Been a member for last 5 years and all had been great until they hired a manager Trevor Nolf. 7 years ago after a tragic family event i was NOT a part of but a victim of, Trevor went online posting terrible things about myself and minor children who he doesnt know or ever had a conversation with. I myself have never spoke to Trevor, he doesn't know me ect. A few months ago I seen Trevor in this gym. Rather than apologize as I was hoping he would do as a mature human being would do, he chose to harass me by posting a 1 star to my natrona heights business that he has never been in or been a customer of. I donate thousands a year to this community, I invest thousands into the youth of this community, i serve this community and I cherish this community here in natrona heights where I work and love. To be treated this way by a manager of a business who has never spoken to me in my opinion is evil, harassment, and extremely childish and i plan to consult an attorney. I was to get a call from the owner and i have asked for the irrelevant review of my business be removed but it has not. I no longer feel I can attend this gym without being harassed though I have made several friends here and feel the remainder of the staff are very kind people. I would ask the owner here, before any other business owners who attend here are treated the same, to discuss this with Trevor and explain the importance of writing factual information regarding members of this public who are members of this gym and why it appears horrible to a business such as planet fitness when their employees write untrue statements on their own clients business pages over personal issues he knows nothing about, has never spoken to me about, nor that I had any control over. Afterall isn't planet fitness to be a judgement free zone? Then why allow this?

Just stopping back to say congrats on your recent 10 yr anniversary. The problem with CNN was resolved quickly but it is back again. Audio on all other TVs are working fine but CNN is again out.

Great gym. Clean, equipment well maintained, staff is top notch. Only quibble is the audio on the CNN TV is not working. The video was down for about a week but was fixed quickly but the audio went down only a couple days after the audio and video was fixed. It is nice to be able tocatch up on the national news while working out.

Great place to go and workout. The people and place get 5 stars ...the patrons get no stars . Please have a policy , signs, and a place where people can sit and stare at their phones and not sit and tie up the equipment. Totally unbelievable to watch someone " working out " but sitting on the equipment staring at their phones for over a half a hour .

I have been to dozens of PF locations and this by far is my favorite. The place was extremely clean and the music was not too loud. All the equipment is new and there are a plethora of options. The layout of the club was also superior to other clubs I have visited. The staff was friendly. I only wish I lived closer to the club so I could use it regularly. Natrona Heights PF is the best!

It's one my two gyms. Here and next door at Optimal Health and Wellness. Planet is great for the preset machines - I can get in and get out without messing with free weight and dumbbells. I also enjoy the red light therapy and massage bed. When I want a lesser crowd, and good free weights I can throw around without a lunk alarm worry, or a late Saturday & Sunday workout I head to Optimal

The gym itself is great clean and tons of equipment. Night time staff disappears most of the nights I’m there and I just decide to go home instead of using the amenities that I pay for but tonight decided to wait 20ish minutes for staff to appear, searched the whole gym knocked on doors even ask a guy to check the men’s room for me since I won’t go in as a female, could not find either of the 2 male staff members so started my own tanning bed time as well as a friend’s. Staff then came to inform me they were “in the men’s room” the whole time and I should have just yelled for them and not to start my own bed again. To be fair he said please don’t do it again but honestly after 20-30 minutes I was angry and just wanted to tan and go home it was 2:30 in the morning!!!

They close at 7pm on Saturday & Sunday which is pretty inconvenient if you work daylight hours on the weekends. I wouldn’t have such an issue with that despite the fact that I thought planet fitness is supposed to be a 24 hr gym but at 630pm they start blasting the “lunk alarm” every 10 minutes apparently to chase people out. It’s very disturbing & annoying if that’s not company policy I think it should be addressed.

It's not bad. Decently clean. HR monitor in treadmills a hit or miss. Not everyone wipes down when they're done, so give it a quick wipe beforehand. Just wish they're 24 hours extended into the weekend. They used to be 24-7 should have confirmed they still were when i joined. I work nights, the whole reason I joined was to go to the gym 2am on weekends.

Great staff at 1:30am to 3am always cleaning. Gym goings know how to wipe down after usage. Okay staff 2pm to 4pm. Most gym goers don’t wipe down after usage. I know few folks that got mersa from here. I’ll being wearing sweats tues - fri in the am thank you very much.

Have had my account on hold for more than a year and a half. Visited on vacation and was coerced into switching this to my home location, not a huge deal, however I’ve been attempting to get my home location switched back to Sarasota Florida and called over 10 times. Was treated borderline disrespectfully and as a problem and an annoyance, and was told I couldn’t do this without emailing a form in, which I did. Nothing. Called back a few more times finally reached the point of sending a form in via mail, which I did. Nothing. I gave up and decided to use another gym and I’ll just pay for nothing I guess, here I am a year later trying to solve this issue as I don’t want to continue wasting money and I call and explain the situation.. and the best answer I’m given is sorry no managers are here today you can call back tomorrow. Yes.. I can call back tomorrow, I can call a year ago, I can call a year from today, it looks like nothing will ever get done. Honestly kind of ridiculous and you’re lucky my home location is kind and allows me to just come in without being able to scan as they are aware of the situation as well. Shame on y’all fr.

Was 24hrs when I joined 2 years ago. Now it isn't. I used to leave at 10pm every day but now I get kicked out at 9pm on Fridays. Wanted to hop in a tanning bed and hydro massage today but they close at 7 on weekends. Used to be a 5 star experience now I just find myself being inconvenienced. They got new equipment which is nice but there wasn't really anything wrong with the old stuff. I've been considering the Anytime Fitness in Sarver a lot more lately, only thing keeping me here is the tanning and the people I've come to know over the last 2 years.

This location used to be open 24/7 and has since cut their hours.. the available use you can get out of the gym have been cut by a fifth but the price has remained exactly the same! Less importantly the gym is disproportionately built around people who only do cardio. Expect to wait for benches and certain machines if you train strength but there will always be dozens of bikes and rowers open.

I only give two stars instead of one because the staff at this location is wonderful

Black card traveling. Nicer Planet Fitness. Easy parking. On the smaller side, but that’s OK. Very clean. Massage chairs that obviously do not get much use in any planet fitness are not in great condition. Also no scale in the bathroom, this is kind of been a staple for me. I would guess weight control would be something people are working on when they join. Believe it or not one of my motivations to go to the gym is to see how much I weigh and how well I’ve done with my diet. Could PF make scales mandatory and just brand it like everything else (Purple and yellow)? Maybe add a silly sign to go along with the theme?

First off the staff is absolutely fabulous. Extremely friendly and attentive people working at this location. I try to go every day and I’m always greeted with a friendly smile. Also this is probably the cleanest gym I’ve ever exercised in. Staff is always cleaning and other members respect the space as well. Lastly I’ll comment on the equipment, there’s a ton of it! The machines are always operational which is so nice and you never really have to wait very long to use something because again there’s plenty of equipment. With pleasure I give this planet fitness a 10/10!

Recently I was doing my normal routine at the gym when an employee who was speaking with a new client began talking just off to my left.

The new client made it clear she is a germaphobe and insists on wearing a mask. The employee aligned her own personal beliefs with that of the client and went on to say she dislikes her job because of being exposed to germs.

I decided to ignore these two far out people UNTIL the employee said, "I can't stand this place. All these people are walking petri dishes"

Oh heck NO! I draw the line at being insulted practically to my face. She insinuated that other employees feel the same as she does.

Well fine. I cancel my membership so THIS petri dish won't be infecting her anymore. I felt it necessary to inform as many people as I can just how low our business is thought of.

Planet fitness is cheap and easy to access. Their cancellation policy is archaic and they refused to help cancel over the phone and online. I live out of state and came for the holidays. They do not have a day pass or week pass so I had to sign up for a membership. Boy was that a mistake. Now I am having issues getting a refund after canceling my membership. I hope there is someone that can correct this for me. Shame

Sadly I found out I can’t use the tanning beds here for some reason but the staff tried so hard to help me out. They were very kind and took their time searching the system. Their massage chairs are unique and older style. They work very well for my back and I felt relaxed after my workout. The showers were clean and the facility was easy to find.

So, I just went to Plant Fitness to update my banking information for my membership. I waited 15 minutes at the desk as no one was around to assist me. Then, someone wants up to sign in for the tanning, and comes to the desk, and around comes this young lady. She waits on the person for tanning and completely ignores me. I speak up and say I have been waiting and was here before the person was here for tanning. She completely brushes me off and says what do you want? I said I am here to update my bank information for my membership bc I want to make sure my membership fees get paid. While I am speaking someone else comes up to sign in for tanning and she walks away from me again as I am talking and helps the person who wants to tan. Finally, then comes back to me to take my information

If this is how they treat paying membership customer, you may want to reconsider going elsewhere for gym services. I'm going to be looking for somewhere else to go.

A great gym to workout! There is a variety of cardio equipment and strength training equipment. The hydro massage bed is always nice!! There are massage chairs also! There are standing and laying tanning beds. It is very nice to bring a guest at no additional cost and it does not have to be the same guest each time! The staff are nice and the gym is clean!

I have been a black card member for a number of years and this is the first time I ever heard of a system error charging me 2.00 instead of 1.00 for a water. If you want to raise prices then fine. But this is ridiculous. Also I don't know what crack pot engineer thought these machine were a good idea but someone should teach that making the elliptical higher just create imbalance. Love the the new rockity machines.
