I came into the gym to try and sign up for a membership. As soon as I tried speaking to a girl at the desk she seemed annoyed to be even talking to me and told me to scan a code. When I asked her a question about pricing and sign up fees showing my phone she stated at me blankly with an attitude until I smiled and pointed at the price I asked about one more time. Talking to me with the most annoyance possible and like I am a complete idiot she said "well that's what it says doesn't it?" I've worked in customer service for years and I've never been faced with such and attitude. Luckily another woman stepped in and answered all my pricing questions and helped me sign up. My payment didn't go through which was a sign because I felt so uncomfortable walking around the gym with just that employee present at the desk. Solidified my decision to not return.

And don’t even get me started on the men’s bathrooms toilets always clogged and instead of them being unclogged by employees they just put an out of order sign on them. My wife also goes to this planet fitness and the women’s room is also always a mess the little white boxes the have in the women stalls always have junk in them for who knows how long they’re supposed to be cleaned out daily and the showers always have the same trash in them for weeks should have planet fitness corporate come investigate why management is this neglectful

This gym is poorly maintained and inconsistently managed. I noticed a band-aid on the floor near the windows that stayed there for two months, showing a serious lack of cleanliness. The staff selectively enforce rules—some members are allowed to jump rope, while others are told they can’t. Additionally, some customers are scolded for taking up space while exercising, yet others are allowed to sit on benches charging their phones or walk around holding equipment while chatting. There is rarely any staff available in the mornings, and the cleaning stations are often out of paper towels. One employee, Linda, is particularly unprofessional; she spoke to me in a rude, condescending manner in front of other members. In addition, to address my concerns Linda encouraged me to cancel my membership even when I asked to speak with a manager. This made me feel undervalued as a customer and goes against Planet Fitness’s mission to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all members. When I reported this to the manager, he claimed she was one of his best employees which is extremely concerning. Overall, the gym staff show clear favoritism, and the facility is not kept clean.

I love the training that I received from Champ at the Morrisville facility. I've been training with him for many months now. You really do have a great person who has a great personality. Here's so passionately about help me and the members to accomplish our health goals. I have been able to accomplish several different goals since working with Champ. If I had to rate him he would get 100% for his ability to help me and other gym members to reach our goals. But I don't know what's going on with management because management have been taking Champ from his training sessions and placing him behind the desk. Disappointing myself and many of his faithful clients that comes to be trained. Champ would have a full day schedule to training but David the manger would put him behind the desk instead of training leaving Champs faithful clients to fend for ourselves. His schedule to sign up for training is not accessible to sign up anymore. This isn't right. Champ was hired to train and not to do desk work. With the clientele that Champ has he needs to be full time. Planet Fitness contact is that they offer training. Champ has a large clientele of faithful member who comes there to train. I've been thinking about joining another gym even though I like Morrisville gym and my trainer Champ but he's not accessible anymore because David the manager has him working behind the desk or sends him to clean when he has clients to train. I'm losing my zeal to come to this facility.

Pros:
- Spacious
- A lot of cardio equipments and machines for strength training.
- Most equipments are new and well maintained.
- Most other gym goers are nice and friendly.
- Entire section for abs and strength circuit.

Cons:
- The strength section with the dumbbells is much smaller and gets crowded quickly (this might be a Planet Fitness thing, not limited to this branch).
- The area with mirror is very limited. If they add a few more mirrors (maybe even stick on mirrors), it’ll distribute the above crowd and feel less crowded in the strength training section.
- Only 1 equipment to do standing leg raise and the same one is for pull ups, so always occupied.

I think adding more mirrors in the gym and another machine for standing leg raise will improve the workout experience further.

I do still love this gym; but what I am not ok with is that it is no longer 24/7. I also cannot stand them for holidays they say the will “reopen at 6am” (which is 100% again perfectly acceptable/normal (coming from someone who works retail) but it’s 6:24am and they are still not open when the sign said “reopen at 6am” that to me along with everyone else standing outside isn’t acceptable to me.
But I do still love this gym; it just needs more staff to be allowed to go back to its roots of being a 24/7 gym (w exception’s for holidays)

No one ever at the front desk. The showers haven't been cleaned in weeks. I unfortunately shower in the morning due to lack of time, and I've looked at the same hair balls and trash on the floors since I can remember. It is just getting worse.
The people that work here are nice enough, if you can find them.
I wait on average, 10 mins to be able to tan if anyone decides to come to the desk or it's a wasted 10 mins.
Do better.
But I guess I get what I pay for. :(

I'm not naturally a "gym person" but I'm very glad I got a PF membership at Morrisville. The range of machines is great, parking is easy compared to a certain competitor in Oxford Valley and it is never crowded. My tiny quibble is the thumping music. I would pay extra to hear some other genre including classical or jazz.

I just wanted to say that this is one of the best Planet fitness locations I have been in. I had to travel to Morrisville to drop off a contract and I noticed that there was a planet fitness close by so I figured I would get a work out. I have to say that this location was very clean and the Disinfectant and paper towels Dispensers were always being filled by the friendly staff like Amani and Shaun. I also was impressed with how the members at this location all had great gym Etiquette after they were done using a machine Everyone would wipe it down to make sure it was disinfected and clean... I had a great work out and even made so new friends. I would definitely recommend this location to any family members or friends looking for a comfortable and clean place to work out

My husband and I were in the area for work and decided to stop in and take a shower.. We travel all 48 states, so needless to say, we see a lot of PF. The staff at the desk were nice but useless. The shower and locker rooms were disgusting hair all over the place and just dirty. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. So my question is, instead of flirting with each other, why wasn't one of them cleaning. My husband was in the handicap toilet, and the toilet was loose. That is an accident and a lawsuit waiting to happen. That needs to be addressed asap. I will make sure to never come to this pf again. It's just awful, worst one I've been to. I visited on 2/2/24 at approximately 11 to 11:30 in the morning

I can only recommend my local PF to someone who is looking for a cheap, convenient gym that provides the standard variety of equipment. Other than that, it's a bit of a joke. Equipment is scattered about the various rooms with no clear intention. They have maybe 6-8 mats for people who want to do floor ex, but barely enough floor space in the room to accommodate 6 people. They don't have complete sets of some equipment, like kettle bells. The Morrisville location doesn't have a 360 Unit that other locations have, which would provide TRX straps, kettle bells, a battle rope..etc, though I was told they were getting one the fall before the pandemic hit. Cleanliness, especially the floors, is an issue. Bathrooms/locker rooms are sad. And the staff is in constant flux. If all you're looking for is a place to get in a little exercise outside of your home, PF serves that purpose.

Love this Planet Fitness! Spotless and the location is perfect. However it does have all the issues consistent with every and all PF’s Awesome and friendly staff but disengaged. Instead of commiserating in a purple patch behind the counter hit the floors and enforce the policies you post. No cellphone conversations yet there are. No bags on floor yet there are bags, No playing music from phones yet they do. Then you have the normal disrespect like playing on phones while your waiting in line for a machine. Clowns taking video of their workouts, not reracking weights, not cleaning their sweat after use ect.. But by far the most common and biggest issue for me which again has been consistent across every PF is the personal and improper use of the 30 min workout or 12 min ab section as their own personal gym and not following the circuit. I gave up every using them to avoid issues. The sign says “monitored by staff” but nothing about enforcement of policy.
