. Didn’t feel crowded at all. Stan was very helpful! You can tell when a staff is caring when you are a traveler and they may never get repeat business from you, but they still treat you like family. Super clean, great hot shower! If you live in the area or are in need of a place to workout when on vacation, I would HIGHLY recommend.

On Thursday early AM. I had decided to visit Planet Fitness as I have not been since December 2023! What a truly remarkable visit it was indeed from the very first moment of when I first entered the gym.

Upon entering a young gentleman by the name of JONATHON (whom was working behind the counter) greeted me with the absolute most professional, pleasant and genuine smile of which I’ve ever received since going to Planet Fitness. Jonathon was very patient as well as professional. I must say that Jonathon is a breath of fresh air as most individuals today sadly enough make it seem as though you are bothering them when they are doing their job. However, I can most certainly assure you that Jonathon did not whatsoever give such an impression. If anything, this young man was happy to greet me when I walked in as he took his time answering any of question(s) of which I had at the time.

Upon exiting Planet Fitness, Jonathon made it a point as to kindly thank me for coming into Planet Fitness & that he looked forward to my next visit as Planet Fitness as well as himself appreciates my business! I must say that I was absolutely blown away as I cannot recall the last time of which I walked into an establishment and had someone be so professional.

Planet Fitness has struck gold with the young gentlemen, and should feel honored to have such a fine young man representing their Gym. For many clearly know that the person
who is behind the counter and is the first of whom one sees upon entering the business clearly sets the precedence for the entire company!

Jonathon without any doubt whatsoever CLEARLY & OBVIOUSLY sets the PERFECT precedence for Planet Fitness 👍👍👍

Great location and a great gym near Lansdale, Pa.
The workout floor is always clean, never a broken piece of equipment and it's large enough that it never seems over crowded. There are dozens of treadmills and steppers with big tv monitors right in front of you for you to watch while you walk or run.
The locker room is spotless, showers clean, and bathroom stalls are in top shape.
The whole place smells great and looks good too.
The black card xtras like tanning and massage chairs are always clean and working. The tanning bulbs are actually changed like they are supposed to be. In fact, i only do half of the minutes for a tanimg session and still get enough color without getting burned.
Did i also mention that it is cheap? Memberships at $23 and $10 a month!! YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE FOR WHAT YOU GET.
I'm totally impressed with this location. Keep up the great work.
