I recently moved to the area and had to transfer my membership to this gym. I wish I would magically be able to move back to my home gym because the service is that bad. My first visit ALONE the staff was super condescending to me thinking I don’t know anything about the gym. They were rude and not respectful to me at all. It takes away the values that planet fitness upholds in general.

Horrible attitude from a lady employee seemed to be a manager her name is possibly rachael or miranda. one lady upfront for most of the night is super sweet and great at being professional, she deserves a raise. enforcing policies is your job but how you do it is also your job. just because your a manager does not give you the right to have an attitude worse than a toddler. thats childish and you do not deserve the title of being an employee. you don’t get paid enough to act like that. she needs fired immediately.

It's great and very nicely located! Big, nice staff, nice machines, nice massage chairs.

The only 2 (minor) problems are the there is only 1 chest openings machine and only 1 calves machine, so they are usually quite full and hard to get.

I canceled my membership today after being spoken to like a child by the General Manager, Morgan.

The issue wasn’t about sandals — I understand gym policies. The issue was her rude, commanding tone and total lack of basic respect.

I’ve been to other Planet Fitness locations where staff treat you like a customer, not an employee being scolded.

Great place. Always clean. Be careful when using the tanning beds if you don’t want to stay in the full time. There have been multiple occasions where they have set the bed for full time when I have asked for a lesser time, and I’ve gotten burnt.

Completely in shock. Today me and my gay friend were banned completely with No warning. We have been loyal to this gym for over 3 years. The issue ? We used The family shared Bathroom to get progress Pictures Without disrespecting Anyone's privacy. Now if we were told before it Wasn't okay we would of never done it again. And we would of respected That.We have been doing that for the last 3 years and have never once been stopped by an employee. We've walked out before and were told to have a nice day by employees. Never was an issue. Till today. The manager yelled at us as soon as we came out, and we apologized and said it wouldn't happen again. First time we've ever been told it was a problem after all these
Years. 3 hours later we both get a call saying
We are banned from the location. No warning at
All. I think we should of at least been warned before an immediate ban. I just

This planet fitness is the cleanest one I have ever seen. The staff are very friendly and inviting. This is a great gym to go to if you're new or experienced. It's big enough as well to not be to cramped. 9/10

For a planet fitness i give this one 5 sfars but as a gym it is only 3. I have been a memener for years and years but Planet Fitness isnt my thing. I dont care for them overall. (Read the bottom for thr positives)
The company itself feels cold and uncaring. It isnt because of the hideous purple and gold theme they have or that the equipment is always too close together feeling clausterphobic. It isn't the pricing structure I love the price of my memebership-- even going for the upgraded black card memebership I pay less than a YMCA. It is because Planet fitness as a whole is a cattle call structure-- they want your money but they dont care about you health. They dont care if you show up. They just want you in and out if you do. I know all chain and corporate businesses are this way but it is blatantly obvious at a planet fitness.
Now that being said, this particular planet fitness is obviously a franchise. Whoever is the owner deserves a round of applause. This particular planet fitness feels less cold and uncaring. The employees here are more friendly and have a stronger sense of community than other Planet Fitness locations. And that is what all Planet Fitness locations lack. I used to love going to the YMCA. I was motivated to work out as much by my desired fitness level as the community and social aspect. The YMCA empolyees knew me and said "hi" in a personal way and have 30 second conversation with you and offer suggestions, and have events.
Everything here is immaculately clean anddoesn'tt show its age at all. A planet fitness is like a cruise ship showing signs of age and use after only like 2 or 3 years. This one is well maintained and cleaned. The layout is a little too linear for my tast, but itisn'tt the fault of the owner nor the company, just the location it is in.
This one can get a little busy because i am not the only one to it's superb quality. If you like to tan or want to use a massage machine there will be a little bit of a wait at 3 and 5pm. That is to be expected.

Bottom line- i do not recommend Planet Fitness unless your top concern is price. I do however recommend this one out of all of them.

I have gone there several times to the tanning beds probably about at least 10 times, today I go in and the old guy upfront scans me in and says I can’t because I’m a minor which I understand but I have gone there and scanned in atleast ten times to take why let me in my first 10 times and then say I can’t if you have a rule that you’re supposed to follow make sure all of your employees all follow it and not just some tspmo

I just went there, I clarify that I do not have a membership, I was going to enter as a guest and the two women at the reception made an angry face. If you don't like working, leave the position to someone else. The treatment is fatal.
I really didn't get in, I left and I'm not going to activate membership with them, before I went to the one in Monaca and I never had any problems, the staff was always friendly.

I joined at the Cranberry Planet Fitness location when I lived there and it was wonderful. Recently moved to Moon TWP and the difference is night and day. This location is lacking and can most definitely take notes from the Cranberry location. The staff at Moon are rude, the tanning area is dirty, beds are in need of repair. I went in today to tan and the gentleman behind the counter let two, what I assume are regulars that signed in after me, go before me. The woman who I assumed to be the manager came in yelling while on the phone and ordering people to different beds. While I’m glad she took charge and actually got people into rooms, it could have been handled better. This place is so disorganized.
After going home I decided to go back and cancel my membership. This location needs work. Unhelpful, rude staff, that rather be snippy than explain anything, and a little cleaning would go a long way here. I would avoid unless you’d like to risk a potential staph infection, just my opinion though..

I do not adhere to their strict policy on the yellow room and people go in there and hang out on machines longer than the green light says they should. I’ll continue to go there because it’s the only gym in the area convenient to me with lots of machines, however, the one girl at the front desk always has a snarky look on her face and when my guest wanted to use the hydromassage she kind of gave an attitude. It was our first time using it so we didn’t know we both had to be black card members. She did let us both use it and I understand why they want members only to use it because they only have a small amount, but she could have been way nicer about it. It is clean and there are lots of machines.

I canceled my membership on a Friday; the rep at the counter confirmed the money on my account had yet to be drawn and that it wouldn't be since I canceled. The rep brought this up on his own; I never even asked about it. On Monday, they pulled my next month's fee. The Moon Township GM is a piece of you know what and said, "I don't care, It's in our policy." So either she is either instructing her employees to lie or she is SHADY. Either way, I am blasting this all over social media, google reviews, and more. You will never see another dollar from me. :) I hope this is worth that $10! Also, I am disputing the charge with my bank. Poor business decision.

Excellent work out facility. The new PF in Moon is beautiful and extremely well kept. All the machines are kept clean as are all the tanning beds and such.
