Gym itself is fine. The cancellation process is absolutely horrendous and they straight up lie to you when you apply with them. I signed up for a 1 year membership--that's it. Come to find out that I was on my 15th month paying. I told them this and even gave them the name of the employee who no longer works there that I only wanted it for ONE YEAR. No more. They only refund me the month of cancellation even though I haven't been there in well over 6 months. Yeah, I get it, gyms are scummy like that. But your employees lied to my face. It's shady and I will now be taking my business to another gym.

The place is great overall but had to change my rating for 3 easily fixable issues. 1. The water filter has not been changed in almost a year; 2. Multiple screens are not functional and the place has a particularly obvious preference to show Fox News over other channels 🤦🏻‍♂️; 3. Paper towels and cleaner stations are not really well distributed and often need refilling. Don’t take me wrong, staff is great, plenty of equipment and great workout vibe, just a trying to give little of constructive feedback.

Langhorn PF really upped their game. They’ve always been my favorite gym around (been a member since 2013) but with the new gear and amenities, it really beats LA or crunch, etc. Been to each local gym and the staff really feels like friends who care! Can’t recommend enough!

Update: 01SEP25; OK! the gym appears to have completed a face lift at the front of the gym. Removed a lot of windows and replaced with a wall and mirrors. I preffered looking outside while working out since i am ugly and mirrors make me feel self conscious. However, The equipment has been upgraded, a lot more free weights / plated machines have been installed. Free weight squat rack that doubles to be a free weighted bench press as well! along with numerous other new machines that use free plated weights. A++. all these ozempic users lose a lot of weight but obviosly do not weight train and they're just skinny with no muslce tone, loose. you need to weight train for the best results. Upped to 4 stars from 1. Thank you.

In the past month, month and a half this location randomly closes for whatever reason, remodeling, repairs? But i never see any differences when I come back. ridiculously inconvenient randomly shutting down. shut it down for 1 or 2 weeks, and do the improvements you need all at once. 1 star for wasting people's time.

So, I was a member of Planet Fitness for a while. Probably about 5 years over the years. I cancelled my membership in person only to realize months later I was still being billed. I went into the club in person to cancel and was told by an employee that I was cancelled and would no longer be billed. Luckily, the manager heard my situation and courtesy cancelled it for me, but they have to refer me to regional to discuss the remote possibility of a refund of months of fees when I am in the midst of a custody battle for my child, so you know I have more important things to worry about. This company will take your money, convince you your good and then throw their hands up in a "whoopsie daisy" when they don't have the paperwork they didn't have you sign because they didn't have you sign it. Add to this that their "classes" are just as good as YouTube videos on working out, and there is not value to using their gym aside from the gym itself. Go to Crunch. It's a little more, but you can do yoga classes in person with a human being and meet other people with like interests. At least the employees and manager I spoke to were kind and listened despite my frustration. That's why they still got a star. Otherwise it would've been 0/5 stars.

i usually work out in the mornings before work, and i have to say the morning staff is wonderful & helpful and always has smiles. ally, grace & claire are hard workers.
they always say hello and goodbye everytime. gym is always clean. when you tell them paper towels are out at a certain station, they come by and change it right away, they pick up after people who leave the weights on the floor and they have knowledge. if you need help with the machine, ally will walk over and show you how to use it properly. best staff & very respectful.

I absolutely love this Planet Fitness! It’s never overly crowded, it’s always kept very clean, and the employees are wonderful and helpful. I personally love to come in and say hi/talk with the people up front, and Tori even went and showed me multiple machines my first time there so I wouldn’t feel anxious to come and get at least one or two things done!

I've been going to this planet fitness for awhile and it serves its purpose. Most of the employees are nice and helpful but there's always one with a chip on their shoulder.
I was walking out today and overheard a customer asking where a piece of equipment was and didn't seem like the man/boy behind the counter understood what he was looking for. So I just pointed to what I thought he was looking for. I was just trying to be helpful.
At which point the man/boy behind the counter says "If you want to find the pec fly machine you can ask him." In a derogatory manner towards me. The customer laughs at his joke. I was so insulted.. membership cancelled

I've been coming to this Planet Fitness for awhile now and I can honestly say that this one has got to be the best gyms of all time! The people who workout here are very nice and the staff are always amazing. They have every equipment you need for any workout you'd want to do and even more with the whole revamp they just did. The whole gym is super spacious with it also being very clean and tidy thanks to the staff and the people. (Plus they don't set off the lunk alarm unless you're obviously being obnoxious.)

Planet Fitness Levittown is hands down one of the best I’ve been to. The multi-floor layout alone makes it stand out from other locations. You’re not packed into one space, and there’s a perfect balance between cardio, weights, and stretching areas. It actually feels like a real gym, not just a room full of treadmills.

The stretching cages are another thing that makes this location special. I’ve been to a lot of gyms, and I’ve only ever seen these at Planet Fitness. If you’re serious about mobility or just need a great spot to cool down, these are a game changer.

The staff here is super friendly and actually does their jobs. Brett and Josh are always around, cleaning, organizing, and making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s not like some other locations where employees just sit at the desk pretending not to see people breaking rules. They’re on top of things, and it makes a difference.

The members here are great too. If you ever need help figuring out a machine, chances are someone will step in and help you out before you even ask. There’s no weird gym bro intimidation, no one hogging machines for 45 minutes, just people working out and being decent.

Another thing that makes this location stand out is that it’s constantly being updated with new equipment. They actually invest in keeping things fresh, which isn’t always the case at other gyms. And if something needs fixing, they don’t drag their feet. I once saw a small rip in a machine’s seat, told the staff about it, and by the next day, it was already replaced. They actually care.

They also do tons of giveaways to keep people excited about coming in, which is a nice touch. Whether it’s gear, drinks, or other prizes like a GRILL, it makes the gym feel more like a community.

On top of all that, this place is as real of a gym as Planet Fitness gets. No pizza nights, no bowls of candy at the front desk, just protein bars and hydration drinks like a gym should have. And the music is always on point. If you’re into KSI’s In the Thick of It, you’re in luck because it plays almost every day.

If you’re looking for a clean, well-run gym with a solid atmosphere, up-to-date equipment, and a staff that actually cares, this is IT.

I came to this gym to utilize the tanning beds. My first time using it the machine would not turn on so I had to come back out and the person working the front desk was very sweet and tried her best to restart it or put me in a new machine but policy is that you have to wait 24 hours to tan again… that is if you actually tanned which I hadn’t. Planet fitness doesn’t even have a customer service line to contact to straighten the issue out. So I’ve wasted money on a membership that I can’t even get reliable access to amenities.

I stood in the shower for hours covered in soap and shampoo unable to wash it out because the moment someone flushes a toilet in the building u lose complete hot water and by the time it starts to come back a little bit u have someone else flushing a toilet all over again!! 3/26/24 COLD! After leaving a good review last week about constancy, I didn't think I'd have to retract my words. I went to shower tonight, got ready, soaped up half way and waited more than 15 minutes for the shower to warm up, only it never did!?! It was ICE COLD!!! I had to put my sweaty gym clothes back on, wet and soapy, go outside in the freezing cold with wet hair, drive 10 minutes home and take another shower. I'm DISGUSTED! I HATE having to do this!!! I want a refund for every time I've inconvenienced as this is a feature PF is supposed to offer. It causes a lot of stress and anxiety in my life. Also, the last time this happened, I got very sick from being wet in the cold weather. DISGUSTING!

I am so grateful and thankful to the staff at this Planet fitness for doing everything they could to bring back the hot water!!! I was able to take a Hot shower for the first time in many months. I was very stressed out and anxious about the shower situation that I did not return to PF for months. I gained a lot of weight and finally pushed myself to return Agust 2023 to find the showers acceptably lukewarm.

It's been more than 2 months that the shower heater has not been repaired. I've complained countless times that the showers need maintenance. I've been told that the plumber was scheduled, that it was being worked on etc. Today the manager told me corporate stated that a new hot water heater was not in the budget. I'm absolutely disgusted! A warm shower after a hard workout is a basic necessity. Also, the middle shower stall basin clogs up after 2 minutes, creating a pool of water that you would have to stand in. This is unsanitary! You can't buy some drano for more than 2 months?! There are numerous treadmills and machines with out-of-order signs. What happened to the budget for this gym? Why is there no basic maintenance anymore? I've been told to call corporate to complain. Corporate says each Planet Fitness is individually owned. So you can join online but can't cancel over the phone. Makes total sense. "you have to write a letter with all your information" like anyone is stupid enough to hand write a letter with all of their personal information and their signature on it. Need to cancel since I moved and my top priority wasn't canceling a stupid gym membership. See you soon PF, I'm going to be a JOY when I come in.

I’ve been a member of this Planet Fitness for a while now, and overall, my experience has been positive. The customer service here is fairly average, but it meets my needs without any issues. I appreciate that the staff is consistently available if needed.

One of the standout features for me is the cleanliness of the machines and the gym as a whole. It’s clear that maintenance is a priority, which makes for a pleasant workout environment. The bathrooms are also kept in decent condition, contributing to the overall comfort of the facility.

My usual gym spot. Crowds come and go. My schedule is flexible enough to avoid the busy times. Usually able to get on the machines I want with little or no wait.
Two needs that would make it 5 star:
1. if they had 1 of those water bottle filling stations, they have just an old fashion water fountain in the hall.
2. bathrooms could be better. Clean most times, so maybe it’s just time for an update. The puddled water on the sink counters is annoying. Should be designed to run off into sink or drain away somehow.

Have been going to his gym for a least 5 years, first as my son's black card) guest and then under my own membership. This branch is closest for me and he staff is very pleasant (especially Destiny!).
It was really nice years go, with the longer hours it wasn't so crowded in the evenings. They even used to have pizza one night a week! Now the place is mobbed with teenagers in summer because hey get in free , and the hours are shorter.
The real DEAL BREAKER here though is the ICE COLD SHOWERS! This this been a problem going on two years now. Was supposed to have been fixed last summer, and I have complained about it on at least a dozen occasions. Its a shame, because this was once the BEST gym in he area, and certainly the most convenient, but I' really need to find a place with at least WARM water! (besides in he water fountain)

My daughter and I quit today. Not as difficult as I was told.
My local fire company offers free 24/7 gym access if you simply join and help out. No loud music or strangers staring at your daughter as she works out.

Great spot to work out, love the weekend morning crew. Alison, Tori, and Sylvia always help with any issues. Large gym with lots of equipment. With the black card I can go to any gym and I choose this one EVERY time!!

Showers are terrible.
Blazing hot for 15 seconds
Then ice cold for 30
Then blazing for 15 seconds
Then ice cold...
Then never hot again😫

I did mention the issue to the staff, I tried every shower and they were all the same the cartridges in the valve need to be changed because they you cannot adjust there is no adjustment the cartridges are bad, the only thing that the staff member said to me is that they were backwards that the hot was cold and the cold was hot and that was definitely not the issue I would love to see this issue resolved because I am in Levittown a lot and the most important thing after these workouts is to shower cuz I got to be fresh and clean. The gym is great my only issues with the shower it's a major thing for me

Relocating to area but after reading all the comments from disgruntled members and the beyond “stupid” replies from the “owner” I think I’ll join the YMCA.
The owners stupid multiple replies to the overwhelming amount of similar complaints like showers, broken doors, filthy tanning beds that don’t work and overall general maintenance of this place is a joke to the Planet Fitness brand and corporate should be involved if they really care.
YOU THE OWNER YES YOU THE OWNER SHOULD NOT OWN ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINTS FOR THE SAME THINGS ON GOOGLE THAT MEANS THERES 50 MORE COMPLAINTS INSIDE YOUR FRANCHISE BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE WONT TAKE THE TIME TO WRITE A REVIEW. Planet Fitness in Levittown IS A JUDGE ZONE. The girls that work the front desk, specifically Tori and Casey are extremely rude and unprofessional. They roll their eyes at people, laugh at people and make fun of people that are members. I pay too much money to feel so JUDGED and disrespected.
I brought my sister with me because she was thinking of joining but after being treated this way by the girls at the front desk, my sister said she would NEVER join! We are going back to LA Fitness where the staff are very friendly and professional and don’t laugh at people.

I went to Planet Fitness with my sister Brandy as her guest. I am looking for a gym to join. Prior to Covid I was at LA Fitness. I really wanted to join but after my experience today with Tori & Kacey at the front desk I won’t be joining. They were very ignorant & disrespectful. I recently hurt my back & was unable to work out. I was going to sit in the massage chair & wait for her after looking around the gym. The two of them were so rude about it we left. As we were leaving and looked back they were laughing at us. Such an uncomfortable situation.

There’s nothing wrong with the equipment here! Awesome as always and very spread out! The issue is that I often need to shower since I commute to work and water is always ice cold. Sad to pay monthly for a black card and suffer ice cold showers. Really need to fix this problem :(

I’m so over the new owners (Langhorne) not caring about NO WORKING TV’s for MONTHS!!
I have been a member before this gym even opened, and this was never a problem for all those years. All you get are the same excuses when you ask!! We (several of us) are ready to move on bc it’s a ridiculous amount of time with no working TVs. We depend on Sound not just a few Picture TV’s to pass the time working out !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overhaul, I love planet fitness
The Langhorne PF need some attention. The front door has been broken for over 1 months
No hot water for over 1 week. Broken urinal in mens room for over 1 month. The facilities is clean, with washing station throughout. Some of the gym equipment need attention, worn grips and armrest. Most of the TV's have been removed. I still belong, but seriously thinking switching to the YMCA. The staff here is very friendly, and willing to help as much as they can.

I travel all across the country for work, and pleasure all yearlong. I have to say Langhorne’s planet fitness is one of the nicest, cleanest, most personable locations and gym in general. They always greet you by your name, they are pleasant, and always are there to help without any hesitation. The staff including the male manager and all are doing a great job and know how to keep stay with little turnover which is huge for a gym. I recommend this one to any.

I don't normally do reviews,but I am a little upset.I have been a member of this planet fitness for a while and didn't think much about this,but the past month or so I have gone to use tredmills one of which said err for inclined the next also kept going to err also I use the televisions all of which did not get more then two channels and one wouldn't down
volume,this was just today.I ran into similar things the past month or so.I wouldn't that upset if.yearly fee didn't just come out
I did try other machines the same day.I don't want to cancel membership but that's where it's heading
