Not a good experience with the assistant manager Nicole! Not very good at customer service and came off very rude over a past due balance. Then proceeded to question me in a rude manner because I didn’t know how to add a guest. It was uncalled for and out of line for an assistance manager to act that way to a member and guest. Makes me question if I want to return to this location especially if Nicole is there.

The best decision I made was to keep my gym membership for when I'm home from college. The staff is always super friendly and flexible, like the one time I had an 11 mile run and staff let me stay 5 minutes past closing to finish it up. Always clean, A/C always blasting, and I just love it here. :)

You have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to use any Machine There are four in each unit. and also loud music.We also do not forget the racism that you may be exposed to by the staff (woman with short white hair?) at the reception if you are a foreigner. My advice is to pay a little more and go to a better place. This place is like a market with a lot of noise. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Since the recent remodel the arc running machines are terrible. I have complained many times that they skip about every 3 steps I take. Idk how to describe it otherwise but it’s impossible run. It doesn’t happen to every machine every time, but every single week when I try to run, I have to try all 4 machines to find one I can actually run on. Please fix them!!!!

My brother and I come to the gym all the time together since he has the black card membership he can bring a guest. We’ve been going since the beginning of the year and we’ve had issues with this one employee. She’s very rude and passive aggressive when she speaks. She’s given us an issue before about me being a guest. She’s very nasty and she has short white hair and she’s really tall. If you have an interaction with her don’t let her push you over because she’ll try. She needs better customer service training because her body language, her faces, and her tone of her voice is very nasty and she shouldn’t talk to people like that especially in customer service.

Judgment free is a joke , from the loud alarm to the rude employees. I have a routine wake up shower gym then shower then work. When I was there, I had a hulking meat head next to me grunting 3 other members that did not understand personal space. A smell was emanating from this over crowded work out area. 20min into my work out I went to get water and was aproched by this sed smell. I was not even sweating, so how could anyone make this assumption. I felt insulted by such an assumption and left shortly afterward. If anything they should have automatic air freshnor. With this being said this place was great at first , it is not evolving to accommodate its membership load. And I am now seeking other places to go to

The summer time program for juveniles is horrendous. Trying to move around kids taking pictures, and blocking equipment was frustrating to the point I quit. PF is promoting it again this year.

I have no complaints about this gym’s cleanliness or accessibility but I do see need of improvement concerning the staff. Recently I went wanting help with change of membership & while the staff member “tried” to help me out, he didn’t problem solve whatsoever and ended up referring me to another gym.

Not to mention he had what appeared to be “clash of clans” on his phone the entire time & and would glance at me and then back to the screen frequently… I left feeling unheard & really disappointed. Hopefully his score was worth it.

Great gym for beginners- very inexpensive! The price is the best part of Planet Fitness. Many many treadmills/cardio machines- but they are often used adequately enough to justify the amount. I DO wish that the free weights section was a bit larger- I find that many people are often crammed in this small area and it can be hard to find a spot. Have had good interactions with the staff. The gym, in general, always seems quite tidy! Only two minor issues I’ve found were that the shower doesn’t get warm and the water fountains filters almost ALWAYS need to be changed.

Lousiest PF I've been to. First this location does not offer any 24 hour days. Latest they close is at 10pm. So that sucks.
There were 3 staff members at the front desk when I assigned myself to the hydromassage. Staff member #1 was helping a guest while staff members 2 and 3 were sitting on the counter conversing over something on their phones. Staff member #1 came to help before I could capture a picture of their mild obnoxiosness. Then I had a real pleasant 10 minutes on the hydromassage with really distracting ceiling lights on. I threw my jacket on my face so that ameliorated any agony. Maybe fire staff members 2 and 3 and stay open longer like most other locations ? Staff member 2 could barely change a trashcan and the other got grossed out after touching a machine and ran squeemishly to staff member #1.
